By far the WORST experience I have ever encountered. They deserve 0 stars! After being told I was hired for this position, they sent me the equipment and that was literally it. I was told someone would contact me to help setup my equipment, no one did! After calling the help desk I was told I had to wait until someone called me. I’ve sent numerous emails to numerous employees & they ALL went unanswered.. it’s literally been a week! I was previously told that training started on September 13 today is the 16th and no one is still returning any of my emails about training. I’ve been emailing people since last week no one has replied and now I just have equipment sitting in my room. And that’s not even all, I was also lied to about the hourly pay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone working or trying to work here . The last email I received was from a recruiter asking if I’ve taken the drug screen which I’ve took a week ago & emailed her exactly when I finished it.

If i could give less that one star i would. The most unprofessional and unresponsive company I’ve ever been employed by. Entire staff never on one accord. Lies about job positions’ duties, hours, & pay rate in order to fill them. Extremely high turnover rate. No communication & crassness when you do get in touch with someone. Melissa Ortega the operations manager never answers her emails. You will have to reach out minimum 4 times before you’re given a response. Not worth the trouble of accepting any offer given because it may take you months to receive a check thanks to her. You’d be better off at working the drive-thru. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

I absolutely loved working with Kim Johnson at Paramount. The job I was placed with has been such a blessing to me. I have made connections with some pretty big people in my county and will likely be starting an amazing career because of it. Kim made sure I was WELL taken care of and even helped me get 4 other people working as well. I could never repay her for all she has done for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for somewhere to get their foot in the door. Its been amazing for me.

I have been employed about 9 mths and love. I feel beyond blessed from hiring process up til now. They are very accommodating and always show concern. I love how they make sure we have every necessary tool we need to do our jobs effectively. Also the effort thats put in from the sups. To see that you reach and exceed your goals is amazing. Sometimes Id became frustrated bt my sup. Miss. Tina Ellison was the best. She stayed on me, encouraged me and gave me great pointers to achieve my goals and meet metrics. I love my job.

Worked for this company for a client fired me cause they said I was not responsive lol for 1hr then they never gave my equipment so they decided to fire me horrible company I advise others work some were else

I work for this company for five months. I already told my supervisor that I needed time off for specific days. Prior to me starting work. I put time in for as requested. I never received a notice saying my time requested off was denied. Three days before I filed a harassment complaint against my supervisor. While I’m off I received a call saying why are you not showing up for work? The whole time my supervisor never put in my time. I couldn’t get in the system to show proof because my account was deactivated. Someone name Tj I reached out to never reached back out to me. Also, Tj is the one I told about the harassment. This company tried to show you that they “fake care”. I tried to prove my innocence some things you really have to let go.

Working with Paramount was such an amazing experiencing. I truly felt like they cared about MY success and not just trying to throw people into jobs for their own personal benefit.I had the pleasure to work with Taylor Watson and Megan Culberson. These two provided SO much support and encouragement throughout each step of the process. They continued to give me so much confidence and motivation to keep going. They also provided great feedback and tips to keep improving throughout the steps of the interview process.This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with a recruiting company but definitely the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The Paramount team, specifically Megan and Taylor, were an honor to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say. Though I did not get the position I was applying for, I felt that the Paramount team had did their very best from day one up until the end. I used this company a while back and unfortunately I cant say I was happy with my experience. I worked with Elane Buresi and she was the worse! She did not return my calls or emails. She gave me a lot of false promises. Thanks to her, I got into a sticky situation and was left to figure things out on my own. At the end of the day I ended up wasting my time working with her and the company. I will not be using this company again and I cant say I will recommend this company to anyone.

Ive recently just started working with paramount and so far Ive had a great experience. My recruiter Kay has been amazing thru the entire process and goes above and beyond great lengths and Im so grateful for her. Even when she is away, shes backed up by a great team specifically Kellie and Kim. I highly recommend this staffing agency and best of wishes to everyone!!!

I appreciated the quick work they got me but when my check came in they played with my money claiming that i should come in to get my check(50min drive). When i arrived they told me the checks are mailed if i did not recieve at work, even though i called before coming and they claimed it would be there.

Sarah Vaughan is the main reason I am leaving 5 stars. Since day one and I mean the very first day she contacted me until now she has been so helpful, attentive and friendly even at times when I know I was being an inconvenience. Everyone else has been great as well. Thank you all!

Would not use again, and would not recommend. They do not return your calls. They make you come in just to get info they could have obtained over the phone or via email. Once you get the interview, you really never hear from them again if you dont get the job. I called several times to follow up and never heard back. I never received a phone call or an email after that.You are much better off on your own.

This place is unprofessional! They waste your time, I was called in for an interview and never heard a word. When I called to check the status of the position and other positions, I was meet with your not qualified! Why would you call me for an interview?I have all the needed skills and qualifications and they still didnt place me. DORINA IS the worse, I dont think she is qualified to be a staffing recruiter!! Very old school Agency and bad attitudes!!!

I had my interview with Marnite Martin on a Tuesday and by Friday I was interviewing and beyond prepared for my interview which I was immediately offered a position as Clinical manager. I dont know where to begin to praise Marnite for her genuine and professional assistance she provided. She was exact in her communication but her delivery was kind, deliberate, knowledgeable, encouraging, precise, effective, she tapped into my personality within the first 5 minutes. Marnite was always available and even after hours she CALLED ME! She is POSITIVE and sincere and just the BEST recruiter Ive had the honor to work with. I recommend this medical staffing agency. I hope more people will be as blessed as I was to encounter an awesome recruiter as Marnite Martin.

Horrible place . I would recommend staying far away from this place . Christine is very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait 3 pay periods for direct deposit to go through. And the checks were NEVER ON TIME ! Sometimes waiting weeks for one check . And the supervisor Shannon was very passive about late checks !

Dorina did not help at all. All kinds of useless testing.
