We paid them the money for my friends bond at 2pm on Thursday and at 7am Friday was informed by the jail that no bondsman had shown up to post the bond...

This bondsman ripped me off! Not only did a property get put up as collateral for a bond which should have took care and satisfied the entire bond but requested $4k in cash sent via cashapp making me believe that the property didnt cover the bond and its entirety and so he well made more than his 10%! He just pocketed my money will not give it back and keeps declining my refund requests. AND THE PERSON THIS BOND WAS INTENDED FOR IS STILL IN CUSTODY AND WILL BE GOING TO DOC. SO WHY DID I PAY FOR A BOND???? WHY DID I NOT GET MY REFUND? He is THEE WORST!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Roy will turn down bonds by turning away all business that isnt paid in cash. He prefers cash so its hard for you to get your money back. He should have his license pulled!

Called Roy to help get a family member out on bail. Roy was friendly, told me what he needed from me and went right to work. Even with it being an evening and Im sure a long day for him. Time was of the essence as a transfer to another county was scheduled the following morning. Within 3 hours the family member was back home. Roy and his staff worked hard and fast to get the family reunited as well as being clear what was expected of the family member so that the bond could remain in place throughout the resolution of the legal issues.
