I have attempted to cancel my agreement with Regus for over three months now. The ladies at the center stated that I needed to speak with someone at the corporate Help Desk. The Help Desk representative stated that the owners of the company will not allow me to cancel my agreement. Therefore, not only are they attempting to lock me into another 12-month agreement but they are also attempting to increase the price. The Help Desk rep. stated that there is no one else to speak with regarding this matter and they are not accepting a termination fees. Basically, there is no other way to solve this problem or cancel the agreement besides, if I do not pay come 2021 they will send me to collections. This is horrible business practice and I would not recommend anyone use Regus.

Awesome staff, I just wish they would make more efforts to increase security to prevent car break ins.

Great place to stop if you are by the airport and need to take care of business. The receptionist are wonderful and will go out of there way to help you. The is a wonderful few of the airplanes taking off. It is on the 5th floor so you can see a lot. The security at the building is tight so you need to sign in before proceeding up to the floor.

This a great place to hold a conference

This is the location for doing tsa precheck enrollment if you dont have a flight ticket to go through security. Suite 500. Opens at 8:30AM. I walked in at 8:30 and was done by 8:45AM

The TSA Precheck registration lady at this location name Tracy is very misinformed about the processing system and will talk from the perspective of a FBI agent doing the background check for dual citizens. She will almost indirectly tell you, if you are a dual citizen that you need to be a born U.S citizen to have TSA Precheck. This lady is very incompetent i will tell you to go to another location. I will be calling TSA directly to file a complaint, #3rd party agency never know what the hell theyre doing.
