Completely disappointed. My child received an assessment from the doctor who made all sorts of assurances of what could be done to meet the needs of my child. We were informed that a representative would be following up. I waited, and when no one followed up, I called multiple times! No one at all returned my call, nor emails. This was extremely unprofessional. I fortunately have identified a clinician who is responsive, skilled, available, professional, & has reliable assistance. I was truly hoping for a better outcome.

This organization is completely professional and knowledgable about childrens disorders and mental health issues.

I just read another review about a woman whos son had an evaluation with no follow up. Exactly what happened to me. No follow up after paying for the evaluation, all calls go to voicemail, multiple emails with no response.This is my first experience with a mental health professional, she came recommended, I am very disappointed.

I arrived at 11:38am for a noon appointment that was provided by the staff via telephone 4 date ago and I immediately placed the time and date in my phone. When I arrived I was told I was very early and that the now 1230 appointment wouldn’t start u til 1pm. It’s now 1:32pm and still waiting... so far not good.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Johnson ,she is efficient and get down to the root of the problem. She pulled stuff out of me I never told anyone in my life. Thank you Dr. Johnson for the jounrney.

Horrible experience. My daughter had an evaluation and was told I would hear back the results within 2-3 weeks. It’s now 3 months later and after being lied and given the run around I decided to go elsewhere. Poor communication and professionalism.

Excellent, and efficient. She offers great parenting solutions to handle with many behavioral dilemmas. The pre scheduled appointments for the month in advance are great also.
