This company helped my family after our fire. The crews were AMAZING! Really helped us bring some stability to a very stressful situation. They helped us save our keepsakes and important items and stored them until we moved back in. I really appreciated how i was able to reach out to my girl Bobbie and she was there to answer any and all questions all throughout the experience.My belongings came back in better condition than before the fire. Over the moon happy with my experience.

This team was amazing to work with. Angie and Jamie came out to inventory all of my items that were damaged in our apartment flood. Angela at the office was great to talk to and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank you so much!

Didnt correctly inventory when they were paid to inventory. Had to clean up after they were done cleaning out my house. They will repeatedly scare you about doing insurance fraud. Both this company and their parent company, Midpoint Construction, like to pull the insurance fraud scare on their customers. The only insurance fraud going on is with the owners and employees at this scam company. If I could do it over again I wouldnt want them touching my items. Still cant find certain items I know I had before my fire.The smaller and cheaper the items they over value them at, the larger and expensive items they under value, and if they dont want to do their job they bundle. They are the bundle kings.What a joke of a company.

The company did an excellent job when I had extensive water damage to my house. They wasted no time in getting to my home and packing up all of my kitchen items, removing all of the water and wet items, and drying out my house over the next five days. Out of the 37 boxes they packed, not one thing was damaged! In addition, they prepared an extensive & accurate list of each item that had been destroyed. They were also very responsive to any and all questions I had. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do, they will be the company I call.
