Love this place!

I had never been out in this area of Georgia, it was nice and quiet.

I have been a tenant for over 23 years. The staff is great and very helpful. The location cant be beat with many restaurants nearby. Rent is reasonable.

Beware!!!! Lease if you want your car vandalized. There has been at least 5 cars broken into over the past 2 months. Dont take my word for it, contact East Point police department to get actual data. While youre gathering the data, make sure you get the actual times of the vandalism. Ask management to allow you to walk and randomly pick the tenants you want to ask how are things working out for you here? Leasing office takes no ownership & every break in are on you and your insurance company. They just hired a security person (nice man) which by the way is a tenant managing his own company while stepping out of his office to patrol the parking lot during his 15 minute breaks. You may be lured in by cheap rent and leasing specials but you cant put a price on SAFETY.
