This company advertises cat rescue and tree climbing. My cat was stuck in a tree for over 24 hours. I did not end up using them because of the horrendous, uncaring attitude from one of the owners, Patty. I called the number listed on the website and left a message. Patty called me back 30 minutes later and was ANGRY with me for calling her before 7:00am. I have never talked to a business owner that would speak to a customer in such an unprofessional, rude manner, or who would be upset that a customer called them needing the help that they advertise to provide. Do not call this company if you need help and especially do not call them for an emergency.ETA: I see that Patty has responded to my honest review stating that I was rude. I wasnt rude to her, I was desperate. My cat was suffering and my whole family was beside themselves, but this woman chose to attack me for calling her too early for her liking. I deal with customers all the time who call morning, noon and night and if I talked to someone the way she did I would be fired. She shows no concern for customers or people or animals in general for that matter.

I sort of feel bad for Patty and Peter Jenkins. Nice people but a complete failure on my job by every measure. Had them schedule a visit to evaluate one specific tree, and Peter arrived on the wrong day at the wrong time - but that was OK. He rambled about my property and told stories rather than spending much time looking at the tree in question - but that was OK. I had to contact them multiple times to get my report - but that was OK.What was not OK was the two paragraph report that I was eventually emailed as it was for the wrong tree! The report described a tree not even on the property but rather on a neighbors lot behind me! Seriously. I then sent them a Google street view which showed the tree in question and Patty scheduled another visit, but then they canceled the in-person appointment and evaluated the tree based on the Google picture I sent! (Saying the tree was healthy by the way) I called another arborist who came out and promptly and professionally reported (on the correct tree) seven reasons the tree was an imminent hazard.The most pitiful part? They actually sent an invoice to me a couple weeks later expecting payment. LOL. Im sure theyd be fun to get a beer with, and maybe there was a time when they did good work. My experience with them was a waste of time.

I requested a tree inspection on our property and the woman on the phone was very polite and had us on their schedule quickly. When we met on site you could tell immediately the inspector was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate. He provided some great information about what to look for with our trees to make sure we could enjoy them while also being safe and aware of what could go wrong. I do not believe they are not in the business of cutting down trees but they do check on the health of our trees. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

I have known Peter and Patty for over twenty years. I have always found them to be the consummate professionals. I have referred them to other neighbors who have had positive experiences to report. If you want people who genuinely care about arboriculture and the health of your trees I would definitely give them a call.

Extremely positive experience. Identified all trees. Discussed risk, drilled a tree and determined it 30% hollow. Good insights. Great value.
