Do not waste your time or money with his company. Not only did they damage the walls of my brand new home but most importantly they completely damaged my garage door. I was promised a call back from the owner. He never called. I contacted a lawyer and was notidied that the company denied causing the damage despite eyewitnesses to include workers in the neighborhood. Attached are my pictures taken same day and next day.

I would recommend 404 movers to anyone looking for movers!! Booking was easy and gave all the information I needed. Day of move, they came on time, and got me moved quicker than I thought it would take lol. Thank you gentlemen will definitely be booking for the future!!!

The entire experience was great - from booking the move and all the details with the person on the phone, to the day of the move. But what stood out to me the most were the three gentlemen that actually did the move. They were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They insured everything was wrapped securely and protectively and they were very careful especially with items that obviously needed to be handled with care. They worked so hard. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen and I hope this employer recognizes that and takes care of them accordingly.

Would leave 0 stars. Team showed up late, 1 man short (was quoted 4 men) on a truck that would not fit all of my house. This is after sending them a video inventory of my home and all its contents. Was charged for the time that his men were on lunch as well as the time they waited in my driveway (at the home I moved to) for me to show up with my personal truck with the rest of my items. Their website promises an organized and planned move. The driver/team leader called me the morning of my move and asked how many bedrooms were in the home. Then called his boss and told him this wasnt a 3 man job. Horribly run company. Only good thing I can say is the team was polite and worked extremely hard. Just hung up with the owner, Mitch, who threatened legal action after his field supervisor agreed to a discount for all of my trouble as well as being charged a late fee for not being out of my home on time. Now Mitch refuses to clean the oil off my driveway that his truck leaked. Pictures attached.

Dexter was very professional...would hire him again. Moved a full 3600 sq ft home full of heavy furniture and we were happy with the move...both houses had stairs.I know there are different teams at 404movers ...ask for Dexter and his team...you want be disappointed.

After initially rescheduling my move someone called me to confirm the new date and assured me that I was all set to go. Well, the day of my move the movers didn’t show up and failed to even call me or return my emails. I felt this was very unprofessional and unlike this business. I used them before and had a good experience but it appears that others have experienced such poor service and a lack of communication. Although, I went to their website and was able to speak to someone via chat (conversation attached). I am only leaving this review to forewarn others if you choose 404Movers make sure you have a plan B or do your due diligence and get the name of the person confirming your move and email/call them 24-48 hours in advance to confirm your move a second time.I will say they offered to move me on a different date and compensate me for my move but it was an inconvenience because I had to be out of my storage before the date they suggested and I highly doubt they were willing to pay my storage bill.

Customer service in the office was great !! The two works was great. But the person who drove the truck was one lazy worker who complained about every little thing. Also my TV ended up broke. Guess who handled the TV. The cry baby driver. I had another TV on the wall which was in my video they asked me to make before my service. Guess who complained about taking the tv down. Wish I had read into more of the negative reviews.We were a NO call NO show as well for our confirmed move today. After calling the office all morning and getting transferred around I finally got in touch with someone who said “the movers had at overnight job that ran late”… at this point is was 12pm and our appointment time was 9am. This is after multiple staff members took down my information and even said they’d reach out to the owners. At one point I was calling so much they were screening my calls and not answering.The earliest they could move us is Monday. Barely an apology from anyone.Now myself and my husband are moving our entire house in the rain with a 1.5 year old. I will be getting my deposit back and writing the Better Business Bureau.This moving company is at worst a scam and at best a legitimate company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or reviews at all for that matter.

I went through a 3rd party who actually hired them for me, but had Id known about 404 Movers before, I would have hired them myself. The price was good. The movers, Isaac, Morion, and Davario were careful, professional, and prompt. They did there job in less time than what my quote was for, but didnt rush either. Finding out which movers to trust with your belongings is really difficult and can be nerve racking. I spoke to a lot of different moving companies at many different price points but Mitch from 404 Movers was the only one that truly put my mind at ease from our very first conversation. He was responsive over the phone or cia text at all times, detailed and assured us that his team and company were very experienced with doing out of state moves. We moved from Atlanta, GA to Jacksonville, FL, a 5.5hr trip. He assured us that the trip is not only familiar but their company performs several out of state moves per month and has been doing for years. A three man team came to load up our two bedroom apartment and quickly (and carefully) loaded up the whole place in two hours onto the truck the day before our move. The following day we met the truck in Jacksonville, FL where ONE MAN unloaded all our belongings into our 4th floor apartment in THREE HOURS! Couches, beds, boxes, bins, the whole thing! And not one thing was broken or scratched! (Thank you TROY!) Everything was done quickly and professionally, friendly team, made us so comfortable. Thank you all so much!

This was my 2nd move with 404Movers and they were amazing each time! Both times they were very good about communicating in advance, always answered the phone, always professional and detail oriented.On moving day, both times they were EARLY by 10 minutes, they were patiently waiting for me! This was the worst moving experience ever!!! They became unresponsive. They were a no show on a day I scheduled them for a move. I did not get a call from anyone to inform me that nobody was coming. I was drug along all day being told that the movers were on the way but nobody was actually on their way. Nobody answered my calls to give me clarity after I spent an entire day waiting for movers. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company!

I recently completed a move from a 1 bedroom apartment in Atlanta to a storage unit in Miami, which was not satisfactory. To top it off, I sent 404movers a private email with this feedback and they responded thanking me for my request for a quote - they didnt even read my email! I will say I learned that some employees at 404movers were infected with COVID right before my move, which meant the men who completed my move were not experienced movers. While I empathize with this situation, there were multiple things about my move I was unsatisfied with.Things done well:- Up front deposit was reasonable ($100) and so was payment (half when truck was loaded and other half on offload day)- Security. 404movers asked me to buy my own lock for the truck. At first I was surprised but it actually gave me peace of mind that my items would be secure and would not be held hostage by 404movers since I had the key (as Ive heard has happened to some of my friends with other moving companies).Things done poorly:- Packing services: I paid for packing but I told the movers when they arrived to leave behind the suitcases Id already packed (all in the same area) because I didnt want them to go into storage, and the movers did not listen and almost packed all of those items- The movers left ~20 items behind at the end of their packing and loading process (many of which Id specifically pointed out needed to be packed). Additionally, when two of the movers came back to pick up the forgotten items, the first thing one of them said was, You know we accept tips right? I was very taken aback by this statement because 1) I fully intended to tip them but I hadnt paid for the service yet and 2) There was no acknowledgment of the mistake that ~20 items were left behind, but instead what felt like an accusation that I would not tip them.- Later, on offload day, one of my boxes was soaking wet. This is when we discovered there was a hole in the corner of the truck, which had caused the box to get wet. They no solution for the soaking wet box they were about to put into my storage unit. I ended up taking the wet box home with me so mold wouldnt grow in my storage unit.- When I looked inside the wet box, I also found out that the movers used no packing paper or bubble wrap whatsoever. It was a box that was labeled fragile with kitchen and bathroom items (including a crockpot and some ceramic items), yet they were all thrown into a box without any wrapping, except for occasional saran wrap to keep things together such as silverware.- I also expressed to the movers that I wanted to make sure my bedding did not get dirty, but on offload day I found an open box with my bedding overflowing out of it with my white throw blanket and pillows resting on top. I also found out on offload day that my mattress was not covered in a mattress cover at all. The movers instead decided to leave my white fitted sheet on the mattress and wrap the mattress in saran wrap. Naturally, the saran wrap shifted while moving and my fitted sheet was filthy on offload day. I brought this up to the movers and they promised to reimburse me for the cost of the sheet, but I still have not received this payment. I would have bought a mattress cover myself if Id known they would do this, but I was told the movers would bring all necessary packing materials.- Some of my items were completely unwrapped - such as my headboard and large brass floor lamp.- The person in charge of my move complained throughout the process, tried to change the move date a few days before, and changed the time of my move multiple times, causing me extra stress with my storage reservationAs you can probably tell, this was a frustrating experience. I cant say Id recommend 404movers, especially for packing, but I will also acknowledge I had some inexperienced movers due to COVID.I hope this feedback helps them improve in the future.

404 movers did a great job with my move. I had an expensive tv that they took extra care of by triple padding it. They were very careful with all my items and were very prompt when they arrived. This company obviously had a lot of experience and they know exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The move started off rough bc I never got a call and after no truck arriving a hour after the scheduled time I had to call in twice to get the truck to my house. It was confusion with my phone number and the gate code to my subdivision. But I must say once Troy and his team mate arrived I felt that the money was well spent. They worked hard and efficient. I was moved in less than 2 hours with a 22 minute drove between the 2 houses. There was no extra charges or hidden fees. Appreciated the politeness of the workers and the fact that they wore mask.

No call, no show. Moving is stressful enough, but this “company” is by far the worst experience I have had with any entity clamoring Robbie a legitimate business. After not hearing from the movers at my scheduled time, I reached out and was told that someone would call me back. 3 hours and 5 calls later, still no call backs, resolution or communication of any kind. They cost me the deposit for the move, the fee for reserving the elevator at my building, and a fine for moving in after hours when I was forced to find alternate arrangements same day and last minute. This is not a legitimate business and they have no ability to handle any customer issues. Absolute worst experience with a “company” of any kind. No transparency, no resolution, no ability to resolve issues, only has sales people to sign you up for moves and does not have a quality pool of movers to work with. Avoid at all cost.

I scheduled to move with this company the beginning of May. They took my deposit they took the money that I paid for insurance. The day before the move they hounded me about pushing back the arrival time 1 1/2 hours from 9 AM to 1030, 11 AM at the latest. At the time of this comment its 4:24 PM and they havent shown up and when I called to complain and try to get an update nobody has a direct answer for me and they keep sending me to the logistics department who doesnt answer and doesnt have a voicemail set up. I have no idea whether or not this move is going to take place today. My daughter is a first responder and its off today Specifically for this moveIve kept a detailed log of all the phone calls Ive made today probably over a dozen. The people that Ive spoken to are well trained on how to handle frustrated clients. They must have a lot of practice. But no answers

WARNING DO NOT USE!!!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I scheduled my move a month in advance and paid a security deposit through pay pal. They called the day before my move to confirm my appointment for Sunday at 1:00 PM. On Sunday at 3:00 PM I began calling to see where they were. I could not get a response, they kept HANGING UP IN MY FACE, and pretending they would call me back. I then recieved a text messgae stating they would not be able to make it and WERE CANCELLING MY MOVE. They NEVER SHOWED UP, ignored my calls, and didnt check to see if I ever got moved. I had to find someone in 1 day to move me since my lease was up the very next day.

404 Movers was way quicker than I ever expected. I ended up getting 4 movers and they were so quick and efficient! My furniture arrived with no damages as they were careful about covering each piece with protective furniture padding. Overall, terrific experience and I would highly recommend.

They never showed up and they took 100 dollars deposit and never refunded it. Terrible customer service. Jeff could care less that the movers didnt show up. I have asked several times to speak to Mitch the owner and he doesnt return calls either. I have reported them to BBB. And hopefully I can get my 100 dollars back.

I am so dissappointed in how unprofessional 404 movers has been. Please read the latest reviews of similar bad experiences. I am also attaching an email as evidence of their lack of unprofessionalism, in their own words!My experience in order of incident:1. They were 2 hours late!! I scheduled them for 1:30p they arrived at 3:30pm without calling to say they would be late. I had to call them2. Prior to the move I received a call to review the items that I would need moved. I asked if I needed to send pictures, I was told no, so we only reviewed my items verbally. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment!3. Upon arrival, the movers saw every item that needed to be moved before starting and could have called for help if it seemed impossible. (keep reading to see what I mean) The movers did a great job on time and speed for the first 1.5 - 2 hours, after which they began to complain about being tired because this was their 2nd job of the day. They complained the remainder of the time about being tired. Honestly I started feeling bad, so I called a friend to help them (unpaid)4. Dont trust the time estimate they give you: The move at my first location began approaching what they told me my estimate for the entire move would be. They replied that an estimate is just an estimate. See email from management, so dont trust their estimate5. In order to help them on time, I actually pulled items out into the hall close to the elevator so they could grab them more quickly.6. At the 2nd location, my home, I called a friend to help the movers. They literally handed him boxes like he was one of the hired crew members, and even asked him to put my bed back together, a job I hired the movers to do.7. They put a HOLE in my wall! I have moved this same furniture 4 times in Atlanta, from a house with stairs that turn, to apartments with elevators. I have NEVER had damage to my walls or property.8. They refuse to move my bedroom dresser and loveseat upstairs unless I assume all risk of any damage. Verbatim the mover said: If I damage your wall, this comes out of my check. They already damaged my wall once, theres no telling what further damage they will cause so I said no. As a customer, I should not have to make these decisons, thats why I hired professionals that should provide insurance for any potential damage.9. They are now ignoring my calls completely.10. I have hired another company to finish my move and am so dissapointed that 404 movers wont make this right. I should recieve at least a partial refund for tired movers that took longer than my estimate and for refusing to complete my move unless I accept liability for damaging my home. I thought thats why you get insurance.11. Please read their unprofessional email attached. I have yet to hear from a supervisor. Im so very dissapointed.

Troy was obviously the head mover of the three because the others looked to him for decisions and suggestions, and he really took care of my furniture...carefully covering them to protect them. WARNING! WARNING!Do not use this company! To make a very long story short, they damaged several items including my bed and tv stand. I filed a claim 5 months ago and the company has been unresponsive. Every time I call, they say the person who handles the claim isnt in and will leave a message. Also, the moving guys werent professional. They argued amongst themselves and one of the movers took a phone call and was screaming at the top of his lungs, cursing at the person on the other line. I was beyond embarrassed as my new neighbors watched.

These guys are fantastic! Showed up a few minutes early....on a Sunday morning.....and went straight to work. These guys worked nonstop to get my move completed as quickly as possible. If you want movers that are going to care for your belonging like it was their own and get you moved as quickly as possible to save you money then quit looking around and call 404movers!

I wasnt pleased or impressed with 404 Movers at all. The price was absolutely ridiculous. They were there for about 30 minutes and charged for 2 hours. Just think there should have been a reasonable flat rate available. Then the Movers actually attempted to charge me more than I was quoted by the agent. Had to jump through hoops to get that cleared up. Then the guys left without reattaching the mirror to the dresser. This was a move that I was making for my mom, and I will never use them again!

I have used 404 Movers twice now and have been extremely happy with the service, as well at how professional the movers were. Definitely would recommend, and I will use them again when I move.

I hate to give a one star review but, unfortunately the movers did not show. I was booked for a 9am/10am move. Someone in the office called me at noon and asked did I still want the services and told me he saw I booked through the answering service. I just told him him no and that my brother and I had begin moving some things ourselves. No apology or explanation on why no one showed. I will say the guy who booked my appointment, I guess the answering service they spoke of, was very polite and enjoyable to speak with.

Movers were a little late but made up for it with their speed. I had about 10-13 big items that needed to be moved to my new apartment and everything was packed and delivered in a little over an hour. They were nice, professional, and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Keep in mind, I moved from the North Druid Hills area to Chastain.

I’m currently 9 months pregnant and 404 movers were so nice and affordable. They finished packing my things and helped me move in state under 3 hours!!!! They were so fast and efficient, would definitely be using 404 movers in the future.

My booking (local move) was confirmed and informed that the team will arrive between 12-1pm. However no one turned up and when I reached to the Manager who made reservation informed that there was a delay in the existing move and they were expected to be reaching around 2-3pm. But again no one turned up and they stopped answering my calls. It was frustrating as that was my last day for my move out and 404movers despite knowing this fact didn’t bother to provide me service. Later around 6pm, I get a call informing that the team are not going to make it and offered to refund.I was left with no option than moving myself.So make your own call if you need to go with this mover..

We used 404 Movers to move a small amount of furniture from my husbands old apartment into our condo. Some movers ignore smaller jobs, but not 404 Movers. We were treated with prompt service by a responsive and professional team. Picking a moving company can be a daunting task, and I highly recommend 404 Movers.

At first, this place was awesome and super accommodating which I couldn’t appreciate enough. When the movers arrived, who were super friendly, there were only 2 men and I had been booked for 3. When I asked to wait for the 3rd man on recommendation of the crew, Mike argued that I HAD to start with the second man immediately. He became so upset that he canceled my move and refunded my deposit as I’m standing in my living room with my movers. Now here I am at 9:30 am, two days past my lease, with no movers! Would NOT recommend.

Last month I scheduled and paid a pre-deposit for labor with 404 Movers for my move on November 29 and they DID NOT SHOW UP, nor did they respond to any calls or texts when I reached out the day of the move and post-move for a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they didnt re-issue the refund. So no labor the day of my move and they took my money and now I have to deal with the bank for refund. I was closing on my house the day after and had to be out and did not have labor. Moving is already stressful, can you imagine your movers just not coming?

My mother used this service to move some heavy and fragile furniture that belonged to her grandchildren. They tore the dollhouse roof off and didnt inform them nor offered to fix it.They shouldve wrapped it like they did the dresser. Just cause it doesnt belong to you doesnt give you a right to treat it like garbage!

They accept only cash or money through the cash app; they have never followed up with me for serious damage they have done to my furniture, .The insurance they offered is a scam. Also, I m not sure the people you find on the web site are real or a scam. If you have medium to high-quality furniture, I wont recommend this company.

We scheduled our move for 1 p.m. on a Saturday, got a confirmation call three days before, then another confirmation email the day before. But then come 1 o’clock? The movers never showed. They never called to tell us they weren’t coming, nothing. Absolute radio silence. Thinking they must just be running late, we spent three hours repeatedly calling to see where they were. At first, we were told that a 1:00 move was actually a window of 1pm-2pm. Convenient. But 2 p.m. came and went and they still never showed or called, nothing. The third-party weekend call center also has no access to their system, so our calls did no good anyway. And then eventually they stopped answering and sent us straight to voicemail. But they would pick up a call from my friend’s phone. Super sketchy. Do not believe a word they say. This company is a scam and should be investigated. Do not use them. Hire someone reputable to move your stuff.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, the movers were polite and very efficient. I had a one bed apartment on the 3rd floor moving to another one bed apartment 3rd floor. They had a great system and I think finished within 2.5 hours. Make sure you read their instructions pre-move - you need to bag your mattress, box TVs yourself and upload a video of your items before moving day. They wrapped up my couch and a couple of other items very well for me. I was very happy with their work.

I booked this company to move my furniture about 3 miles down the road. I paid the deposit. They called me to confirm the day before (yesterday). Today I hear from the movers that they’re going to be 2 hours late. I call them and they say 20-30 minutes more. I called again and they say they’re not comings at all today. The OWNERS aren’t answering their phones.PLEASE DON’T use this company. I’m so infuriated right now. I needed to move today but apparently my schedule, my time, my money isn’t important to them since they already got my deposit.

Wont Process Claim and Ignored BBB, tooUpdate: I did get a partial refund after I filed a complaint with the state.They dropped my sewing machine and caused $129 in damage. They never responded my request to file a claim or process reimbursement for the damage. They carry $300 damage coverage so theres no reason for them to refuse. After repeated attempts by mail and phone, I filed a complaint with BBB. They didnt respond. Fortunately, I charged the moved so finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute.They caused other damage, including ruining mattress and box springs covers that had to be thrown out (they were new) and numerous nicks and dings in wood furniture. They couldnt figure out how to reattach a mirror to a dresser (they said it wouldnt fit because they were trying to attach it vertically instead of horizontally) One mover seemed to be experienced, but the other two werent..Look at their negative reviews. You will see they are defensive and always have an excuse.Update: I contacted the Georgia Department of Public Safety and filed a complaint with them. They negotiated a partial payment and 404 Movers sent the check immediately.

I hired these movers for the timeframe of 1-3p. They were two and a half hours late. I had to constantly follow up with them to get the arrive time of my movers and they were totally unprofessional. Their lack of communication was completely unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere unless you want to waste your own time. I’d rate them 0 stars if I could.

This has been by far the worst move I’ve had to pay hundreds of dollars for. They show up over 2.5 hours late, I call to get answers, no body picks up the phone for hours. I don’t get a communication of any kind until I send an email demanding my deposit back. When someone finally does show up, they get the job done but complained the whole time. I hope I don’t discover anything broken after how some of my items were handled, from what I’ve seen. And all this inconvenience just to be charged full price and have a $642 tab to pay, including my deposit. Definitely not worth $125 an hour. Big League never charged over $100/hour for two movers and they definitely were never late or ignored phone calls. Next time I’ll just wait on them, no matter how booked they are instead of giving someone new a try again.

Run away as fast as you can! Do not let this company move you. We had numerous pieces of furniture ruined and huge holes in the walls in our stairwell. Trying to get someone to respond or call you back is like pulling teeth! They have not shown up to fix any of this nor have I been reimbursed for any of the damages. You might save a few dollars using them but it’s not worth it! Use a more reputable company. I’ve learned my lesson.

They were 3 hours late. Very rude and unprofessional. Complained the whole time. Forgot all three of my childrens beds and now my kids have nothing to sleep on. 3 days later after just throwing all of my belongings back in the storage unit like trash I still have not heard back from them about getting my kids beds. Do not hire 404 movers. Worst service ever!

I was very happy with our move of a 2 story condo in Druid Hills to a storage facility in Stone Mountain.The crew was very responsive to our needs, answered questions and made a few suggestions that were helpful.I was very impressed with how Nehemiah, the foreman, managed the entire project.I recommend them highly.

I had to reschedule my move 7 days out and it wasn’t a problem at all. The men who loaded, moved, and unloaded my belongings were extremely fast, courteous, and social. The price was right on the money as well. Not too expensive, definitely within my budget to have an apartment moved up to a 3rd floor! Will definitely use again!
