I love working with Focus!! I initially start work with the company back in around 2017-2018. They really care and take pride in their responsibilities as recruiters and everyone else that is involved in their whole entire process. With everything the way it is now its great to know that there is a staffing agency that you can go to thats really there to help and will take care of you and your needs and really listen to what type of job youre looking for and understand when things come up and you have to make changes. My recruiters Rebecca L. and Patricia T. have been EXTREMELY helpful to my job search. I was able to talk to them openly about my career interests during the interview process and heard back from Rebecca the next day with news of a second interview, and got the job! Unfortunately due to Covid19 and timing, I was let go shortly after starting because no one knew really what to do or how to handle the quick changes of the pandemic. All the while unemployed again, we kept open lines of communication. They were professional but also cared about how I was doing. DeeDee was my recruiter when working with Focus. She was extremely friendly and helpful while I was on assignment, but things changed the moment my contract ended. DeeDee could not be reached via phone or e-mail (I guess I was not a priority since I was no longer bringing the company any money). She did not try to find placement for me, even though my contract ended abruptly. I applied for positions, reached out constantly; no luck. Then, when I finally got ahold of her (after weeks of trying), she was very dismissive, condescending, and rude. Focus is a very small company and job postings are limited. I would not recommend this staffing agency to anyone.
