I was in and out. I appreciate the swiftness but for $75 for a sub par manicure & pedicure I would have appreciated I little more attention. I was told that I have strong hands, not something you want to here as I woman. I felt on edge the whole time because she kept correcting the way I moved. It was hard to relax while feeling like I was being rushed out. Im glad I came in for something simple, just a gel color no design. I wont be back.

Sloppiest manicure! I haven’t had a manicure in almost two years, so I thought I would treat myself. I told the guy the length of my nails was fine but they needed some shaping. He immediately cut them down to almost nothing - with a cuticle trimmer. The French manicure was so sloppy that I took it off when I got home. The white paint was under almost every nail. He did not do a very good job filing, so I had to do even more clean up (and now my nails are even shorter!). Waste of time and money.

Horrible horrible horrible the reviews are correct. DONT COME HERE EVER. The customer service was non existing. I was treated poorly especially at the ending of my services. The man wasnt bad doing my pedicure but the lady who finished the fill in was meanish and rough. She rushed through skipped steps then charged $80! Sanitary was terrible as well. I didnt notice liners wasnt used until my feet had been soaking. The tool kit she opened to finish my fill in was dirty with someone nail clippings in it! Plus I left with nail dust all over my hands.I live walking distance away and stopped coming here years ago when the service started going down but thought Id try them again to see if I could get my services done closer to home. BIG Mistake I wont be back here ever again. PS just one after getting them done one nail just breaks in half after one scratch. I feel ripped off even more now! I can and cant believe this mess😠

They do good work. The buffing is always great. I am a returning customer and I dont live near there. I pass about 100 nail shops to go there for my pedicures.

Sloppy, rushed, rude. I asked to get my acrylics taken off and be left with a clear polish manicure. Before the job was done, I was asked to pay. He made me sign and tip before the work was done in a very aggressive manner, and when he was done, it looked like I ripped my acrylics off myself and slapped some gel polish on in 30 seconds. I was shocked and disappointed at how poor the customer service I received was. I felt dismissed and rushed.

Poor serviceC Nails - I got a acrylic refill and pedi yesterday for $76 total. When I got home I noticed the nail tech painted my cuticles (hands) with polish and acrylic on cuticles. Figured it’s a quick fix so went back to nail shop. The tech said “oh well you need manicure”. I told her I should have to pay for her to fix her mistakes. She proceeded to cut my dry cuticles and put oil on them as well. My nails are very sloppy. They do not value their customers at all. The act like they’re doing us a favor.

This is the best nail shop Ive been to so far. I love how the nail tech took her time. I had gel polish already on my toe nails. Normally a nail techs would cut me taking off the polish. With this nail tech I didnt feel a thing. I think her name is Nita. Shes the best!!! So far 2nd visit and Ill be returning. Satisfied customer

They told us an hour wait so we left and walked around the plaza cam back, they placed us at pedicure bowls and we still had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes before they started. The lady I had did a great job with my pedicure but she didnt do a massage or any of the things that come with the service. Bad customer service just bad.

Overpriced, I wanted a quick manicure with gel polish...manicure was $15, gel nail polish was $18 more than the entire bottle!They were not friendly... other than asking for the color that I wanted and then insisting that I use a different one, we didnt speak.Upon entering I asked if there was a wait and was told no to pick my color and sit...I waited almost 30 minutes without explanation. Then my nails chipped before dinner the same night.

First time visiting I didnt like the way they did my gel nails the gel was coming up off of my toes.

Officially my new favorite nail salon! Parking is easy, i was greeted kindly and seated promptly, but the best part of my experience was how quickly and well done my nails were serviced. I had my SNS removed and redone within 35mins!! Amazing! 5 stars, well deserved 😁

DO NOT GO HERE! The lady who did my SNS rushed through it and was constantly grabbing my hands and fingers instead of just telling me how she would prefer me to position my hands. There was no one waiting after me and yet she was rushing through it like the roof was on fire. And to top it off, whatever clear coat she used to seal it was NOT the appropriate type. I have gotten SNS many times at different nail salons and have never had the clear coat start to peel away. This is how my nails look just 3 days later. THREE DAYS! The clear coat is just chipping and peeling off. Complete waste of money. Go somewhere else if you want to get your money’s worth.

I have been going to C Nails for about 5 yrs & have never had any problems at all. They always greet every customer that comes in the door. I have never seen any of the techs b rude to anyone. They work hard & the place is always clean. My nails & toes always look wonderful. Thank you C Nails!!!!

This was the most rushed nail service Ive ever gotten, and that was the best part of it. The place is gross. This was the 2nd time Ive gotten my nails done during the pandemic. The place I went several weeks ago took temperatures, washed hands, had plastic dividers, etc. This place I went to today had no cleanliness at all--I literally had to ask the people working to wear a mask. I didnt see them open the instruments, there arent pedicure liners, and the lady doing my feet went to the next customers pedicure without washing her hands. I will never be back! This place isnt clean if there isnt a global pandemic, but its definitely not the place to go in the midst of covid.

I got my nails done on May 13th it is now May 23 and all except for my thumb nails are gone..

Got SNS and she tried to only give me 2 coats. Could still see my nailtips underneath. When I told her to put on another coat she mumbled something under her breath. Rushed thru service like she didnt want to be bothered. I paid $40 for awful service and she didnt bother to thank me or ask if it was ok. No wonder the shop was empty. I wont be returning and will ensure I spread the word to avoid this place.

This place is NOT sanitary at all. They reuse tools on multiple clients. No sanitizing at all. They don’t have liners in their pedicure bowls and do not clean them in between servicing clients. No one wearing gloves or hand washing. Just..no.

I waited an hour and she only spent 10 minutes on my pedicure. 30 second massage. Won’t be coming back.

I walked in for a simple pedicure/manicure before the beach. The lady nicked me with her rotary tool FOUR times during the pedicure. She cut me TWO times with a trimmer. It hurt so much, I refused to let her move on to my hands. Oh, she also cut my toenail in to a weird oval shape. The place by my barber usually leaves it flat, and it looks way better.

I received a 15 minute pedicure and acrylic on one big toe that I was charged $45 for. By the time she handed me the receipt I had only been in the building for a total of 20 minutes. There was only two other people being serviced, rainy outside, and during the day. There is no reason why my pedicure was rushed. I should have been charged for a polish change and thats it. Ive been going to this salon off/on for over 10 yrs. I stopped going consistently because of the bad service. I will never return to this salon after today.

I did not have any issues in this nail salon. They take their time with me and they are sweet people.Many of the people that get serviced there are hard working people who just wants to relax. I havent seen anyone who are disrespectful to the employees there or the other way around.my pedicure is always on point.

I’d been going to C Nails for YEARS. I tried to stay loyal, but it’s time to say goodbye. If I knew how to give zero stars I would. My toes have been cut TWICE by these people to the point of blood with no apology OR discount! As a result... I ended up on vacation with a swollen toe unable to comfortably wear my shoes.ALSO...I brought my mom in from out of town for a pedi and she was treated so rudely and horribly that I was so embarrassed. I’m done. The competitor now has my business.

They dont do quality work. The technician was serving 3 people at once. She rushed through my fill in and was talking to other customers while filing and painting my nail. As a result I ended up with a croaked nail and a stray hair in my polish. When i showed her, she rolled her eyes. She fixed the hair but said she couldnt do anything to fix the nail. I wont be going back.

First of all , I went here and paid 60 bucks for gel nails . My nails started lifting and I had 2 fall off in 9 days.I called and basically they told me that it was already time to get my nails done again. This salon is a scam. They are not helpful and their work is poor. I’ve never been to a salon where my nails fall off in 9 days . I’m never in my life coming back here.

The lady rushed the job. I asked her to repaint and it still wasn’t a great job. The sns powder($45) is over priced. It seemed like only one person could do the powder. The gel was priced average($30) she initially used only 2 coats, was rushing and barely filed my nails. The shop wasn’t even busy at 2 pm and she was rushing. I’ll never go back. I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. I lived here a few years ago and I’ve been here before but the it’s been awhile. I will not make the same mistake twice.

My daughter got her nails done of Thursday for her prom and they started falling off on Saturday. When I called I was told $5. I told them nails should not fall off for no reason and not even two whole days later. One fell off while she was sleep. The lady I spoke to said that she has had people walk out the door and a nail break when they open the door. Umm ma’am that’s shoddy work. I have played sports in nails and they didn’t just fall off.Pleas don’t waste your money where they do a half job and don’t want to fix there mess ups. You would be better off going to get some press on nails for the quality of their work.

This place does horrible service. The nail technician told my teenage daughter to look away while she was doing her nails. Me and my husband were getting pedicures and I thought my daughter was joking when she text me that, until my husband confirmed she said the same to the lady before my daughter. It’s probably because she is going to rush through and don’t want you to see the poor work. She completed a fill in with two nail replacements in 15 mins. The work looked like my daughter painted and shaped her own nails. The pedicures we received were just as sloppy and rushed. Don’t go here! I never been to a nail salon this bad.

I wouldnt dare recommend this place to no one. They had no customers and they lady that did my nails did an awful job. My fullset looked as if a beginner did them and I also got a Polish change on my toes. I only wear gel polish and the guy had polish all over my toes and my skin. I also had acrylic on my skin and I stated to her I dont want a rush job and she stated I been doing this a long time. Never get your nails done here and they expensive.

Don’t waste your money here! Went for a gel polish on my unpolished fingernails. The technician was done in 10 minutes. She did the bare minimum with cutting my cuticles, filing my nails and polishing. You are supposed to leave the hand under the UV light for 60 seconds to let the polish harden, and she was yanking my hand out after 20! Needless to say, two days later my polish was peeling off like wallpaper. They deserve zero stars.

Was a little concerned with all of the negative reviews; however, I had a great experience!! Lynn is very fast and efficient. She listened to me and what I wanted/needed and ny gel manicure was perfect! Lee is a perfectionist and my pedi was relaxing and perfect! I will definitely be back!

Terrible experience. Walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was quoted $75 for a gel pedicure. They place I usually go to only charges $40 for a gel pedicure. The polish in my toes looked thick as if they put a thickener in the polish to make it last longer. My my pedicure looks like something I did, although I asked the nail technician to fix it...she did not fix it. In addition, my gel polish was rushed and is on my cuticle. It will probably start pealing in a week. Also I noticed that when my nail technician was finished with my pedicure she went to the next waiting client, i did not see her clean any of the nail clippers or cuticle clippers in between clients. I wanted to give this place a chance since it is in my neighborhood, but looks like I wont be coming back. They did a terrible job.

Wow. I can honestly see why this place only has 2 stars. Im not shocked now. So I went to get a full set of gel nails last week. The lady who did my nails (named Lynn) was EXTREMELY rude and rough (she snatched my hand several times) and didnt even listen to what I had to say. Needless to say. She did a HORRIBLE job. She rushed me out so I didnt get to let the gel dry; so after I got home the gel was buckling up and it looks horrible. For $50!! It should look great and i should be happy. I will NEVER return. Currently sitting in the chair after a long day at work needing some pampering and i got a horrible job by one of the nail techs. I told her she was hurting me numerous times. Her massage was below subpar. She rushed through the hole thing. I used to come here a few years ago and stopped but couldnt remember why but after today i wont be back and i encourage you not to waste your money. They have two stars for a reason..... waste of time and money

My experience was rushed despite the salon not being busy. The technician only clipped my cuticles on the sides of my nails and cut the shape of my nail despite me asking them not to. Then they used the most coarse nail file and did not go back to smooth the nail out. The technician did fix mistakes at my request.The polish job was horrible. You could see the difference in coats at the end of the nail beds and it started chipping away two days later.Seriously not worth going here. I read the reviews, thought it couldnt be that bad, and regretted spending $20 here.

My experience was eh at best. The guy doing my toes was fine but the older lady doing my nails kept trying to rush through it. I kept asking her to slow down and fix her mistakes before trying to dry the gel nail polish. She kept ignoring me, saying she’d fix it after, but after she’d supposedly “fixed it” my nails looked sloppy, uneven, my cuticles looked a mess, and the gel coats were see-through. At the end, I told her I wasn’t happy and she did fix it. I gave them 2 stars just because of that. But next time, listen to your customers BEFORE having to waste more time by going back to fix your mistakes. Without customers you have no business

I go to this place to get my feet done whenever I have a chance. I go there because my feet are pretty rough lol and they normally do a great job. This past weekend, I had the worst experience there. There’s nothing like paying for a service and the person performing the service not respecting your wishes. I explained to her that I’m the one paying and tipping, so do my feet like I ask. It was horrible! Polish on my toes and lots of dead skin remaining. So sad.

Ive given this business two times to win me over. I LOVE Passion Nails in Inman Park but its a little out of my way when I head home. SO, I decided to try out C Nails & Spa. I got a set of SNS + manicure and a pedicure on Friday. It is Monday and three of my nails have chipped. Ive never had my nails break so quickly!! Ive been getting the same thing done for years and never had this problem. It was also $80 ... and they didnt even last 3 days... Ill be going to Passion Nails to get them redone.. the right way. What a bummer.

I normally come here, I know who does good nails and doesnt. After, sitting for 45 minutes a guy approached me who i didnt like how he did my nails last time. I asked him if the lady who does eyebrows could do my nails. He said okay and asked her for me. With an attitude she said she was to busy to do my nails even when i said I would wait. After that I just left. Definitely doesn’t appreciate their clients. Customer service is completely poor!

Been getting “spa pedicures” here for well over a year. While it’s never been spectacular, it was easy and conveinient so it worked. I recently got an SNS manicure done on a whim. I’ve never had one before, but paid over $40 for a job done in less than 10 minutes. My nails were misshapen and uneven and there was a significant gap at the cuticle. After less than a week my nails were chipping and cracking and the product was separating from my nail so badly that my nails were getting caught in my hair while shampooing. I decided to go back to give them the chance to fix the shoddy job. I showed her how the product was cracking and separating and she told me it was my fault. She not only refused to fix my nails, but then tried to sell me a pedicure. This place sucks.

Typically if I have nothing nice to say, I say nothing at all..However my heart is not letting this go so easily..I am so very disappointed with the service I received...The woman sitting in the first chair when you enter was my nail tech..I asked for a simple gel polish on my natural nails..10 min and she was done filing my nails, filing my skin, polish, curing and all..The polished started peeling like stickers not 1week later..Gel polish has never been so easy to remove..I returned to voice my concern and was told my nail bed was to thin to have polish adhere and itd be another 8 dollars to repolish the 4 nails that needed repair..NO Thank you👎 I will not give this place another red cent of my money..I was so disappointed and almost ready to cry!! Youll never touch my lovely hands again😠😡✌Oh and I want my 1 star back as well!! Youre so undeserving..

My nail technician is my favorite in all of Atlanta and Ive visited ALOT of places. The owners keep the tips if you DONT pay your technician with cash.

Wasnt too pleased with the service and treatment . They dont sanitize their instruments. During a pedicure they cut my toe til it bleed and didnt even apologise. The cost was not work the service we received. They charged me more for the least amount of service. I have visited other spas and paid the same amount and received more curtious , personalized, and professional care. The messages were not good. I left there more stressed out than I was when I walked in.. it was my second experience there.. I dont think Ill be returning not even for a Polish change.

The service was fast, or should I say, rushed. I got a fill in on my real nails 2 days ago and was there for only 20 minutes and paid $35. All of my nails started splitting and cracking the very next day to where I had to file them. Day 2 and the acrylic on my nail had completely chipped off. When I went to get one nail fixed because of the poor quality of work, they blamed me and wanted more money to fix. Definitely shouldve read the reviews prior to coming here. Will not be back.

I have been coming here since they opened. Lynn always welcomes me and remembers that I bring my husband inevery May for a mani/pedi. We are always treated right. My favorite tech is Laura!During the winter I dont get pedicures so when spring comes Laura has to do my feet like Shanaynay did Myras on Martin...lol. And she always does a great job! Thats why I drive from from Austell to see her.Love this place

Got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was decent but my gel started chipping the next day. They fixed the first one when I went back but the rest started chipping the next day. Total waste of my time and money. Their polish looks old and watered down.

Just have to find the right person to help you with any specific needs you may have. I love my nail lady.

I should have read these reviews before going in. I got a GEL manicure and spa pedicure. Firstly, it was a poor excuse for a manicure, the tech just put cuticle cream on my nails and snipped away. Secondly, she rushed through the paint process and painted on my cuticles and three days later, the gel on all 10 of my fingernails was peeling. I went back to get it fixed and the same tech did the exact same thing. I sit here one day later with poor excuse for a manicure with gel polish. Im just going to have to grow this out and go somewhere else I will never return to C Nails & Spa. YOU SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ive had a better experience at the nail tech at Wal-Mart. Im serious though, I dont recommend that experience either.

Always a long wait...and they only have 1 nail tech who seems to be the manager, and she doesnt do the best job. My nails always crack withing a week after getting them done. I mean really. One person that can do nails?!? They are always busy because of this foolishness! Get more trained technicians! Customers should not have to wait an hour for poor service!

My second time here and the first time I wasnt impressed but this time I was also in a rush and it was close to where I was. My pedicure was great, the guy took his time and was very friendly. The lady who seems to be the manager of the store was quick and rushed through my acrylic full set, I told her that the drill was hurting and she did nothing about it. She painted my nails very quickly and it looks like something that I could do and I suck at nails. She got glue on my finger tips and, three to be exact. Overall this place is not good, if youre looking for quick you will for sure get that but if youre looking for quality then this is NOT the place you want to go to, I would recommend Nail Angel on Panola Rd in the same plaza as the publix.

This place isnt fancy, but gets the job done for a good price. I see lots of complaints on here, and I can understand, but it is a good deal. The people are nice, it can be slow and crowded sometime, but each time I have gotten a pedicure it has lasted several months honestly. I continue to go back here!

Service is very mediocre. I came for a fill-in and a pedicure, and both were done very poorly and sloppy (polish on cuticles, bad shaping, lack of listening to customer requests). Wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially for the price.

I went in on my birthday to get my nails done recommend by a very close person. I arrived and yes they were very nice. I decided to get a new set and pedicure, as i was getting started more came in for the same. As i sat there i paid attention to their method. I noticed my new set was almost rushed to be able to provide service to everyone. I saw one of my nails wasnt completely glued on. Even though they looked amazing that weekend....once monday rolled around the flll was already fading. A week goes by and my nails looked as if it was two weeks has gone by. I was very upset with the rush work i took them off. They came off with ease!

This has been the WORST experience getting my toes done. Nevermind they have a very limited color selection & the bottles are half empty but the service is horrible! The lady rushed through my gel fill in with acrylic overlay. She used the file tool too close to my cuticles and 3 of my fingers were bleeding . I didnt notice until she put alcohol on the gel polish and my fingers were throbing and the cuticles began to bleed. I was in and out with in 20 mins. Charged 35 dollars and I did not tip because I felt like she rushed through and didnt do a good job. She did not pay attention, I had to tell her that a nail she just filled in with acrylic was cracked and needed more. I politely asked if she would add another layer. I did not fuss but I will never be back. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy.

This was my favorite spot to get a pedicure until I noticed they stopped cleaning the tubs out. When I first started coming here, I would see them clean after every customer. This last time I went I didnt see any cleaning.

Went at 10 when they opened and they had a few people already in chairs, but with about 15 chairs open. They told me that couldn’t help me and to come back in an hour.

My experience here was HORRIBLE. Terrible customer service. They were so rough and slapped my hands around were not gentle at all. The lady I had did not shape my toes well AT ALL. Then when I told her about it she ignored me and said its fine. I left soooo dissatisfied with the way my nails looked and the DID not care. I will never come back again.

Horrible. There was a bug in the foot bath of the pedi chair. The guy who did my pedi was OKAY but definitely didnt scrub good and the lady who did my fill in was rude kept pushing and pulling my arm and also cut my cuticle and sucked her teeth like it was my fault. Plus my nails were thick as hell.

I ralery ever give ratings,but this experience was pretty bad. For starters the shop wasnt crowded,but they did not have enough employess there. The job was rushed. I got a gel fill in. There is paint on my cuticles and they are not shaped correctly. She also didnt paint the side of my nails. So disappointed. Never going back.

I would like to see all of them clean their tools between customers with alcohol. I have only seen one or two of them clean their tools. This is what can cause and spread infections.

They seated me as soon as i walked in (with no appointment required) for a gel fill in . They had a hard time with my nails because they had a large jewel on it from my previous nail job. But they end up takin off both of my whole nails which kinda hurt because they were a little heavy handed but the results were worth the pain. Beware they will RIPPED you off!The lady manager lied and told me she could do the design I showed her. She knew it looked terrible and nothing like the picture I showed her. But of course I still had to pay..That incident happened 2 years ago...last week I went for a full set,short nail with white tip.. I asked how much,and the man (who was about to do my nails) and the same lady manager talked in chinese he said $34...Ive been getting my done for years,I always pay $20 for short full set n $3 extra for white tip + a tip..I believe they tried to rip me off because I look young and naive smh.

The lady rushed thru my acrylic full set with gel polish, which is a high ticket price. Barely listened to what u wanted. I told her to fix them and she gave me and attitude saying that I needed to let her know I wanted my cuticles done which I have never had to let the nail lady know what to do to my nails, she is suppose to be the professional.Not me!!!! Then told me it would be $50, I said how much?!?!? She than said $45. I will NEVER go back again, which sucks because its only a mile away from my house. I feel like she charged me what she wanted to, and I was only there for 30mins. 30 mins would be awesome if they actually looked good.

Extremely long wait (there was literally no one in there except for my mother and i) and some lady cut my finger then blamed me for it.

My first experience with C Nails and Spa wasnt great, (Lynn completed my acrylic fill in quickly, she was sloppy, rude and would not do what I asked.) My nails were more rounded than I like, but when I asked her to square them off a little more she informed me They are squared off. I said politely Square them off some more. I still gave both she and pedicurist 20% tip. Against my own better judgement, 2 weeks later I decided to give the salon a 2nd chance, since my daughters had referred me. Once again, as Lynn (I suppose the owner) performed my fill, she kind of tossed each finger as she finished (you know what I mean). She was sloppy, was done in record time (as was the pedicurist) didnt respond to any attempts at chit chat and when I asked her what was wrong with polish on my toes, when after 30 mins under the fluorescent dryer they were still wet? She says: I dont know! You gotta go...we gotta go Whaaat?? Two HOURS later my pedicure STILL was not dry and was now ruined. Did they put acetone or something in the polish to stretch it? Probably. Was she rude, ignorant and downright disrespectful? Absolutely! Does she want to go out of business? Evidently....Not only will I never give them another dime of my money, my two daughters that referred me wont be going back either. Ive already found a lovely salon, great staff, that does an outstanding job. Beellagio Nail Bar, 7th Ave, off of Peachtree (Felicia is great!) Forget shoddy Lynn and C Nails and Spa. If they dont want Our $ there are plenty of salons that do. (Take a look at who is receiving substandard treatment and service and whos giving 4 and 5 stars based on the reviews)

Thorough and confident and totally sanitary very good job

I have been going to C- Nails for pedicures and eyebrows for about 8 years now and have only had one sort of not good time there and it was just because I went during peak hour and had to wait an hour. Other than that they are alway polite and happy to see me. They stayed open late after all the other clients had left so I could have my whole wedding party girls have our nails done and they let us bring champage to toast with while we were getting our stuff done. I have only gotten my nails done there twice and I was not a fan but I am not a fan of people messing with my hands anyway because if something happened to them I will be out of work, but my girlfriends and my husband get both manis and pedis there and love it. Ture it is often busy and warm but that is only because they are so popular. As for sanitation I have noticed that they spray the foot tub with a germaside and then spray it down with the sprayer and then rinse the tools they used in the germaside water that is left in the tub while cleaning. It is done very fast but they also spray the whole tub down after it drains. Even withought scrubing the germaside will kill everything as long as it is sprayed on everyting in the tub. They also have autoclaves in the back near the restroom that are always being run as they switch out the tools. They also change the towels at each station between customers. It is true that anyone can end up with some kind of infection in any spa and that is the risk you take anywhere you go even the fancy ones can be bad. It is important to go in and check it out before getting any services anywhere and form your own opinion as everyone experiances things differently and can have different experiances with anything or anyplace.

C- Ive been trying to give this location a chance because its in my neighborhood. Aside from the fact the gel polish only last 4 days before it starts to peel, Ive witnessed the manager be very rude to customers as if shes doing them a favor. Today just wasnt the day. I wont be back.
