What a great experience! This was the smoothest move Ive ever made, and the guys who showed up to make it happen were top notch. I recommend them highly.

Great movers. We moved a 2 br within the city. They were fast, helpful when we didnt have everything totally packed, very careful with masks and hand washing, and didnt break a single thing. They were super nice. They also came in right in the middle of their estimated cost range. Couldnt have asked for a better job. Highly recommend

Spoke with Rich of inside sales about an upcoming move and their proposal consisted of a short email with expected hours and deposit amount. It’s a $1k move so figured it’s not worth much but was going to use them. Then tried calling 2 times to give deposit info and left him message both times. Never received call back.

In order to move one bed from my first level to my second level, they wanted to charge $460. That is insane. I got a quote from another company for $105.

Excellent company!!!! We absolutely loved our experience with every person, from the owner Orlando, to all of the wonderful crews and teammates who helped us! They operate with best in class customer service, professionalism and care. They treated us like family! We cant recommend them highly enough. This is a top class organization and we will never use another company for any future moves.

We hired APM because they were responsive and seemed to know what they were doing. We have a lot of antiques so our first priority was someone who would handle those with care. On that they did great. No scratches or issues. However, the team was very slow and it felt like no one was in charge. They took their time such that it felt like they were doing everything they could to get to the number of hours quoted. They also did not come prepared with the correct tools, so I ended up having to drive one of the guys around to different tool stores. We spent over an hour away from the move and they still charged me for his time. We also specifically asked for certain furniture and boxes to be put at the back of the truck so that they could be unloaded first because we have kids who needed to go to bed. They literally did not listen to anything we asked. They spent the first 1.5 hours unloading outdoor furniture. When I asked the person who was supposedly in charge he just shrugged and said thats the way it was. Finally, when they finished over an hour after the quoted amount of time they left all sorts of trash. Im still finding bottles and cups that they left, plus wadded up tape and tap rolls. And maybe the worst part, they trudged mud into the house, didnt wipe their feet, and got dirt all over our new carpet, so now we have to get that cleaned. There was no follow up to ask how the move went, and no offer for any discount in exchange for our troubles. Very disappointed with our experience. But were at least glad they didnt break anything.

This is THE best moving company that money can by, the level of service is, by far, the best that I have ever experienced in Atlanta and cannot believe I have never used their services before. Professional, respectful and always concerned about the customers well being.Naomi, Miesha, Eric, Luis, Mike(dont remember the other movers name), were superb. I cant wait to utilize their services again.

From the beginning I was impressed with this company. Great detail went into what I had to move and the fragile contents, art work and delicate lamps. Then the movers came in and had my 2 bedroom apartment wrapped, packed and stacked in about 1.5 hours. The precision at my new place. They were polite, professional and quick. I will definitely use this company for my next move!

True Confessions of a Christmas -a -holic! Atlanta Peach Movers stores and returns my moving truck load of Christmas decorations every year. They are so conscientious are careful as they load and unload my treasures. It is truly a Red Carpet Experience. They have also moved my household twice. We had a great experience with Atlanta Peach movers with our move from the Atlanta area to Florida. The ladies that came to pack everything were very professional and asked questions about what/how we wanted things packed. The moving team was excellent and very professional as well. They laid down rugs/boards to protect our flooring at both locations. The supervisor (Israel) and his team moved all of our furniture quickly without any incidents or accidents. When they unloaded the truck here in Florida they were very careful to ask questions about where we wanted furniture and were respectful of our things. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company!

So far so good! We had our furniture picked up and is now being stored for 4 months. Atlanta Peach arrived early and packed up their vaults which were on their trucks!! So no unpacking at the warehouse (extra damage and extra expense!!) Ill update this post if I can in August when we have our furniture returned to out new house.

I understand APM has many positive reviews which may overshadow mine in number. However, how a company handles situations when events dont go well speaks volumes about an organizations integrity. The first time we hired APM the move went well and we were very pleased. The second time and events described below is representative of how this company handles situations that dont go well.We contracted with APM for a long distance move. We noted damage to the origin house, took pictures and immediately contacted our coordinator. At the destination house we noted damaged furniture immediately, took pictures, and contacted our coordinator. We were told to file a claim.We did file the claim and submitted pictures. Unfortunately, the coordinator denied all of the damage saying there was no proof the damage was done by them.The origin and destination crew confirmed they did damage the furniture, were apologetic, and we followed appropriate channels for the claim. However, the coordinator indicated her conversation with the crews revealed no such admission of fault.Fortunately, we were able to recoup the cost of repairs and replacement directly with our credit card company.Do not under any circumstance hire this company who has proven to be dishonest and unskilled in fulfilling their contacted duties.Reply: The move was in 2017 and contracted under my spouses name. The purpose of my review was to give facts and details regarding our experience with APM. We already received appropriate restitution from our credit card company. Unfortunately, with that in mind there is nothing APM can do to improve our perception of the company. The time to make this situation better was at the time we filed the claim, the crew admitting their fault, and very importantly, NOT stopping all communication with us when we properly and professionally took appropriate due diligence and attempted to work with the move coordinator.

A very professional staff made this move extremely easy and pleasant. This is a rock-solid 5-star review from me and my family...just like this recent vacation spot!
