ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW!! In my experience when a loved one goes to jail. You call a bondsman to help start the process of expediting their release. Thats bondsman is supposed to be able to search for your loved one, look up charges and where theyre being held. And what their bond EVEN is!!! But INSTEAD A gentleman who took MY call kept insisting i make phone calls to find my loved one. He kept trying to pawn me off with ANOTHER PHONE #!!?? BRO, YOU DONT THINK IVE BEEN CALLING PLACES ALREADY TO FIND A 62 YR OLD WOMAN?!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LOVED ONES FREEDOM RUN THE OTHER WAY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Edith from the very beginning was cold and short. I asked her how soon my friend would be able to get out and she very shorlty replied, oh I dont go down there someone else will. She sent me on my way and told me someone would be contacting me. I finally got a text from someone and we agreed to meet at Aurora Municipal to fill out the paper work and post the bond. The someone was John, her fiancé. He told me how Edith got the business from her dad and how she hated posting bonds and dealing with the peoples families and the process. She just didnt want to deal with it and thats how she got him into posting bail bonds. He had no previous experience and it wasnt anything he was interested in or had a compassion for. He just got put into it. None of this was assuring but I proceeded anyway thinking lets just get it over with. When we found out we probably wouldnt be able to post the bond till late that night John told me he had a flight to Chicago that morning and that he didnt want to take my money and that a different person would handle my bond. I was upset it wouldnt be done that night because John had other plans which I understand, but your the bails bond people and posting bonds was just not their priority. But I exercised some patience and waited till the morning.Thats when Celida contacted me. I had to meet her at the office. Once I got there I filled out the necessary paper work and let her know I had a title but it was only in the name of the person being bonded out. We bought the car together years ago and I thought it was in both of our names. She said it was fine and that I would need him to come in and sign some paper work once he was out. I was surprised but happy and we completed the transaction. Eventually the bond was posted and he was released. That week we had arranged to come in so he could sign the paper work. But before then, while I was at work I got an angry phone call from Edith. When she called, at one point I thought I was talking to some beast who was going to jump me if I didnt get her her money. After several attempts I was finally able to stop her from barking and asked her why she was so angry. That I did everything her employee told me to do and that if there was a problem she needed to take it up with her. She obviously had me on speaker phone cause I hear her say something to her and then back at me. She then began to threaten to revoke the bond and have him thrown back into jail. I was in complete shock and still didnt know exactly what was going on. She finally explained that the title needed to be in my name and if it wasnt I owed her a hundred more dollars. I told her that there was no need for her to yell at me and be so agressive and unprofessional. And that I did not scam you when I hid nothing from your employee who completed the transaction with me. She then said I dont care what you did, I need my money or else and she hung up on me.If that is the kind of treatment I wanted I could have went to some street loan shark and been treated better. She talked down to us as if we didnt have the money or we were criminals. Which I think thats the main reason she doesnt like the bonds stuff is because she looks down on the people and their families. I then sent the following text to Celida:Please tell your boss we will be there this evening once we get off of work. If we could complete the transaction with you Id think that would be best. What was a mistake and misunderstanding she turned into accusations and was very rude. I do not wish to carry out any other dialogue with her. We will be coming to give the $100 and collecting the title, thank you.Celida then replied:Am sorry I got my part of it too. I will tell her, you have my number if you need any help in the future.I appreciate Celidas apology, but shes not the boss and thier boss is not reliable. This is no place for anyone to go, especially when Edith threatens your family and loved ones freedom over something so petty.
