This is the first place that Ive been too that was genuinely interested in helping me. Keely is the best therapist I have ever had, and shes so down to earth and still professional. The last 6 months has been nothing, but progress and I am always excited when its time for our sessions!

I personally would not recommend this office. I was a patient at this establishment for three months and each time I had contact with their staff, I feel like my treatment relapsed due to the stress that their office unnecessarily piled. For four pages of paperwork, I’ve paid $105.00 to have their offices properly fill out paperwork for my job. Promises go broken and the offices are severely disorganized. Practioners work on their own accord and he front desk makes up rules as they go. I was advised to never patron their business again after their staff almost had me fired from my job due to unfilled paperwork and their absences. After obscene reaches in communication, it was done. Unfortunately, I had to burn bridges with their services in lieu of my job. Thankfully, I decided to no longer be a patient there before being advised to find other psychiatric services.

The counsellor we saw seemed good but the admin side is very disappointing. Took months and several requests to forward some records. never fulfilled other requests despite numerous visits, calls and forms filed. when you call to follow up they cant find it. then they demand we visit their office again to fix their mistakes. i wonder how much other business theyve lost due to poor admin. seems to be the weak point with many health services. we wont be returning.

This place has 9-12 walk in hours 3 days a week for new patients. We waited close to 2 hours to even be seen by an intake person. After literally signing 10 pages of documents, we were told we couldnt see someone today who takes our insurance and would again have to go through the long wait of a walk in appointment process again. I said no to that and decided to pay to see some out of network just to be seen later in the day. We were told to be seated and someone would be with me to take the fee for session. After 10 minutes, I asked if I could pay at front desk. I was then asked to go back to intake area where I was told an error had been made and that the providers who could take our insurance are completely full so they wouldnt be able to work with us. With a crazy system like this in place, Id never feel confident in the caregivers provided.

MY SOUL WAS IN PAIN AND I WAS EXTREMELY DEPRESSED AND LOST. I WAS AT ROCK BOTTOM MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY WHEN I STARTED HERE AND I DIDNT EXPECT MHCS TO HELP ME. THE FIRST PERSON TO HEAR MY CRY WAS MS. KAREN!!! SHE WAS A GODSEND TO ME. SHE WAS SO ATTENTIVE AND CARING, I FEEL LIKE SHE SAW MY PAIN AND HOW BROKEN AND READY I WAS TO GIVE UP TRYING TO LIVE A LIFE. I BROKE DOWN HARD, CRIED SO HARD, COULD BARELY SPEAK AND WHAT I COULDNT SAY MS KAREN SAID FOR ME. SHE DIDNT RUSH MY VISIT SHE PLACED A BOX OF KLEENEX IN FRONT OF ME AND GAVE ME HER FULL ATTENTION. SHE WAS KIND, PATIENT AND CALM. SHE LISTENED AND SHOWED GENUINE CONCERN FOR ME. MS. KAREN MADE SURE I DIDNT LEAVE HER OFFICE TILL I FELT BETTER AND SHE MADE SURE I DIDNT LEAVE THE CENTER WITHOUT ALL THE HELP I NEEDED AND THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO FOLLOW UP WITH.. LORI IS MY THERAPIST AND I LOVE HER!!..I AM OPEN AND HONEST WITH HER AND I FEEL I CAN TELL HER ANYTHING AND I DO. SHE LISTENS AND KEEPS IT REAL BY LETTING ME KNOW THAT ITS OK TO TAKE BABY STEPS TO BECOMING A BETTER ME. TOGETHER WE COME UP WITH IDEAS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO HELP ME FIND SOME ENJOYMENT IN LIFE, SHE CALLS IT MY (HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT). EVERYTIME I LEAVE I FEEL A LIL BETTER AND THIS IS WHAT I NEED...... THANK YOU MHCS 🙂.

Wonderful facility, with warm and loving staff who is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

The ladys at the front desk are so nice when i had came the first time i was upset becuz i had an episode nd my family made me get help. but they were so nice and explained everything to me and made me comfortable i was even happy to come back for my next visit.

If youre an LPC, dont waste your time here. The offer is $30 per hour non-negotiable with the expectation of 20 face hours with clients.

Unprofessional and not client centered: therapist brought her religious views into my session, and then refused to return some personal materials until I called multiple times.
