Worst staffing agency I ever worked for. I already had to wait 2 weeks to get paid from when I started plus they overstaffed every job they send me to. I missed two weeks of pay because they overstaffed me twice in a row. Its Monday I was supposed to work at 4 pm. I couldve went to another agency in the morning if they wanted me unemployed. I guess my holiday doesnt matter.I hate the pressure the holidays impact on me every year. Not cool but I start a new job just waiting on my background check then I can get some sort of check in mid December I guess.

Most definitely would not recommend this staffing agency too anyone ! They do not offer flexible schedules at all. They offer flexible placement but not schedules. Before I went in for a interview I asked if they did next day work they said sometimes. I went for my interview that was scheduled at 11am and did not get seen til almost 12. Kenneth was nice he was the one who had to take over my interview because they had a meeting. I was then told to call Monday for placement I called and was given the run around. I called Tuesday I was given the run around until they finally placed me at a hotel but shortly after stated the client canceled. I’ve been calling all day and finally a man answers and is basically like they can’t work with me because my schedule isn’t flexible for housekeeping. I stated I applied for more then just housekeeping. The lack of communication is going too be this companies downfall . If you knew you couldn’t work with my schedule I should’ve never been hired.

THIS COMPANY IS RAN BY FRESHMEN COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OR CARE FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE WORK PLACE. They dont have a chain of command nobody in charge is ever in the office. They dont fight for competitive pay its usually under 10 dollars. The Companies usually dont respect anybody they send on assignment.

Waste Of Time .I went in for an interview that was scheduled at 11am , me & four others waited in their wait area but they knew we were waiting on them . We waited for what two half hours Then I told them I had to leave to get my daughter & they ask if I wanted to rescheduled . NO!! I waited on you .ALSO they run out of jobs , Its best to find a different agency .

Unprofessional in Atlanta. Transfered from Pittsburgh to atlanta. Was suppose to do paper work and start. Instead was told i was hired and then not hired. I asked how that was possible then was told it was because Pittsburgh told told them i no called no showed which was very false. Spoke to my manager in Pittsburgh she said no1 in the office ever spoke to any1 in Atlanta. The manager in Atlanta then bacame extremely rude and said to just come do my paper work i show up twice and then all of a sudden there is no electricity. I loved that job and was very good at it. Its unfortunate that some people get a little power and give a company that you loved a terrible name.

Horrible place to work. Will not pay you the correct amount that you have worked and will dispute with you over that. Very bad communication on there end. They don’t even pick up the phone. A better staffing company is HSS. They you pay more then whatever Lgc will pay at the spot your working. Which one would you go to

Discrimination at its highest basically told me clients wouldnt accept because I was pregnant and a liability
