If I could give 10 stars, I would. Let me start off with my salesman, Andrew. My wife had initially had her heart set on a Yamaha digital piano.. After speaking with Andrew, he really sold me on the Roland 607GP. He knew all the features off the top of his head, And in 5 minutes he had me convinced. Not only that, but he had given me enough product knowledge to convince my wife, who is the real hard sell. Payment process was super easy. I first went to the Guitar Center to try out some digital pianos. No employee spoke to me or helped me out. I next tried Cooper Pianos and had a markedly different experience. We have done business with Cooper Piano since 2006 when we purchased a piano there. An important factor in our decision to purchase from them was their buyback plan, which will give purchasers full dollar credit on their piano toward another piano from them.We exercised that option in 2019 , and Cooper Piano did exactly that.In 2021, a problem developed with our piano. We contacted President Blake Cooper about it, and he ordered an equivalent piano to replace it. That replacement took place today, and all at no chargeThey are a reputable reliable business. They set a high standard.

I am posting this in response to the service I received from Aaron at Cooper Piano. I live in Kansas, they are in Georgia. I let them know this at the beginning of our conversation. I have never bought anything from Cooper music. I had contacted several other piano dealers and was unable to get any information on my piano. Original dealer was out of business. Every question I asked was answered fully and professionally. Aaron spent about fifteen minutes with me. If they treat people that are not their customers this well; I can only imagine the service one would get if there was a monetary benefit. I highly recommend companies and people of this caliber.

A wonderful experience from the moment I first reached out to when my piano was delivered. I contacted Cooper Piano a couple of weeks before I was able to make the trip for some information about how theyre handling COVID and what I should expect, and Laura was able to answer all my questions promptly. When I did come to the store, everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful in finding what would work best for me without being overly pushy to make a sale. Their selection was great and I found a number of used grands that I liked, but I ultimately ended up buying a new piano. These guys aren’t just selling pianos. The staff are very knowledgeable about their product and most of them are actually musicians! I purchased a Yamaha Grand from Cooper in 2015. I play it virtually every day and absolvely love it. Just recently, I purchased another Yamaha from Cooper, for a second home. The piano I originally went to see did not suit my tastes, but the team found me a great piano that sounded wonderful while also better suiting the aesthetics of my 2nd home.I find the sales team to be low pressure, yet highly competent. They will negotiate on price and help with both the move and the tuning once it is moved. They also provide a 10 year warranty. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and more importantly, the pianos I have purchased from Cooper.

I visited Cooper Piano recently looking for a used grand piano. I had been looking for one for a while and hadnt really found THE one. Unfortunately for me, what I really always wanted was a Steinway M or O. I truly didnt think I would ever be able to own one so I wasnt even planning to try one out.I went to Cooper to look, again not expecting to find anything. They have a huge selection of new and used instruments in all price ranges. Its a good thing but its almost overwhelming. My salesman, Kyle Smith helped point me in the right direction. He answered a LOT of questions and he wasnt pushy at all. And let me play a bunch of pianos. He left the room so I could have a go and I spotted a restored Steinway M around the corner. It played beautifully and sounded wonderful. I knew it was the one but this time, instead of wishful thinking on my part, I was able to make a deal. The piano I bought is a beautifully-restored 1925 model Steinway M that sounds and feels exactly as it should, which is good because I bought it to play it every day. Blake Cooper saw me playing it and he took over the sale and we were able to work it all out. To say I am happy about it is an understatement.Cooper Piano is basically an institution in Atlanta. They have been operating for nearly 120 years. The fact that the owner, Blake Cooper is there almost every day (from what I can tell) says a lot. His desk is right out on the sales floor in the middle of all the salesmen. He isnt hiding out back somewhere. Most of his employees including my salesman Kyle are also professional working musicians and his techs are masters of their trade. Mike, who had done some work on my piano talked to at length about it - which is something I really appreciated. They told me what they could about the history of the piano and were totally transparent about all the parts that were replaced during the restoration. It was a top quality job and the piano reflects that in every way. It was nice to see that they were proud of the instrument and the way it had turned out. It wasnt just something that arrived in a box and got stuck out on the floor.And it wasnt just me with the Steinway. The thing is when I was there, there was a young couple buying a much less expensive electronic piano for their daughter. From what I could see, they got the exact same treatment and time consideration that I did when I was buying mine. That tells me that the staff at Cooper listens to all their customers and really tries to match their customers with what they want and what they need. You dont see that any more every day. I spent a lot of years in retail in my own family business so I know when I see something done right by people who love what they do - and that makes all the difference.These guys are professionals, who operate with integrity. I became aware of the Roland GP 609 and thought it would make a good choice both as furniture and as a great sounding piano. No disappointment on those scores at all! I contacted Cooper Piano and was assisted by a fine representative, Aaron Kruziki. Between him and Mr. Cooper we worked out a good deal with no trouble. A thoroughly professional experience from initial contact to delivery of the piano. Good follow-up service as well. I would strongly recommend Cooper Piano and Aaron Kruziki for top shelf service. The instrument itself is great sounding, although the additional sounds to the Grand Piano and other pianos are a little marginal. I didnt expect anything different in that department, although maybe some attention to those sounds and an updated color display could improve the product a bit. It really does look great in the living room, and the primary sounds do impress!!

I have bought pianos and keyboards from Kyle Smith for over 35 years. His advise and skills are amazing and just recommended a Casio PX-S1000 for my daughter who finally found the perfect keyboard after struggling to find one that fit her. If you are not buying your instrument from Kyle then you are probably going to get bad advise from the start and throw your money away. If you want decades of experience from a real musical talent and a musician who actually performs around Atlanta with the instruments he is selling to you then speak to him directly.

Cooper Piano rocks! They really helped me out today by comping me a replacement piano part that was lost by our movers this morning. I recently had Cooper Piano move a customers piano for me to my warehouse for work. They were on time and did a great job. When they brought the piano, they went through and documented the pre existing scuffs and scratches. If you have a piano that needs to be moved, I would definitely recommend them!

I have been planning to add a piano in our home for some time. We have been “dreaming” about an electronic piano in a beautiful cabinet, mainly due to space. Recently we purchased a Casio PX S3000 digital piano from Cooper Piano, assisted by Aaron Kruziki. Because of the pandemic, we did not want to come into the store, so Aaron provided UTube visuals so that we could hear and see the instrument before making a selection. When we had decided on the Casio, he also helped us with curbside pickup. Throughout the process, Aaron was responsive to our needs, without being pushy. He has provided me with information about an appropriate app, and appears ready to lend any help in the future, if I would need it. We love our new instrument, and are thankful that Aaron made it so easy for us to step outside our comfort zone.

We have a Mason & Hamlin Piano B that needed to be moved. We first visited a piano store and told one of store workers what kind of piano needed to be moved. He didnt seem to know what the size was and had to look in a catalog to find info about Mason & Hamlin Pianos. It also surprised us that they wanted to move the piano to their store to check the condition. I was wondering how they got five star reviews.I then went to the Cooper Music. A store manager told me right way what the size of our piano was and gave me a reasonable moving price. I was very impressed the professionalism and service of Cooper. They know a lot about pianos and provide a wide range of services. Last week, I called Cooper to move the piano. They came before the scheduled arrival time, and did an excellent job overall. I am very happy with Cooper, and greatly appreciate the job they did for me. I will definite call them again when we need further piano service.

Worked with Blake the owner who was kind, professional and very hands on with our purchase. He took the time to explain and educate us on our purchase to make sure we were completely satisfied and knowledgeable before we made a final decision. From there we were in great hands with his team Jim and Kyle and treated us the same with excellent customer service. They come highly recommended and will use again with our future needs!

Exceptional service. I bought a piano here yesterday (Sunday) and cant wait for it to be delivered (Baldwin BP5 upright acoustic). The salesperson Andrew Atkinson is an excellent pianist himself who clearly had a wealth of technical knowledge about piano construction and sound, and the history of the various piano companies. After hearing what my needs were, he suggested a few for me to try out, without the hard-sell or pressure that can turn me off from salespeople. I didnt feel hurried, and in the end we settled on a piano that was perfect for my needs. Andrew made me feel really good about my decision. I wanted a grand piano sounding instrument for a smaller space and that felt right to the touch. The BP5 was it, and I feel I got an incredible deal that was within my budget. P.S. They also accepted a generous trade-in value for my Roland RP400 digital. Mission accomplished.My belief is that Cooper is a reputable company because while I was there, three other customers bought pianos. Their grand piano collection also seems very extensive (huge showroom).
