The Daleiden Mortuary did an outstanding job handling the visitation and funeral of my mother who recently passed. I have personally known every member of the Daleiden family for the past four decades and can say with all sincerity they treated us as if we were members of their own family. The sterling reputation of the Daleiden Mortuary is in good hands with Stevie and Stacie and I have always recommended their services to anyone in the unfortunate position of losing someone close.

From the moment that our beloved mother Shirley passed last week, Stevie, Stacey, and their entire staff helped us through the difficult task of planning her wake and funeral with the utmost levels of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They made sure that she was remembered with the dignity and respect that she deserved. We are forever grateful!

Absolutely compassionate and loving people. My grandmothers service back in July 2003 was the best for her. Her body was prepared for her presentation and she looked so peaceful. Never felt rushed and they were hands on with anything my family and I needed. I left it written, Daleiden will prepare me when I pass, I trust they will prepare myself and be supportive to my family when the time comes to go home to Jesus. Love this mortuary, great service and I trust them to execute the preparation of my family at the time needed.

The worse Mortuary in the state. Dont bother. They steal plants/arrangements that were sent to family members and then throw up their hands and say I dont know what happened. I sent a $109 arrangement there for a funeral that was never put out for the visitation or funeral. They remove all the cards when the arrangements come in so no one knows who they are actually addressed to and then magically everything disappears. Despicable practices. Find a reputable place for your loved one to handle the arrangements. This one isnt it! Snippy, rude, and ignorant of the feelings of the families involved.

The Daleiden Mortuary and their staff have been exceptional during the most difficult times in our lives. As the Daleiden’s have made the arrangements for a number of our family members, most recently our Mother, they consistently exhibit the highest degree of professionalism while making everything perfect, easy and stress free. We worked with Daleidens a few years ago for my fathers funeral, and again this past month for my mother. Jim Phelps did an amazing job adhering to all covid regulations without being an imposing presence to the family. He coordinated the logistics and services, while allowing us space to grieve. He is a great addition to Daleidens team and you wont find a better family-oriented Funeral Home. They not only provide superior service, but they honestly advise and guide you based on your budget and needs. Its clear that it is more than a business to them. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good things about this Daleiden family and how they took care of mine during this awful time (COVID pandemic)!Im sure there is never a good time to lose someone but right now is the worst!!These guys treated my family like we were one of their own. We had a prepaid funeral but couldnt do exactly what we wanted (were a big family!) but they had the most beautiful service for us and our Mom looked amazing.They were so compassionate and helpful and we will always be grateful for that. They gave us a pretty big discount when they didnt really have to because we could only have 10 people and I could tell they felt terrible about that.It makes a HUGE difference where you go, believe it or not. Weve been to other places but now well never go anywhere else but Daleidens! Thank you Stephanie and Anastasia (and your wonderful staff) for doing what you do.

I just had my grandmothers service here. I honestly can say that they are cold and indifferent and rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND This place at all and hopefully you look else where.

If I could give ten stars I would. All of the staff at The Daleiden Mortuary were amazing. I was stricken by shock and grief over the loss of my son and they loved me and cared for me like I was part of their own family. They didn’t make it about money, they made it about service and healing. The memory they provided for me has brought me much solace in my grief. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Daleidens!

I am an Aurora native and have worked with Daleidens for many, many years! I have recently moved to Florida and recently had the unfortunate experience of my Mothers passing. Therefore, I had to rely and trust Daleidens to arrange everything remotely via phone calls and email. Daleidens stepped up to this challenge and handled everything professionally and sensitively to assure ALL family members were 100% satisfied, which we all understand is not an easy task! Everyone was awesome to work with and provided honest and clear information on a timely basis!
