I recently discovered Tune Tech and brought my car in for an oil change. They were great! I also asked them to check on a few specific items. They did their full overview, and made sure to look out for the things I asked about. They took care of the oil change and were very transparent about what was going on with the other stuff and why it was fine. I ended up only needing the oil change and it was well priced. I really appreciated Tune Tech’s honesty and transparency. It’s hard to find a car place these days where you can tell them you think you’re having issues with something and they say it’s fine and don’t insist it needs to be fixed.

Went in for a tire issue and Ken was able to bring me in same day (other places were putting me on hold for about a week). He answered my questions, was very professional, helpful, and price was less than other places were asking for. Great experience!

I took my 07 Odyssey in on a Wednesday morning for an oil change. I also asked Ken, the owner, to check the brakes as I expected the pads and rotors needed to be replaced and likely one or both calipers as well. He called me shortly after I dropped off my vehicle to let me know that both front calipers needed to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable quote and the brakes and oil were changed by 2 on the same day.I am extremely satisfied with the impressively professional service he and his team provided and I would recommend anyone get their vehicle serviced here. Ken is professional and polite and totally open about why he does the work he recommends.

Ken was incredibly thorough checking over my cars issues and honest about what needed to be done to make it safe to drive. I had quite a few problems with it that were out of my league and he took the time to explain every issue in detail. Repairs were outlined with the cost of both parts and labor as well. When it was discovered that one repair wasnt needed, he promptly gave me an updated price point. Id be hard pressed to find another auto repair shop with this level of care and professionalism.

Ken the owner was very clear with his communication about what was needed, what had been done, and answered any questions I had. He took time out to discuss some options for possible transmission work in the future, which was unrelated to why my car was being serviced in his shop.

I am so satisfied with Tune Tech and 100% recommend. On my way to work I was experiencing what I thought was battery issues - lights would go out, turn signals wouldnt work, radio went out, and couldnt go faster than 50mph. I drove straight to Tune Tech after seeing good reviews. I got there at around 8am, got a call from them at about 12pm telling me the alternator needs replaced as well as the battery. This was my first time bringing my car somewhere on my own so I was fearful of being taken advantage of and ripped of being a young woman. But he was very upfront with me and told me i could hold off on the battery for a little while longer. Car was done by 2pm even though I asked for it to be down by 4. Was also very professional and made me feel at ease when talking to them.

During my experience, Ken the owner was completely professional. He listened to all of the information I had about my problem and actually took the time to enter everything I had to say about the problem into the computer for the technician.My used vehicle had just been purchased from a dealer and was fairly certain the repair was one that would be covered under the dealers drivetrain warranty. Ken didnt grumble, dismiss me, give me attitude or change his work ethic in any way when I needed to have the third party involved in our communication loop. Thanks to Ken taking a video of the problem and working with the dealership via email I was able to get it covered under the purchase warranty. The repair cost was also reasonably priced had I needed to pay out of pocket. Additionally, Ken personally kept me informed via phone with when the shipper had sent the wrong part and of the delay.I have been looking for an all around genuine mechanic since I moved to Aurora 2.5 years ago. Even though I have taken advance auto courses and can do most of what I would need maintenance wise, Im stuck in an apartment complex. I wanted to say this so that when you are reading this you can understand that I have the knowledge base to know when someone is giving a line of BS or up charging something and Ken didnt did that. Hes of strong character, has a positive attitude and a good person. Go here If you dont want to get BSd or screwed over.

I received a Transmission Flush on my vehicle. Even though I had missed my appointment that morning, Ken was super helpful and willing to fit me into the schedule. They were packed to the brim with cars and I still got fit my vehicle into their schedule. Even with a full days worth of vehicles on their lot, I got my car back in just under 3 hours. Additionally, I told Ken about concerns with my acceleration. He took the time after giving me my car to do additional research on what may be wrong with my vehicle and gave me instructions on who I could call to get more help. Forever, grateful and will be returning if I run into anymore issues.

I really normally HATE going to get my car serviced. As a single woman, mechanics always try to get over on me. Last time I went to get my car serviced at the car dealership they tacked on $200+ more for additional services that was in no way what I came in for. I was so thankful about Tune Tech having the services necessary for each mileage on their website. Additionally the attendant did find something additional that I needed taken care of, but he showed me picture evidence of the issue and explained the possible complications of not handling in the moment. It was just very honest work. Id highly recommend.

I had heard about Tune Tech while listening to 560 KLZ. I needed to have some work done on my Toyota Camry, and the shop is conveniently located in North Aurora. I took it in and after a couple of days, I retrieved it and was very satisfied with the work that was done. Their prices are competitive, and I was even able to get a discount for being a retired veteran. Ill be using him again in the future for some more maintenance on my vehicle.

Ken is an extremely honest guy and did great work on getting my car up and running again. I had originally took it to Hyundai Dealership and their diagnosis was a failed transmission and they wanted 5k for a new one. Low and behold they were dead wrong! Tune Tech was able to discover a clogged cad converter with minimal to no air flow. They were able to fix my car for a fraction of the cost the dealership wanted. Put your trust in Tune Tech!

Outstanding place. I needed a place in pinch to fix my car after the alternator died on me at 12 am. I had car back with 24 good as new. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that was done. Military discount!!! This is my place of choice for my vehicle.

I dont recommend. Im not sure what cars they may actually know about, but they were clueless about mine. Another shop was able to identify the problem and fix it for a reasonable price, while this shop just have me a bill for doing literally nothing.

Took my car in to get brakes and the oil pan resealed and oil change. If you are looking for a shop get work done they are honest.When Ken called me the owner he said you dont need the oil pan resealed the oil drain plus is leaking and the front brake are at 5/32 thats half life left also the rear is at 7/32 life left brakes are perfect so I walked in expecting a bill of 850 and walked out paying 130 wow. Honest and you can trust Ken And Steve to only sell you what you need God Bless You Guys.

Tune Tech Deserves more than 5 STARS!! Why? Well because before I left Colorado I noticed that my car was showing a different light that I had never seen before so of course I was just going to ignore it and start driving 16 hrs. BUT good thing I didn’t or else I would’ve been stranded on the side of the road since my thermos was what was messed up.. I called a few places and when I came across this shop, Ken the owner was SUPER nice and he gave me the BEST quote on my car. He was literally a blessing that I came across because other shops were charging me what I didn’t have.. I wish more shops were like his because I’ve never been shown the actual parts that got worked on AND I didn’t get scammed. He made sure to fix what ONLY had to be fixed.
