This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with any automotive shop. Rachel is so professional and friendly and warm and Clint and Chad were nothing but helpful and kind. They fixed the dent in my car right up, and it looks beautiful. But truthfully it’s worth going there just for the hospitality you receive. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give a million stars if I could! Started off speaking with Rachel who was cheerful and professional! She set up a time for me to come in for an estimate. I ended up sending photos and they gave me an estimate over the phone. I needed ASAP and they made time for me the following morning!! Chad had it completed in a few hours and it looks perfect like nothing ever happened! I am in awe of their professionalism and work! I will recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. I was very torn on leaving a bad review, but after thinking about all the factors all day, I feel like others should know my experience.First, the dent was a minor to moderate dent on the fender of my 2016 Porsche Cayenne, with deep scratches. The quality of the repair itself is bad if you have an eye for detail. You can see tool tip marks all over the dent, and you can see waves. The panel doesnt line up with the bumper properly. I was told they could get the dent out to 100 percent, and thats definitely not the case.I can live with minor imperfections that no one else will notice at a glance, but what bothers me more is the work they did (and screwed up) that I specifically told 2 of their employees I DID NOT want done. I specifically said to NOT do any paint correction on the vehicle. Leave the scratches alone. Im capable of doing paint correction, or I could have a detailer properly remove the scratches.PDR guys are not detailers and do not properly remove scratches.They hit my clear coat with a heavy compound and a wool pad, which is the most aggressive thing you can do to the paint/clear coat. Its obvious to me that they hit it way too hard with their polisher, because the deep scratches were wallowed into smooth valleys and they left holograms in my clear. Im going to lose even more clear when I fix the scratches properly.The owner said they were trying to be nice and basically thinks Im wrong about the clear being torn down. Sorry, but its blatantly clear to me you dont really know paint correction, so why argue? He offered to meter the paint and throw more clear on it if it is worn down. Hold up... First, your shop showed me they dont remove dents fully and they cant properly polish paint without just slamming it with heavy compound... Why would I want you throwing on some cheap clear and half-@*$ing that too? The bigger issue is that they did something to my car they were told not to do, and they screwed it up.Now, when I go to properly fill and fix the scratches, I have to take even more clear off it. They would know that if they actually knew how to fix scratches properly.Do what youre asked and paid to do. Youre not doing me any favors by half-@$$ing my repair and screwing up my clear coat. Stop trying to slam out repairs quickly and try just doing a good job. Quality matters to people that drive nice cars.If you drive a Toyota and have hail damage, Id bet they would be fine. If you actually care about your car and want a quality repair, definitely look elsewhere.

I brought my Silverado in due to hail damage. From start to finish it was a great experience. Rachel called back when she said she would and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Service and work performed was excellent. Colorado PDR did everything they said they would and I am completely satisfied with the hail damage repairs.

Excellent work repairing a nasty scratch on the hood of my new car! The paint looks brand new again and at a price that was far less than I expected to pay. They were flexible with timing and very friendly. Will be using them again in the future when Mother Nature takes another swipe at my ride! After looking for weeks and going back and forth on what shop to use for the work, I couldn’t be happier with choosing Colorado PDR!

I took my truck to several other PDR locations. One claimed the ding required the door be removed and repainted as well as the rear door to match. Thank goodness for Colorado PDR! They took care of it with zero issues and now my new truck looks new again!!

Had a small dent fixed by colorado PDR and they were super fast, friendly, and their work is second to none. Ive had hail damage fixed at other places and there was always something that wasnt right at the end, but these folks take customer satisfaction seriously. Ill definitely be back. Well, I hope I wont need to come back, but Ill be back if I do!

Took my car in to get a door dent removed along with a handful of other dents from hail. Estimate was on the high side and promised to buff some minor scratches out. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. Upon receiving my car again. A couple of dents repaired were still wavy and minor scratches were still present on the car. Told reception about the issues and said they would call back to follow up. They never called. Needless to say they did a sub par job for price they quoted. I would NOT recommend this place and you would be better off going somewhere else.

I own a fully loaded 2018 Dodge Challenger. Shes my pride and joy! So, Im really picky about who I trust, to even touch my car. Let alone, work on her. Needless to say, you have to be REALLY good, to get a recommendation, from me.That being said, Clint did an amazing job on her! After his work, Im thrilled to say that she looks just as beautiful now, as the day that I picked her up, from the dealership! I couldnt be happier!Hopefully I never need his services, again. I had a great experience with Colorado PDR. I thought my van was ruined from a spray foam company I hired to insulate the inside of my van did not prep properly. The foam expanded behind the bulkheads andpushed the panels out making the entire outside of the van look horrible and wavy. PRD was able to bring the panels back into shape and make it look like new after we ripped all the foam out and got them access to the panels. I didnt think it was possible but Clint and his team made miracles happen. They were fast, efficient, friendly and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs dent repair.

Consummate professionals! They performed work on my truck in 15 minutes what another company said would be eight hours. They are more than fair in their pricing and wont gouge you (I know this because I priced several places, this one was by far the best for the work I was requesting). I’m here on vacation for a week and the 2nd day someone hit my rental car in a parking lot when I was having lunch with a friend. Sorry I didn’t put my car on a credit card or bought the insurance. I am honestly in shock , the work these guys put in is incredible . I had a heavy table fall on my car and it dented the fender and door . Colorado PDR is the place to take your vehicle. I had pretty good sized dent on my passenger side fender. I called and spoke a friendly office associate named Michelle. She booked my appointment within a few days.Clint (owner) and his brilliant staff, did a fantastic job and got my Toyota back to new! They also did their due-diligence and found I had hail damage, that I was completely unaware of. I received a simplelifed quote with pictures to turn into my car insurance for repairs & a claim. I highly recommend this locally owned company.

Clint was great and honest. The dent I had was caused by suction from the brace under the hood, and once the glue was cut, the dent released. Simple five minute fix, instead of $300+ I was quoted at other places. Thanks Clint!

Colorado PDR did a fantastic job. The customer service was excellent and my truck (which got hit HARD by the hail) looks amazing. This was faster and less expensive than the auto body shops. Compare my experience with Colorado PDR with the traditional auto body shop: traditional scheduled me 2 months out and said it would take 4-6 weeks to repair, CPDR scheduled me a week out and I had my truck back the next day. The traditional shop wanted to cut my roof off and weld a new one on, CPDR was able to save my roof (and my trucks structural integrity)! It looks like nothing ever happened to my truck at all!The attached picture is one of the bigger dents after and before CPDR fixed it
