I love working at Industrious! The office is GORGEOUS!  The staff, especially Becca and Mandy, are super helpful, friendly, efficient and professional.  They are mastering office management, event planning, and people management.  I plan on using Industrious for all of my office space needs and you should as well :-)

Industrious Ponce City Market has been a fabulous environment for us to continue to build our company in the Atlanta market. Weve been here now for almost two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always friendly and available for any questions or requests. Since Covid-19 there has been proper protocol with masks worn in all common areas, full sanitation of all appliances and office space, including temperature check for entry. I couldnt feel any safer in this community! Ill continue to office here and refer any and all that I can who are looking for a full-service co-working space!

My experience at Industrious PCM has been wonderful. Its super conveniently located amongst lots of amenities, restaurants and venues. The office space is aesthetically pleasing, modern and very clean. Theres always coffee and plenty of snacks. The Industrious team is awesome too. Theyre always improving the experience-- planning fun/enriching events, offering outside discounts, or making an effort to mix it up with the food and beverage options.

An office space that truly has its finger on the pulse of the modern career world: creative, cool, efficient and all around joy to be a part of... even on a Monday morning.

Oh man, where do I even start? I cannot say enough good things about Industrious. Hands down one of my favorite places to work. The aesthetic is clean with a little bit of funk, which I think stewards a hardworking yet creative environment very well. And dont even get me started on the amenities..I mean, just look at these snacks...

I feel spoiled I get to work here. Fresh coffee every morning, yummy snacks, and Tuesday/Thursday fruit water days are a highlight! The environment is well designed, clean and truly helps set you up for a successful work day. So glad I get to work out of here!

Beautiful space with an incredibly helpful staff! Amenities are top-notch (breakfast, snacks, engaging programming, etc.) and the facilities are always well-maintained. Being located at Ponce City Market is a bonus, perfect for entertaining clients and coworkers as well as direct access to the Beltline for bike commuting.

I love working in Industrious! Everyone is very friendly and it is an amazing experience being around so many creative companies. The best part has to be Lexi and Kelly the community manager and community coordinator. They have gone above and beyond many time for me to make sure I have everything I need to have a great working environment. There is always fresh coffee, hot and iced, fresh fruits and they are always thinking of fun creative ways to keep the space fun and social.

While I am in and out between the bar I manage I LOVE being a part of a team that occupies an office. The floor managers have been so helpful on every floor. Particularly Katie on the 2nd. She always keeps my favorite granola stocked for breakfast and asks after my day when she sees me. Her presence reminds me to take a beat and have human moments in between work! I enjoy delivering their because its a fun and inviting work space and the energy is palpable. Each time I leave encouraged and thankful to work with the them. For the most part its a great place to work. However, they can use some improvements. number one the bathrooms are not well maintained. they should really put signs for people to wash their hands before eating the snacks. the refrigerator that everyone shares never seems to get cleaned out.

I have had my solo fee-only financial planning practice here at Industrious PCM since they opened in the fall of 2015. I cant say enough about the friendliness of the staff, the great atmosphere, and the other people working in this space. My organization moved to Industrious at Ponce City Market over a month ago and its been nothing but a fantastic experience. Very clean and conducive to productivity without being sterile. Their happy hour and special events offerings are impressive - Harry Potter birthday, clay jewelry making workshop, massage oil making demo, with constant cold brew on tap makes this space a co-working dream!

Industrious PCM is a beautiful place to work. The big windows pour natural light through the offices, there are plants everywhere, and its always clean. The healthy snacks are a huge perk and I personally love the fruit water. To really top it off, Katie our manager on the 2nd floor, is always there with a kind smile and is available to jump in and help if you cant print something. She couldnt be more genuine when she asks how the day is going, she really goes the extra mile to create a great experience and foster community in the space. I would highly recommend Industrious PCM for your business needs.

The space is beautiful and all of the amenities are good - except for the Wifi. For office space that mostly caters to tech companies, youd expect the wifi to be rock solid. Its not. The connection drops regularly, interrupting demos and shutting down phone calls. Weve raised the issue with the company, but it hasnt been fixed to date.UPDATE: Industrious received the above review and immediately started working with us to fix the problem. They have done an excellent job, and I am confident that they will ensure reliable internet connectivity and bandwidth going forward. Also, I should have mentioned above how thoughtful and wonderful the team is here. My wife and I recently had twins, and they gave us matching onesies for the girls! ❤️❤️Thank you Katie and Lexi and the rest of the Industrious team!

We have rented out of the ponce de Leon location for a year now. My whole team loves working here! The staff and amenities are amazing. I would definitely recommend getting an office space in industrious!

I work in Pivotal Labs, and our offices are a part of Industrious co-working space. Our office is separated from the rest of Industrious, but Industrious holds our lease and manages our facilities and such, and my co-workers and I have access to all of Industrious open spaces (and snacks). My husband, too, rents a dedicated desk, so I get to experience Industrious from both sides.The Ponce City Market location is excellent. The atmosphere is professional, clean, and intentional. The style of the space is beautiful and interesting. There are often fresh flowers at the reception desks and in the kitchen areas. There are rent-able offices avaialble, open office available for meetings of tenants, open coworking spaces, areas just for dedicated desks, and 1-person phone booth rooms tenants can use for a private call.Other amenities include a mothers room for nursing, a kitchen space with dish washers, microwaves, and lots of snacks, pastries, coffee, loose leaf tea, fresh fruit, infused water, and healthy bars. The spread available to tenants really is impressive.Most of the walls between rented offices are glass, which allows the natural light to come into the entire office space and keep the place feeling energized. Industrious has weekly happy hours and other events. Tenants can take advantage of the PCM discounts in the restaurants and shops below. There is also parking available ($150/month), though Im not sure how many spaces would be free at this time.The staff is quick to help out with any issues or questions, the space is beautiful, and if you like, you can also use your membership to work at any other Industrious location (there are 5 in Atlanta as of Feb 2018). I only have good things to say about Industrious. Highly recommend!

I love coming to work in the Industrious Ponce City Market offices everyday. Its a great, open space thats conducive to productivity and collaboration. The Community Managers and very responsive and keep everything organized and clean. Highly recommended!

The location is only beat by the support staff. Each team member is there to support you and make you productive. They do that very well.

The Industrious coworking space offers great amenities, perfect for all types of office working environments. The best part are the friendly Industrious staff members who are there to help you with any problem, big or small. For only having a couple of coworkers at this office, it really feels like there is a community within the entire coworking space!
