WOW! Very impressive! Great skill, safety first, excellent equipment, organized and ready to please. They did their job, cleaned up and on to the next job. Good price; no complaints at all. They even sent me a Thank You card for my business; who does that anymore??!! This isnt your typical Bubbas Tree Service; these guys know what theyre doing. Couldnt ask for more. Will definitely use them again.

Davey Trees did a wonderful job with our trees. First, there was the actual tree trimming which was wonderful. Our trees have canopy but theres more room for them to grow, and no more squirrels getting on the roof. Second, there was the initial contact, which was by phone and then follow up with email and text messages. I prefer email and texting to calling and so I loved that we ended up coordinating via email. Brilliant. (Sometimes its easier for me to send an email than talk on the phone). Third, we had a rather crazy schedule and Davey Trees accommodated our changing needs with grace. All in all highly recommend Davey Trees.

After poor experiences (and price) with other tree companies, I called in some highly rated companies for estimates on 5 dead trees & 1 large dead limb over my roof. Chris Heim, the registered Arborist that came out to estimate was thorough and professional. He also didnt recommend removal of a 6th tree that was growing intertwined with another since both trees were clear established and doing fine. The guys showed up on time and completed the job (even though they were short handed) in less than 1/2 day. They left the area clean of all debris (except the cherry wood that I asked to keep - and they cut it into firewood size segments). I expected to pay on the spot as I have in the past, I was told would receive a bill in the mail. Wow (I thought) that has not been my previous experience. I was so impressed that I watched the mailbox everyday and when the bill arrived, I paid online immediately. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.

We have been very happy customers of Davey Tree for several years now. They have provided a wide variety of services for us, from cutting down and removing a huge oak, to planting new trees and bushes, and doing an outstanding job taking care of our lawn. The manager, Chris, is extremely helpful and friendly and offers terrific and trustworthy advice.When we removed the oak, I got estimates from 3-4 other companies. Daveys initial rate was very competitive and they offered to match the lowest price in order to retain our business. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they offer.

I reached out to Davey regarding possible tree removal and pruning.Certified Arborist Mr. Joel Twist came out and surveyed the property. I was amazed by how Mr. Twist clearly conveyed his findings with scholarly knowledge of forestry management through content that was easily understood by a lay person. Davey must know how highly valuable of an asset you are.

I am very pleased with the work and my experience with Davey Tree Expert Company services provided in Decatur GA. Chris Heim, a I.S.A. certified arborist met with us to review tree and make an assessment of the dead limbs that needed to be removed. I felt that their quote was inline with similar work done previously by other company.The team showed up on time this morning. They got up into the tree and found and removed numerous other dead limbs that werent visible or identifiable from the ground. I am very happy with the pruning and removal of dead wood and there was a lot more deadwood pruning than I expected. They did a great job of signing the street to notify any pedestrians and autos of the work effort. They did a great job cleaning up after the pruning and dead wood removal was complete.I would highly recommend Davey Tree Experts and Chris Heim and will definitely contact them in the future as additional needs arise!

Started with a quote from Joel Twist after a tree fell on our house (traumatic). I immediately felt comfortable with Joel and he instilled confidence in me regarding Davey Tree Service, who had also come recommended by a neighbor. Our situation was very precarious based on how the tree landed on our house. It could have easily caused significantly more damage in the removal had the crew not preformed flawlessly. My hat is off to Joel and crew and the Davey company. I would hire them again in a heart beat and have actually scheduled more work with them.

Very disappointed in this company hired by HEMC. They were clearing lines today and refuse to clean up the mess left behind. They even managed to take down a beautiful bush that was no where near the power lines. Anyone who has contact with Davey Tree Service beware they refuse clean up their mess and have awful customer service.

There work speaks for itself, but if I may add they come out and do a perfect job and then some and after there done they clean you to where it look like they were never there.
