I’ve been coming to this place every so often for a few years now and it’s always hit or miss. Mai is great, that is the only person who should do your nails. So, the last time I was there a roach crawled under one of the chairs and they didn’t seem concerned, I told myself that was my last time there. I only went in this time because I broke a single nail and their location was convenient. They didn’t have my color so Linda suggested a sparkly silver. She really just didn’t do a good job, she ALWAYS rushes. Customer service is also hit or miss. I go to Buckhead Nail bar now, pricier and further away but cleaner and I always love my nails.

My first visit here...they accepted me as an early morning walk-in. They prefer called in appointments. They were friendly and quick. I appreciated that very much. I will be back.

I came in for a FULL SET and instead received a horribly rushed FILL IN. I got a fill in two weeks ago and was told that next time I came I NEEDED a full set because the acrylic was starting to separate from my nails. I made my appointment TWO WEEKS AGO to come in and get that full set. When I arrived she asked what I was there for, informed her it was a full set. Another woman had me wash my hands and sit down. Immediately told me to pick a color. Didn’t ask if I had a design in mind, if I wanted to keep the shape I already had, nothing. They were overbooked for the 9 AM hour so they rushed me. She proceeded to give me the LUMPIEST UNEVEN ACRYLIC FILL IN I have ever had because she was more invested in the Vietnamese movie they put on and rushing through me. I will NEVER be coming back. I’m livid.

Great atmosphere and very experienced nail techs. I am always pleased with my nails!!! They slay for affordable prices

Linda, kept burning my fingers but my nails turned out nice. However, the toe Polish change was like I did it myself and she charged me $15. I was very disappointed.

I love love love this salon. I just recently moved from LA to the Atlanta. I went to another shop and was not pleased. As soon as I walked in the vibe was so welcoming. Mai was so nice and did my nails so nice. Ive found my new nail home. Thank you Mai and Linda see you all soon🤗

I always come here! I’m so picky about my nails and they do every detail perfect every time. What I love is that I use anyone, there’s not only 1 person that does a good job. Everyone is so nice and they genuinely care. Will never stop coming here

At first i was a bit hesitant do to the fact that it was a grand opening, but i was pleasantly surprised. I received a basic pedicure, my nail tech was Ahwee ???. She was very nice. Offered me a varity of drink options and consistantly check to mk sure i was please with the service i was receiving. She didnt rush me out her chair and she was very thorough. The nail techs in the shop mostly spoke English, so there was no undercover shady conversations and if it was you understood it...lmbo.

This place is amazing! The owners are super sweet. They have been doing my nails for years. I trust no else, they are excellent! They pay close attention to detail and my nails last for weeks. I have no problems. I am very particular about my nails and they exceed my expectations every time? Thanks so much, Mai and Lynda for such great customer service and a wonderful experience every time! I look forward to my bi monthly nail appointment! It’s like hanging with family! Lots of laughs and most of all perfect nails!

Im a FREQUENT and loyal customer who goes to this shop every 2 weeks!!! My nails always come out the way Mai designs them to my liking and not to mention the hot stone massage pedicure I get are awesome. My suggestion, if you dont know what you want....custom design wise, do not expect them to read your mind. Bring pictures or inspirations and you wont ever be disappointed!

Very happy with my nails. Haun did my nails and she listened to how I like my nails to look and did what I asked. Very pleased with the job she did. Also, everyone there were very friendly. It was a great experience! I will definitely be going back!

This shop did my nails very nicely. My eyebrows are very clean and neat!! I would come back for another manicure:) The workers are also hilarious and funny with their jokes. This shop is the way to go .

Finding a nail salon is like finding a husband, you have to go through a few imposters to get to the authentic one. Got there on Sunday, there were a steady stream of “regular” customers it appeared and a short wait. Once seated the transformation began. I asked to have filed along the sides and capture something off their website. I chose a color but luckily I didn’t stick to it, I got a coral instead and it was beautifully applied, my nails were pretty. Definitely a place to go back. Thanks.

Always got best service form them. Some how one lady screwed my experience this time. It was more painful than anything else. Wanted to take off my nails and get a new set. She lifted my acrylic nails with another fake nails which was hurting too bad. I asked her to stop and dip them in acetone which will make the process easy. She did not care. I did not get a new set as my nails were so sour with pain. They drill all the natural nail so that u get full set with them and u could never grow your own nails back. They constantly speak in the language that you wont understand and laugh at you. I saw this every time with some other customer but this time it was me. I am done with this place.

I have been coming to them for years! Customer Service is always a 10 and my nails are ALWAYS so beautiful!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any where else. Quality of service exceeds many salons. Worth the drive every time.

I love Elysian Nails and I will never go anywhere else!! Lynda is amazing! I always get SNS and it lasts 4 weeks. My nails are always shaped to perfection and I am constantly getting compliments. They also do a great job on designs. I love doing a marble nail every now and then and it always looks exactly like the Pinterest photos. I drive 30 min to go here because it is so worth it. The customer service is also incredible everyone that works at Elysian is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. I cannot say enough amazing things about this nail salon!

I went in for a pedicure & a new full set. they explained it would take about 5 minutes to get everything ready, so that was no problem. A lady guided me to a seat & stated she would start on my nails, as i’m waiting one of the younger employees made rude remarks under her breath when a customer asked what chair to sit in for a pedicure “obviously the one with water in it, the one with the water in it” which was highly uncalled for. So i’m still waiting & the woman who said she would start on my nails proceeded to start on someone else. at that point i’ve been in the salon for about 45 minutes & still no explanation from anyone so after that i just left. For a nail salon with such good reviews i was left disappointed but i guess there’s no pleasing everyone here.

I recently moved to the area and am trying to find a go-to nail salon, but this isnt it. The women in the salon were very focused on their regulars, which made me feel shut out because I wasnt paid attention to much. I came in for SNS, a regular pedicure, and an eyebrow waxing. The massage on my legs was more of an unfocused rub? as she spoke to others and I had to ask the woman to please massage my legs more firmly. From a distance my toes seemed evenly painted, but when I got home I realized there was no polish on the sides of my toenails. My SNS looks pretty, but I didnt receive any cuticle care, so once I got home and all the oils dried, the perimeter of my nails did not look good. Whoever did my eye brows was great! Very kind and my brows look good :) My only other complaint is that the place is DIRTY. They do not wipe off powder from previous nail buffings and it stays on the arm rests. If they drop a tool, they pick it up and continue using it rather than getting a new one. Things like that. I did not enjoy my experience much and wont be returning unfortunately.

I loved my experience at Elysium nails. They have a variety of colors in gel nails, staff is friendly, and they responded quickly to my walk-in for manicure and pedicure. Staff is very gentle while doing pedicures. I will come back to this salon again. My nails look beautiful and I believe they use good products for mani and pedi. This will be my neighborhood nail salon from now on. Thanks for a great customer service! Parking is easily available here.

Very much a rush job. does not look good at all. it is so rough around the edges. my acrylic is like a centimeter thick ! i would not recommend this place.

Tried this nail salon for the 1st time a few weeks ago as it is now under new management. The lady who was doing my pedicure had no experience whatsoever and kept asking co-workers what to do next. Although I only required the basic pedicure she forgot half the steps and scratched the arch if my foot so hard with the scrubber that it was sore the entire day. Not only that but she was reusing dirty towels ect...not a good experience at all! Upon leaving the lady at the front asked me how everything was. I was honest in telling her I had a very bad experience as I think its important for them to know especially with new ownership. She did not even apologize. Instead she handed muy receipt said nothing except for to sign my ticket. I will not be back. Dont waste your money here. There are plenty amazing  nails salons in this area with excellent customer service. Unfortunately this is not one.

This place is so awesome. I hardly ever write reviews but this place was great. They are friendly and very helpful. I cant tell you how many I have had to instruct nail techs on what I like. With this shop she listened and got it right!!! I am so freaking happy. Nails and toes looking on fleek!! Lol

Smells like an ash tray and they ruined my friends nails and mine. I had to have mine redone like 3 times and they still look horrible. Avoid it!

The techs watch TV while they do your nails. I was here one week ago for a full set and I came back for a fill in one week later. The nail polish was terrible and when I asked her to fix it she refused. One lady came in while I was there saying she was there the day before and her nails broke. Horrible customer service. Wish I could post pictures to show the lack of customer service. Tech gotMad when I asked her to remove the old color from my nails.

Great prices and service. The ladies are very nice. One time I went to get full set and pedi. I accidentally messed my pedi up and instantly she redid it again without any hassle. This place won me over.

I have and will follow Mai and Lylo to the moon and back. She is always professional and generally cares about her clients which you don’t find. She pays attention to all her clients and Lylo will give you the best pedicure in Atlanta!!!!! Mai, Lylo and Linda are gems in Atlanta. My nails came out cute but wayyyy too overpriced. I feel robbed. Ive never paid $115 in my life on nails and Ive had way better done for $70 for my hands and feet with designs on all fingers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Run!! Also they cannot do the skinny rectangle nails. I ended up with the basic square and cuts on my fingers bc they couldnt do it :( $115??? Id be happy if my nails were $60 total bc my nails look like $60. They were nice i just feel like they tried to get over on me because it was very slow and they needed to make money. Ask them prices up front actually just go somewhere else. You get more for your money almost anywhere in Atlanta and people in Atlanta know how to do nails . The lady who charged me $115 was a lady named Mai (My) however you spell it.

New owners, and the shop is nothing like it used to be when it was Nail Fervour. The new nail technicians arent as good and Ive seen the management staff be extremely rude to customers.

I’ve been going to Elysian Nails for over 6 months for SNS. I highly recommend them!

Although I found the staff reasonably nice (they spoke to each other in English, until they were probably talking about us), I found them to be expensive for the level of service received. I guess because I got a basic pedicure, they assumed I didnt want any upgrades, such as a design, because I wasnt offered any. An okay job and I was offered water!
