I have used a street auto for years and have been satisfied with the service. This time was not the same. The mechanic named Joe called me and said I needed a new battery. Well I had just bought one in February and said I would take it back. I had it tested at two different locations and it is fine. Dont trust Joe. He also wouldnt give me my AAA discount. Never going back there.

Always very nice, dependable and detail oriented. They always explain everything so you understand. I dont ever feel like they are trying to do more then necessary. And they are always excellent about letting me know of things that could potentially be problems and I can choose to schedule those repairs at a later date. I never feel any kind of pressure. Ive never had an auto shop that was so great to deal with!!

Easy check in. I had a 4 wheel alignment on my 1999 BMW 528I Wagon/ Touring. They gave me a copy of the report on the findings before and corrections made after. It was done in about 2 hours. They found an ABS/DSC issue and told me about it. I already knew about the ABS/DSC issue prior. I was not pressured after I told them I knew and will take care of it myself (repair it via modulemasters).

Also did a coolant flush and replace. As always, A Street auto and Joseph did a top job of scheduling and completing the job on time and at a fair price. A Street is my preferred auto service and repair business.Forrest Rambo, Auburn

Needed to have my Air conditioning trouble shot and they did, gave me a price qoute and told me what was wrong and why it went bad. Its a 2013 F-150 that got from Northwest Motor Sports. As a side note for anyone reading this, I bought the vehcile May 2020 and no problems until the end of the summer, A Street diagnosed the issue as Bad Transfer Case gearing and the left front wheel vaccum line was bad and the gear in the wheel hub hadnt retracted causing transfer gear to go. I feel that both issues were covered up and finally whatever they did to cover said issues undid itslf. A Street Automotive fixed Case and will be having the AC fixed after some O/T. Rob and Joe treated me good and professionally, will go back in future!!!

These automotive experts have made my old 1984 Corvette rollback the years. Now the power antenna functions, door locks and windshield wipers are reliable. New exhaust system sounds like when new, weather seals around all openings, down to fixing the worn out shocks and suspension system, and new seat padding and upholstery. Going from Seattle to Las Vegas without concern now.

I originally went to Street Automotive because of their good reputation and rating and they lived up to it. They rebuilt my differential on my 2011 Avalanche and warrantied it for 2 yrs. A part failed near the end of the 2 yrs and they honored the warranty, no questions asked.

Just wanted a quick test on my ac.they wanted 200.00 + dollars. Got it done for 79.00 at buckeys.

My 2017 Silverado had over 6,000 misfires on one cylinder n5000 misfires on another cylinder they replaced all injectors and cleaned my valves one-day service turn around. Absolutely awesome company to deal with

My car broke down suddenly over the weekend and I had to call AAA to get it towed. I was informed A street was a AAA approved shop and was accepting vehicles and it would immediately be worked on. I took it there. Over all I am impressed that they diagnosed the issue and replaced the parts promptly and my car was fixed within a couple of days. That said it was expensive. I had to shell out $1500 for the repair work for a fuel pump assembly and replacing valve cover gaskets.

Did not fix the problem and chatted me 2200.00 after taking it in twice I took it somewhere else and they confirmed i had been taken advantage of!!! The second place I took it chatted 84.00 and took care of the problem

So I just finished having some electrical work performed on my Jeep after it wouldnt start. I realized one day after they had the Jeep that I left $1,500 cash in the glove compartment that I was going to use to purchase a dirt bike. Not gonna lie, I was pretty scared that the money may just disappear. Picked up the jeep two days later and the money wasnt touched. Not only did I appreciate the work they did, I also appreciate the honesty. Whether they knew the money was in there or not, I appreciate them not rummaging through my stuff as well.

Even though it took longer then expected I feel they made sure the repair was done correctly and it did come with a 2 year 24,000 mile warrenty on the repair. They had to redo my cylinders and repair the turbo etc. It was expensive but I hope it will last me a long time now and they did give me suggestions on maintanence so it will not happen again.

This is my second time using A Street Automotive and Ive been happy with the service, the staff and especially the timing. Both times my car was ready a little before the estimated time, and they even cleaned the windows. It is very nice and appreciated to use a company that still provides those little touches. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is they are a little pricey. Im hoping that the high prices are just due to current economy/covid and they will be reduced later. I will use them again. Id recommend them to anyone looking for kind staff with good service.

We took our sons car in to be fixed for a leaking transmission. Unfortunately my son mistakenly told the person at the front desk that he thought it was a rear main seal leak when it actually was a transmission front pump seal that needed to be replaced. If A street automotive had actually diagnosed the problem they would have very easily caught the mistake. All they needed to do was check the oil and transmission fluid levels and/or checked the leaking fluid. Transmission fluid is red while oil is brown/black. Although they did charge us 120.00 for diagnosing the problem, it is clear that they did not. My husband was a mechanic for 40 years and a service writer for 15 to 20 years. He would tell you that you dont take an untrained persons word for it. You, a trained mechanic, diagnose the problem and then write up a service order which you share with the customer. A service order tells you what is wrong with your car and how much it will cost to fix it. AT this point A street automotive tells us they want 4800.00 to replace the transmission. At this point we are having said vehicle towed to a different shop because even if they are correct and it does cost us another 4800.00 to fix, at least we can trust this other shop. Personally,I believe they should refund the money we have paid them. Since it is plain that they did not do a diagnosis, how do i trust them on anything.

I brought in my 92 Jeep Wrangler in for a failed clutch slave cylinder. Since the part was in the bell housing, and it was my daily, I didnt feel like doing it myself, so I brought it into the ppl at A Street. They came back with an estimate that included everything Id imagined should be done at that point and nothing more.They were super professional through the entire repair process and did a great job getting my car back on the road. Moreover they offered to be a Q/A resource in the future.Im an above average amateur mechanic; Ive rebuilt a 73 MGB from a junkyard find to a show car, by myself, and in my own garage. These fellas are fair, reasonably priced, and are only concerned with making sure your vehicle stays on the road as long as possible.Edit: They just aligned my ElCamino. Super fair, super honest, really easy to work with. Cant recommend this shop enough.

I took my Dodge Magnum in for some work, and the company was direct and extremely professional about what would be done. They called me back with a quote that was more than fair, and they stuck to that quote. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time (the manufacturers parts were backdated, but A Street Auto checked other places and got the parts needed). Very good company.

So they helped me figure out what needed to be done first and what could wait a little bit. The customer is the priority. In the past I have taken my vehicle to places that take advantage of my lack of knowledge and have pressured me into getting services I didnt need. But not at A Street Automotive. They honestly care about their customers. My dad is protective over me as dads are. I showed him the paperwork they gave me about services that I need done. He was very impressed because what they said needed to be done was true. When I asked if other services needed to be done they were honest and said no. Their honesty is refreshing and I am grateful. This is the only place I will take my vehicle.

This was my first time taking a vehicle to A St Automotive in Auburn. I have a 1979 one Chev van in very well preserved condition however it had some turn signal light bulb outages that needed fixing. Once I had a very back seat power down electrical problem that the Ford dealer wanted to replace for $2,200... A Street put new electric motors in for $600 and they have worked like new ever since...

I take my car here everytime I need something done. The technicians are knowledgeable, caring and honest. When they give you a quote, thats what you pay. They keep you updated as soon as there are changes if there are any. They dont try to push anything you dont need and are real with you every step of the way. Highly recommended.

This note is long overdue,I want to say A street auto is just awesome. Alan and the crew have been taking care of my vehicles for well the last 130k on my Dakota, never had a bad experience or issue. I dont think I have ever had a shop repair done that pays attention to detail as well. I just had a water pump replaced and coolant not only did it work great you cant even tell it was worked on. Usually, you find busted plastic clips, clamps, stripped bolt heads even missing parts and such, after you get the vehicle back. I know that sounds small, but it shows me the time was taken for the whole job done well. Not just get under book time. Little things like that really mean a lot.If there is ever any problem after, they do a super job making sure it is taken care of and you leave happy. A Street is really an exceptional shop. I dont even have a problem leaving a credit card number and saying give me a call when doneJust cant say enough, finally a place I trust. I am tired of doing repairs and such myself.Thank you A Street Auto

I came to these guys after another company. Because another company just took my money and said that I cannot repair steering wheel and horn without replacement it overall. Then I just ran away from them and came to A Street Automotive.A Street Automotive are really professionals. They found all the issues of my car, that other company was not able to find. As a courtesy, A Street did diagnostics of all the car areas, instead of steering wheel only I asked about.But what is more nice: I paid for diagnostics only. But A Street Automotive said that it was easy to fix my horn during diagnostics itself because problem was not so difficult. And it was with no additional charge for me!Finally, I came and paid for diagnostics of steering wheel only. But for my money, these guys did diagnostics of all the car + repaired horn for free!Thanks a lot for your service. I do recommend these guys to everyone!

Service was not the greatest. They did my oil change but refused to do a front end alignment because of the gearbox supposedly not being aligned which is a load of bull. I wouldnt go here unless your prepared to pay $60 to have people look at stuff you didnt ask them to look at.

Had work done on my old truck. Good guys and got that I got to make it last.

Took my car in to have the brakes done and they quoted me over $1000 to do the front pads, rotors and calipers- which is the highest Ive ever heard for a brake job. I took it to a specialty shop instead and had it done for less than $600 with OEM parts.
