My roommate used this bonding agency to get an acquaintance out of jail on a misdemeanor charge w/ a $3000 bond. While filling out the paperwork my roommate answered the questions with the most vigorous honesty they ever saw Incidentally she has a TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY stemming from a very violent and traumatic domestic assault 7 years ago that left her in coma for 6 months followed by 3 years of having to relearn how to do literally everything she had learned in 30+years previously from potty training to filtering her private thoughts and emotions when speaking to someone she should be politically correct with. She failed to master the part of guarding her private information or who is ok and who is not ok to give this information to. So when she is filling out the bond application she chose to offer all the information she could so that she would know she passed their bond test- her verbetem recount of filling out the paperwork. Shes immediently obviously very immature and has social issues that would be noticed within 5 minutes of talking to her. She spent almost 2 hours at the agency that day filling out paperwork that normally doesnt take over 30 mins. Knowing her, she asked 10 questions of her own to make sure she understood each question on the paperwork. Her other person caregiver said the bond lady was very exasperated by the time they left from the questions and her interpretation of them. While I dont know if there are certain criteria needed to sign a bond and my roommate has been deemed mentally competent however I would think that moral ethics would come into play somewhere.Anyway.... The person ended up jumping bond and causing the companys personal Swat/Vigilantes/Posse/Martyr to join the story and have chosen to attack my roommate and me instead of searching for the absconder (because my roommate gave some personal references of her ownbecause they were requested by the lady at the window.The results of my name being used to sign the bond of a man Ive never met is that 7 bail enforcement agents who have the same arrest powers as any AMERICAN NON-LAW ENFORCEMENT citizen has. (A citizens arrest) These officers stormed my former residence one day telling my FORMAL landlord that they were FEDERAL AGENTS and they were looking for me and my roommate who had recently moved out of this residence. They proclaimed they were federal law enforcement and basically threatened, bullied and interrogated my landlord to the point that he lost all sense of having rights as an American and allowed them to illegally search my room for no legal reason. I was then promptly asked to move out because I have done something terrible to have FEDS there looking for me. At no time was my landlord told the truth about what they wanted or why they were there and although theres no audio theres video that shows an obvious borderline RAID on my home. They repeated this at my work.Luckily my co-workers arent easily intimidated and put them on the road.It appears also they were attacking my roommate by contacting the people she listed as references LIKE ME including her DOCTORS OFFICE because thats her mailing address she listed on the paperwork. Once again they identified themselves on record 4 times as FEDERAL AGENTS, insinuated that she was in trouble and that they would put this office staff in jail if they assisted my roommate or impeded this investigation. Her doctors OFFICE promptly disengaged her as a patient.... And for what reason? Because she signed a $3000 bond for someone who absconded it leaving HER INDEBTED $3000 bond if he is not arrested. So WHY would these BOND ENFORCEMENT AGENTS attack her when she has a vested interest in him being arrested as well. Theyve never ASKED US ANYTHING. OR come at either of us in any way but hostile ..never giving us a chance to see if wed cooperate with them. They endanger you of losing your home, job AND the embarrassment of having the federal agents raid a place you may be affiliated! Save $$ for the bond and get a better lawyer and send money for commisary

If High Priority Bonds Are Your Ideal Go To Then Don’t Have People Who Just Need Some Small Assistance Waste Their Time Or Money Coming To Your Facility. I’ve Had Other Friends & Family Use This Place But I Guess The Original People Dont Work There Anymore So Clearly The Integrity Went Off With Them. I Get It, The Service Is For Bail Bonds But I Did My Part Do Yours. My Friend Sat In Jail All Day & Night, Excuses Were Given Just Wish I Would Of NEVER Came Here Or Nonetheless Gave Any Of My Information.
