Best shop around. Will is awesome to work with, they do quality work and are fairly priced. Only place I trust to work on my Evo. When you go, theres always a nice selection of sick cars being worked on.

They have great prices and they do great work. I will be back and I will recommend a friend to them

Been working with Will for a few years, we do all of the transmission builds for them in the Evo platforms and the customers are always satisfied with the work.Communication can sometimes be slow but it comes with the territory of running a shop with so much going on. I will continue to send customers here for work.

Love this place. Great customer service. The owner lent me his car so that he could work on mine. He even provided shuttle service to me at 4am one morning. Very knowledgeable. Time and time again, hes very willing to take my car in to make sure its safe for me to drive. He understands that I have a child and that safety is a huge concern, and he also understands the convenience is important as well. Once again, he is loaning me his personal car to ensure that I have a vehicle to pick my child up in as my car is in need of urgent repairs.When I needed to get my check engine light fixed in order to pass emissions, AW even took my car to the station and got the emission slip for me. That made it so much easier for me to pay for my registration.I dont know why anyone would go to another shop in this area, to be honest. Will is a very stand-up guy and has great prices, but more than anything, customer service. He goes out of his way to make sure YOU are being taken care of.

Very professional staff (office and shop staff) and a very busy and clean shop from the looks of it. We are a tow truck company that from time to time delivers vehicles to AW Automotive in Auburn. Yesterday we delivered a vehicle to AW Automotive in Auburn all the way from Bellevue because our customer does not trust any other auto shop to work on his Evo. We have never had any issues when dealing with the staff here. The staff is always very friendly and everybody has a great attitude. Keep up the great work guys!

For the record, A&W is now located at 123 W. Main St. in Auburn, WA.Outstanding customer service! I recently moved to Auburn from central California and thought I was looking at a defective transmission so I brought my car into A&W Auto for a transmission flush. I received a call shortly after leaving my car from the gentleman who explained that my transmission fluid (and subsequently, my transmission) were fine. As much as I would love to service your vehicle, you dont need to so you can just come down and pick it up anytime! No charge! Incredible! Rarely will you ever find a business so honest and upstanding.All my future auto maintenance will be done at A&W Automotive in Auburn, WA! No question!

Logan and Will took real good care of me, after blowing the throw out bearing in my clutch I had started in on the process of replacing it following instructions off the internet. In the end blowing through my time box I called them up and asked them if theyd be willing to pick up from where I left off. They said sure and the car is back running better than ever :)

A&W is the only place i will ever take my pride and joy. They are a great bunch of guys that do great work. They genuinely care about their customers and will do work right the first time!!

Top notch service at an affordable price. Been coming to have these guys service and work on all my vehicles. They’ve worked in my Civic, Outlander Sport and both my Evos. Everything from full motor build to just a basic oil change. Up front and honest with great customer rapport

I took my car for the second time with appointment, i suppost to receive updates, they never call. I call them 2 times leaving a message, they never respond ,after 4 hours i show up at the shop, they didnt even touch my car , horrible custumer service , i hope as a mechanics they are better then their customer service .

I wouldnt recommend the shop to my worst enemy. I seriously dont understand the good reviews. He agreed over a month ago to work on my car. The day we were scheduled to drop off my car he would not respond or talk to me. I finally sent him a message saying I was on my way and he replied with no Im too busy. Lets try for tomorrow. I said are you sure tomorrow will work I have appointments I will need to cancel. He said yes and I will update you tonight next day came around and he blew me off again. He rescheduled for the next week and then a third time blew me off. This guy ran me in circles for no reason.

Had a bad experience with A&W with my EVO a few years back. I will trailer my EVO and haul it 3 hours to Camas, WA, over taking it to A&W. I have family members and have met other people in Western Washington with EVOs who have had bad experiences at A&W as well. I have nothing to gain from writing this review; I dont want anyone else who works hard for their money to have a bad experience like mine.Response to AW Automotive Owner: You never identified that the seals need to be replaced. Had you informed me of the bad seals, I would have said, Yes lets replace them since we were already spending a large amount of money. Your shop thought the oil leak was coming from the valve cover vent after I brought it up to your shops attention. I elected to have English Racing to work on my car because I felt that I could no longer trust your shop. Timing was off because we discussed advancing the time to squeeze out some more horsepower. Yes, it turns out some of my friends, family, and acquaintances have used your shop in the past with varying results; but overall, they all rather not return to your shop. Also, I have not been back to your shop since my bad experience. I do really appreciate you giving a loaner car during the work on my car, and that you paid to have my hood repaired. Ive heard youve had a change over of mechanics; hope things work out better for your shop.

Horrible service took my car in to get it fixed . Said they would fix it. ended up paying a grand for my car to stay in the same situation
