I could not have had a better experience at Duanes shop! My car got backed into and they left a dent and scrape on the bumper. He repaired the dent and painted it so perfectly that you would never know anything happened. Also his customer service and turnaround time was better than anything Ive ever had at other repair shops. He had my car fixed and ready in less than 24 hours! I took it to him in the mid-afternoon and he had it ready by 9am the next morning, plus he let me use a loaner car for the evening mine was in his shop which was a huge plus. Definitely take your car to Duane for dent repair, he makes the repair process super quick and painless!

I truly cannot recommend Hail & Dent King enough. I first called the shop to inquire about fixing some hail damage on my car and Duane was friendly and responsive. He got in touch with me immediately and was able to look at my car that day. He assured me that we could get the work done. I immediately got a good feeling about the shop, could tell it was a family oriented environment and trusted the crew. Duane was extremely flexible about the start date of the repairs and even offered to provide me with the shop’s rental vehicle while my car was being repaired, even though my insurance did cover a rental car. The shop also provided me with a Lyft to the rental car company whenever I dropped off my car. While my car was in the shop, Duane was great at communicating throughout the process and even dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to.During the process, the insurance company tried to declare that the amount of hail damage on my vehicle qualified it as a total loss. Duane reassured me that he would take care of the situation. I was upset because my car has sentimental value to me, Duane knew this and truly went out of his way to ensure the car was not considered totaled by the insurance. Out of the kindness of his heart, he spent several hours on the phone negotiating with the insurance company until a solution was reached and the insurance deemed the car repairable. Now, generally I am not one to write reviews but Hail & Dent King truly has compassion for their customers and prioritizes quality service. When the repairs were completed, Duane was there to greet me to pick up the car and my car looked absolutely brand new. Both the interior and exterior were sparkling, the paint matched perfectly and all dents had been flawlessly removed. You could not tell there was previous damage to the vehicle at all. The inside of the car also smelled like new. If you have any damage to your car and want to be able to sleep at night knowing that it is in good hands, without a shadow of a doubt choose Hail King. Duane and his crew will take care of you, they truly have your best interest. They also worked with my high deductible and were able to mitigate it.Simply put, this is the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I had a door ding and a minor scratch so I called another dent company in the area originally but received a complete run around and horrible customer service. I then found Hail King & Dent King. When I called they were very friendly, straight to the point on what they can do, and quoted a very fair price. They came to my house and took care of the dent and scratch in minutes! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. My car was hit (hit and run) which left a very large dent on the back left by the small window on my wagon. I was furious that I was left to fix this, so I reluctantly started calling around to see what my options were. I got a quote from an auto body shop that said theyd have to take the car apart, would take 7-10 days, and cost me almost $1300. I decided to find another option and happened upon Hail King & Dent King on google. I called and Dwayne was so friendly, down to earth and had me just send him a few pics. From the pics he said he could do it for almost half the price of the auto body shop. I dropped my car off and less than 24 hours later it was done. This man is a magician. What a great experience. Two parts to this review.Part one: The work done on my car is excellent. He explained everything that was done in detail. Both before and after the work was done.Part two: most importantly was the customer service. The price was what was quoted even though there ended up being a few more hail dents. Man of his word. Car went in late in the afternoon and was ready the next day. Added bonus was car was detailed before delivery. Any more weather damage and this company gets my business.

I am keeping Hail and Dent King on speed dial in my phone. I had a huge dent in the side of my Tesla Model Y because someone parked next to me in their big GMC SUV. The person opened his door and it hit my car pretty hard. I knew that this was going to inconvenience me big time. When I called to get an estimate, all I had to do was text over a photo. Happy about that because I really didn’t have time to drive over. To my surprise I was able to bring my car in at a time that was Convenient for me. He was very flexible with my work schedule. An even bigger surprise was that I was told he could fix it while I wait. I was able to watch him do the work on my Tesla. I cannot believe the great work. Im so amazed. My car looks like nothing ever happened. The ding was at the crease part. That part was all dented in before. I watched “my dent guy “ perfectly, meticulously, and Patiently work that section to perfection. This guy is The Truth! I don’t want anyone else working on my Tesla. Not only perfect work but as a female I hate taking my car to get worked on. Some of these guys can be ugh to say the least. “My Dent Guy” was very easy to talk to. Very professional. Hail damage sucks and when I found out that I had hail damage I was sooo worried because I honestly hate going to get repairs done because 9 out of 10 they rip you off. This team did a superb job fixing the hail damage on my Dodge Charger! The car looked brand new afterwards without a single dent missed. Hail King and Dent King is amazing! I got a sticky note on my last car from Rian and called him pretty skeptical as to what it was about. We had an awesome conversation about my hail damage and how he could help. I was honest with him and expressed it just sounded too good to be true. I scheduled with him anyway and unfortunately got in an accident before I could bring my old car in.Fast forward to a week later, I buy a new car and just an hour after getting home with my new car, a hail storm comes through! It was really comforting knowing I had Rians number! Called him up and let him know all that happened and he schedule me in for just 4 days later. The damage was bad enough that my hood and roof had to be replaced but they took care of everything AND I MEAN EVERYTHING! He was able to cover my deductible so ask him if he can cover yours! And if my insurance hadnt covered my rental, he would offered to pay for that too. I literally didnt worry about a single thing and was updated throughout the entire process. I STRONGLY recommend Hail King and will never take my vehicles anywhere else!Thank you guys so much!
