Excellent service! Beautiful work!

Shoddy job. Painted over door hinges, left live wires over sink, dishwasher not working after installation, vertical blinds touch floor, did not repair broken wall after installing shower, tile not even, put door pull on cupboard on wrong side, did not install roll out shelf.

Midpoint Construction did a great job repairing a portion of our roof and fixing some internal water damage to our master bedroom. Jonathan was the project manager and did an awesome job of communicating next steps and keeping in touch on progress. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high quality work.

I highly recommend Midpoint. The entire Midpoint team did an excellent job!! The Manager JoAnne and the Project Managers Terry, Dylan and Deborah coordinated the different jobs and always kept us informed on the progress of everything. The quality of the work done by the construction teams was flawless, they were professional and always cleaned up the job site after they were done working.

My house was broken into and the front door was damaged. The insurance company contracted directly with Midpoint Construction to replace the door and my only stake was to sign off when the job was done.Six months later, Midpoint Construction starts harassing me for payment, which I replied talk to the insurance company. They harassed the insurance company and they released the totals of what I received in the insurance payout, none of which was for the door repair Midpoint constructed.I was being harassed daily because since I got money they wanted to get paid. I ended up doing their job for them, contacted the insurance company and found that Midpoint did not submit correctly, but they fixed it and are sending the check. The key point was Midpoint was not supposed to be paid by me, nor would the insurance company issue me a check for the work.The accounts receivables POC was quite frankly rude and apparently horrible at his job.

Amazing experience with the most friendly staff. So trustworth . Quality was over the top. They worked fast and were very good. The owner Scott was on the ball at all times and he knows his trade very well. Highly recommend

Project Manager Jonathan and Mike were excellent to work with. The guys doing our room did a superior job. Had some brutally windy days that had caused some delays but they worked until dark most days to make sure my roof was done in satisfactory time. I couldnt have asked for a better team and crew. They were extremely flexible and very courteous with our property. The guys moved furniture from the back porch, tarped off areas they were working in and comb through the grass with rakes and magnets to make sure they got all the nails and debris. My son even played soccer with the guys from the crew for a second while they were on break. Very friendly and would highly recommend this company. Thanks so much

Midpoint Construction was at home for water damage in the basement they were very pleasant and very helpful. There was no question as to there professionalism because they did a superb job from beginning to end. Their attention to detail was superb. I have friends who what to no who did the work. I definitely would recommend Midpoint Construction and Restoration to everyone. My hat is off to Midpoint Construction. Job well done!!

Spotted their vehicle out in the lot like i saw a movable feast connection also. I met a lady with that uniform and began a conversation. Dont know about construction much but inquired. Nice attitude, smile and knowledgable of company. May inquire with them later on.

Midpoint was referred to me by my insurance company after a flood. They did the reconstruction on my lower level that involved tile, painting, replacing laminate flooring and moving and replacing vanities and cabinets. Dealing with Terry was fantastic. All the work was done very well; especially the tile and painting. i would highly recommend Midpoint for any construction project.

Midpoint Construction did a fabulous job on a ceiling repair needed in my dining room. Additionally, we had them update our kitchen and that was also done very well. The job was completed in less time than estimated, the workers were timely and most importantly, cleaned up daily after working to allow our house to be habitable during the repairs. The project manager provided a fair and accurate estimate and I would recommend this contractor to anyone in need of home repairs.

I got hit by a car on my bike and one of the owners of this company, Mark Camaj, went above and beyond to help me out. The driver of the vehicle drove off, and Mark went after them and called the police. He stayed at the scene as a witness and even gave me some money to get my bike fixed up. He is a good dude and Im sure his character is reflected in his business.

Midpoint Construction did a great job on the repairs to my fathers home after he passed away in his home. They were always timely and professional and were able to complete the repairs on time so that I could show the house to realtors. They also repaired a broken window on the property but their price was a little high at $340.00for the repair of one window pane. That is the reason that I did not give them a 5 star rating.

Cannot say enough good things about the excellent service Midpoint provided. We are more than pleased with the outcome, and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

I used Midpoint Construction for a basement water damage repair. They were a AAA approved contractor. 100% happy with the work they did--timelines met, work was very well done and the people I worked with very professional. I would absolutely work with them again!

Midpoint restored our house after a tornado hit in March. They worked well with our insurance company and did quality work with quality materials. We asked for a detailed scope of work and a schedule, which they gave us, and which guided their work. Their roofers, siders, carpenters, drywall installers and painters worked beyond an eight hour day and sometimes on weekends. There was some kind of work done every day (unlike other contractors who would work for a few days, then be absent for a few weeks, leaving a job half done). Their subcontractors for clothes cleaning, rug cleaning, window and carpet installation, contents pack up, and house cleaning were incredibly skilled, efficient, and nice. Materials mostly made in Michigan. Turned a disaster into a great experience. Our house is better than it was before.

I would highly recommend looking at other options. They appear to specialize in insurance work and they are sort of shady, high pressure, and keep saying things like dont worry its insurance. Be warned!!

My experience with Midpoint was the most exciting that anyone could ever ask for with such beautiful people, professional, courteous, caring, and dedicated people. Always prompt on time and always left my home clean after they would finish different task; and taking such time with the job performed in my kitchen. The beautiful professionals, such as Vasel, Mark, Dave and Agostine. These individuals were the best.I must mention that Midpoint came in after a big mess/screw up from another company, Anytime Construction truly screwed over me for eight months. Mark and his guys came in and did a tremendous job. I thank God for them and will recommend anyone to hire them for jobs to be well done and professionally.I pray Gods blessings upon all of you guys.

We called on Midpoint when we had a leak in our kitchen and used them for both remediation and construction and are so happy we did. Joanne worked with our insurance company and spent countless hours working on our claim. One of the owners, Mark, even came to our home to meet with our adjusters and ultimately helped us receive 3x insurances initial claim estimate. Our GC, Terry, worked proactively to move our project (a full kitchen, half bath and hardwood floor replacement and refinishing) to completion swiftly. Terry was always responsive and incredibly professional and patient when answering our questions. We are so glad Midpoint guided us through what would have otherwise been a harrowing ordeal.

These people were contracted out by my insurance company to make repairs to my home. They didn’t do much work for three months, in which they attempted to pull some sleezy tricks to get money from me. They also damaged my home carelessly and the owner- Tom Camag proceeded to patronize and disrespect me when I pointed out the damage they did. They ended up cutting their losses with my insurance company and got paid for a part of what they did and tried to get me not to write this review. I’m writing this in hopes I save someone the headache of dealing with them.

The company overall did a beautiful job redoing the floors in my house, matching the kitchen cupboards and fixing the damage. Ryan is very customer service oriented and I feel very positive about the repairs.

I absolutely love Midpoint Construction LLC and DID use them again! I first met the owner, Mark in 2012 on my driveway after a Tornado damaged it severely. He said it would be okay, and it was. The whole team has a tremendous amount of compassion and support in these devastating situations. They became like family in the moment. My house turned out beautiful. Many neighbors were bogged down with contractors not showing up, payment from insurance and mortgage companies, ETC. Anything can happen! It did not in this case, and things were done promptly and properly. Everyone I know who used MIDPOINT was pleased in the subdivision. They honored the five year warranty! Without hassle.The second time I worked with Midpoint was a seperate property that had a catastrophic fire. They coordinated everything that I would not be able to do and think of myself. There is always going to be hassles in reconstruction, but litigation, insurance gaps, payments and banking issues were all handled by them. They used 2x6 exterior walls and both floors had 14 I beam construction.I hope to never use them again! BUT totally would if I needed to.

I hate to give one star reviews but if people don’t truly review none of us would ever know. My sump pump backed up in March. I have a very small but nice finished basement. Mid point came on the job after cleanup in early April. Wow are they bad. They had so many hiccups. First they dropped a pod off in my driveway. I didn’t put a single item in it. I notified them the day of that I did not need it. I had to hound the company for close to a week to get it out. Then they dropped a dumpster off. Minimal things were needed to be discarded. I had random contractors dumping in it for days. I had to hound them to get it out. Again close to a week. It left rust in the drive and damaged concrete. Drywall guy did a bad job after I hounded them to finish the job. Doors were never ordered up front and I had to wait forever. Multiple times wasted my time by not showing up as planned. So today it’s June 7th approx 2 months later. They finished but not really. I have to finish painting because they messed it up. I don’t even want to type anymore. I’m summary, they have a lot of bad reviews for a reason. It’s a coin flip with them. I could never think of doing business with them again for any reason.

Was referred by insurance company. Representative came out and was going to mud and tile without replacing the floor or pulling the vanity. Had to argue with representative that there was tile under it. Would not recommend.

Words cannot express my deep gratitude with Midpoint Construction. I had water damage, my insurance company sent Midpoint Construction, I live approx one hour away. Less than 24 hours, Midpoint was at my home. The 2 men that came, Robert and I cannot remember the younger guys name. I was an emotional reck- the water damage and the loss of a family member. Those two men patiently explained as they assessed the damage. The next day, 2 other guys came to remove the damage and hauled it off in the companys truck. I had an issue with my smoke detectors, clled Midpoint, the next morning, (Friday) before 9am, Robert was at my door. He took care of the situation and waited to see if the problem would re-occur. Monday morning, Vasal called to arrange for a time to come and assess the damage. The next day, Vasal was at my door. Vasal thoroughly inspect the damages. I had questions after questions, Vasal answered every last one of my questions. Called Vasal about a few minor scratches, he sent Augustus, this man worked so swift and thorough, this man removed one side of a door frame, cut out a new frame and painted perfectly and I didnt know he had finished. If anyone is looking for a honest company....... Midpoint Construction is the ONE. I was so afraid and vulnerable, because I never experienced anything like this before, Midpoint Construction came and took care of the job. So, in conclusion, if anyone is looking for a honest, knowledgeable, experienced professional construction company, I would highly recommend them. To Vasal, Robert, Agustus, and the other guys that came into my home....... I say Thank you......God Bless

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY**** Date of Loss: 11/06/2016 Water damage recovery. After being told workers were done mid-November 2016, I checked. They left saturated boxes in the basement, created more of a mess removing wet insulation which sprayed onto the walls. A couple weeks ago (January 2017), I did receive a check for compensation for my work in cleaning up their finished work. However, workers damaged/dented my refrigerator and scraped my deck with their equipment. Initially, I was told by insurance they didnt damage my refrigerator, calling me a liar. Ive been in discussion with a supervisor off and on during this period and as recent as last week that they are working on getting my compensation for damage to refrigerator and deck. Three months later and no reimbursement for my damaged refrigerator, which Im told to fix would cost more than purchasing a new refrigerator, and my deck needs to be power washed and re-stained. Possibly this review might get their attention and rectify this problem. *I had to give one star to post this:(

Did a great job worked around our schedule for work very professional

Charged extra on fixing a wood structure near the top of a chimney. Did they think the chimney was going to be on the ground? Also, they painted while it was raining and then wanted to charge extra to put a second coat on, which would have been unnecessary if they had done it right the first time.

Be aware from those thieves The worst company you can ever deal with they charge a lot money and they have no quality in there service
