We had a small water leak as a result of a broken washing machine (where water went from the first-floor laundry room into the basement). They did extra little things like touch up paint that got nicked and replacing some insulation near the rim joists. Eric was here daily and you wouldnt meet a more polite and patient guy. I used an independent tester before and after the cleanup and the house is as good as new. Trust me, if you are having a water or mold issue....this is the team!

Vincent Hesano and weDRY were extremely diligent and caring in the mold restoration job they did on our home. They came out to perform initial inspection within 2 days, and followed up by beginning cleaning within a week, despite having several homes on their list. We saw how they methodically detected mold spots in our basement and treated each spot until it was gone. The containment procedures - special clothing and negative pressure - were impeccable. This company also went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of searching for hidden areas to clean, and at our request, opening and cleaning an area not connected with our basement. The people were very pleasant. The final mold posttest passed muster. We were fortunate to choose this company.

After a recent sump pump backup flooded our entire basement, our insurance company was non responsive. We called weDRY and they arrived within a few hours and explained the cost and exactly what to expect. They arrived the next day with an extractor and set up 20 fans to dry the carpeting. They showed up a total of 5 days, hauled all the damaged items away and dealt directly with the insurance company. If anyone needs to use any of their services, I would highly recommend them. They were professional, polite and handled all our concerns.

While Id not recommend a flooded basement to anyone, we were lucky enough to have had weDRY to guide us through the whole process of filing an insurance claim, repairing, and restoring our space to an even better state than it was before the flood.
