Agency really is passionate to best service each of their clients. They work very hard to find great therapists!

Amazing Company to work for. They care about the clients, and parents they serve. In addition, and last but not least they value fheir employees. I have been with the company for a year, and this is rhe absolute best ABA practice i have been apart of. Very open line of communication with hire up professionals, and they are PROMPT with their communication with their employees!

My son has been receiving service through GBA for some time now, about a year ago his last therapist quit and he has not had a single session since. I have reached out to every case manager (4 in a year) and no one can give me answers. I can not reach anyone in regards to my son stating back on the much needed service he needs! If y’all can’t accommodate a child and have a therapist Available then you need to let the parents know so they can take them to another company!

Ive been trying to get started with ABA services with GBA since November. I was originally told itd be about a month before we could start, but todays April 7th and we still havent started. Communication is abysmal. Phone calls are not returned and emails are returned with false claims of trying and failing to reach me by phone (I had no missed calls and no voicemails). Their actions suggest theyre not actually interested in providing services.

We started the enrollment process and then all communication just ceased on their end. I submitted all paperwork at the end of March. It is now April and I have not heard anything despite reaching out.

Super low accountability all around. Communication is not a strength here.
