Finding the right care providers is really hard - but LifeStance Health has made it so easier! I have enjoyed the tele consultation online visits as an easy way to see my care provider without having to go into an office/navigate covid. I absolutely recommend!

Incredibly disappointed with LifeStance Health. I missed an appointment today & was charged with a $100 late fee( over double of my usual co-pay). I called to see if this could be waived considering my work was what prevented me from being able to attend, but was rudely told no. The manager, Patricia, berated me for missing the appointment and was incredibly belittling with her tone. I get it - I missed the appointment & thats on me. However, the way I was spoken to was disgusting and I will absolutely be canceling all appointments moving forward. Also, youd think that a mental health service provider would better understand missed appointments and not have such a predatory no-show policy, but it seems they care more about making an easy buck.

Dr. Way is amazing! She’s patient, respectful, considerate and observant. She listens as well as gives constructive feedback and suggestions to support improving my way of thinking and living.

Angela Hamm is amazing! I’ve been with her a little over two years and she’s wonderful! Professional and caring… she’s helped me like no other medical professional. Responds to calls and messages the same day. The support staff at Lifestance is incredible and so helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

The doctor was nice but she wanted to just put me on medicine. She didn’t care that I was having trouble at work. It was way option than medicine but she kept pushing medicine on me. Then when I did take the medicine it made me sick. I almost got fired because of it. I just felt like I wasn’t heard

I have been using lifestance (formerly Georgia behavioral health) for 2 years now. I see a therapist and psychiatrist there and both have been wonderful. They are easy to get ahold of, scheduling is on top of things, and their online patient portal is great. Most if not all of there people are doing telehealth which I personally love because it’s easier for those of us who work to find 30 minutes in a quiet room instead of making a trip to see them. Not a single complaint to be had on my part!

Great experience here - dr Caballero really listens to your needs and explores options with you. Will be with Lifestance as long as I need care!

The doctor I see is great, but the office staff is rude and makes it nearly impossible to get an appointment. They never answer the phone, and the website is buggy and often doesn’t work.

The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful - always willing to schedule appointments in advance, which is something i very much recommend if you plan to have continued care! If you are running late, just call in, everyone is super understanding, and willing and able to help!

Dr. Shafi leaves something to be desired. After waiting for an appointment for 30 days. She said she could not help me, so I am still without meds. or a psychiatrist.

I almost cancelled my appointment after reading the bad reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t. The staff was so nice and helpful, even though I had to call back several times because I kept forgetting things. The doctor was also very kind and nonjudgmental. Maybe I just got lucky? I’m very glad I gave them a chance.

Was late they waited! Worked with me and so much nicer and faster Than my last dr! Listened to me ... and gave me a lot of Information. Not to mention all staff was wonderful!!

Angela is great and really nice, but clearly only cares about money. Having to pay an expensive copay every 1/2 months to get refills on my already pricy prescriptions isn’t sustainable.Edit: I know how copays work. Their response to my review is insulting.

Its really really hard to find a decent psychiatrist, can let alone one though.janky Ambettrer. This office is professional, courteous and efficient. Super thourough with questions and I actually feel like they care! They helped recommend an antidepressant that is really helping me and when Ambettrer denied it (big surprise there) they helped me get it appealed and approved. For a gal who suffers from ADHD janky follow through, this is a life saver.

Ive had an awful experience so far. Its mostly with the front desk staff, although, the doctor I did see didnt have the greatest bedside manner. They often give the wrong information, its hard to get an appointment even scheduled and someone actually hung up on me once! Obviously, this isnt the best situation for someone seeking treatment.
