Where do I begin DHR was beyond professional and fabulous with the service on my 2014 Mazda CX-5. The hail damage was so bad they had to replace the entire roof!!! But they provided me a loaner free of charge (2021 Subaru Forester). They always kept me updated on repairs and time frame! I 100% recommended them if u need hail repair done I’m so excited to have my Mazda back and looks brand new!!

When I found out my car was impacted with the recent hail storm, I was unhappy 1) As I was moving out of state with my car in three weeks 2)I’m a car enthusiast so when I found out my car needed to be fixed and will no longer be perfect, I was upset. BUT Taylor and her team changed that. My car was done in 1.5 weeks (unheard of for a body/hail repair shop, most take a week to even get an insurance adjuster to take a look at it)! And my car was brought back to showroom floor condition!Also, this was my first ever insurance claim so I was not sure of the process, Taylor was extremely helpful in guiding my through the process and answering my questions!I have to say, even after this process, Taylor was fantastic! I had a great experience w/ DHR though their desk at Schomp Subaru. I was not planning on having my cars hail damage repaired that day when I came in for regularly scheduled service, but they were there so we chatted about the repair. They made some simple, but big promises - to restore my car to its previous pre-hail condition, to give me a loaner car through the dealerships service department, to do all of the work with the insurance company to get the claim updated and supplemental claims filed, and to do all of this at no out of pocket cost to me.I am happy to say that they did all of this, and more. Including fulfilling all of their promises, they also went above and beyond by doing some small corrections to some lingering issues from a previous repair. My car looks great again, I literally put no effort of my own into having it repaired, and it cost me nothing. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Discount Hail Repair via Schomp Subaru. Easily one of the BEST businesses I have ever dealt with.From start to finish, Taylor kept me updated on where they were with my truck. They detected and repaired DOZENS of dents that were overlooked by the claims agent. Taylor took care of everything involving my rental, including calling my insurance for rental codes, I literally just had to show up.Part way through the repair I needed my truck back for a road trip. The other owner, Wes, called me several days in advance to let me know the truck needed to go to another shop for paint, so the repair was going to take longer than expected. This heads up allowed me plenty of time to contact my insurance and swap back into my truck. Even though the repairs were not finished, I was delivered a detailed truck inside and out. When I returned the truck the second time, Taylor drove 20+ minutes to meet me by a rental branch near my house to save me time.After picking up the truck from the final repairs/paint, there was dust and dried buffing glaze in a few areas on the passenger side. Although this was from the paint shop and not Discount Hail Repair that caused the mess, Taylor immediately went above and beyond to schedule me a detail appointment near my house on their dime.Great business model, will be back anytime I need work

Can’t say enough about these guys, I had my truck repaired here a few months back that had 2016 McKinney Damage. My rear power window on my truck was not functioning since the last time I had it repaired at another shop, needless to say when I received my truck it was fixed! They repaired my truck quickly but work kept me very busy and unfortunately they had my truck parked outside of their place for over a week and didn’t call/text or complain. I would give 100 stars if I could! Going through the insurance claims process and taking my car into a shop as a young woman is intimidating. The second I talked to Taylor on the phone I knew I was in good hands and had 100% trust in Discount Hail Repair. She helped talk me through the claims process, met me at the shop, and arranged for me to get a loaner car. Service was performed promptly. They were able to service my car ASAP while other Denver shops make you wait months. She was available for all my questions and concerns. I had a high deductible ($1000) after the insurance company cut the check but Discount Hail Repair worked with me to where I paid nothing out of pocket. The team at Discount Hail Repair were very nice and always professional. Although it took almost four weeks to to get it repaired (June 19th - July 13th), we did receive a rental car to use in the interim, so that was a great help. We do understand, though, that insurance claims can be riddled with red tape and other hindering obstacles. Luckily, my car looks like it did before it was damaged by hail, and we are pleased with our experience.
