I have had the absolutely pleasure to have Dr. Patel as my Dentist. Dr. Patel, is so delicate,precise, patient, and personable. Dr. Patel reassures me, which makes every appointment for the last six-years, always an absolute pleasure. The quality work done on my teeth, are beyond words, and can only be seen with a SMILE. I recalled, while traveling in Australia, and Trinidad Tobago, I had teeth concerns, I was able to reach Dr.Patel, immediately, which he answered my concerns. The office also looks fabulous. EDIT: super dishonest business got a surprise bill despite never having been billed for dental with the same insurance plan before…Dentist is awesome, she was very caring and thorough, I highly recommend working with her.Scheduling is a bit of a mess. They said on the website the first appointment will be a consultation and not a cleaning. Before my appointment, they shifted the time by 15 minutes and scheduled a second appointment for the cleaning right afterwards without telling me. Would’ve been a better experience if they talked to me before making surprise schedule changes

I’ll start by saying Dr.Z and her assistant Jennifer were very polite and fragile while giving me my crowns. I came here because of my original dentist kept giving me the run around about my crowns. They did a great job!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a crown put on a cracked tooth 2 years ago and I am still dealing with it. After years of it being uncomfortable and seeing another dentist who had to REDO the crown, I now need a root canal on the tooth. My insurance will now not cover the new crown I need to fix the issues this place not only caused but did not fix the first time. My new dentist seemed concerned by the treatment plan they had given and now I am working through thousands of dollars to get it right. They also WAY overcharged and did not handle insurance properly causing my to overpay. DO NOT GO HERE.

On 01/032019I Came in ONLY to ask Dr. Patel Question sAnd cost etc. he did not touch me nor did he touch my mouth he stood there and we talked that was it. I asked Dr. Patel with this be a charge he stated no since he did not touch me.I ended up getting a bill that went to collections for $461.44 acct# 143324, after he stated to me this would not be a charge to talk to himI have tried to resolve this issue over and over again but the receptionist at the front services are kind of rude I’ve asked for a conversation with Dr. Patel to refresh his memory still no answer. I called the collections agency and the speed of the ballots the first time they did I have my social this time somehow they made up of social that ends in 4136 OK this is a lot for something that I was told I would not be charge thank you and have a great day

Dr. Zeineddin, Deborah the hygienist and the entire staff are the best! I had been a patient of Dr Z. about 15 years ago when her office was located in the building where I work. She moved to Atlantic Station and another dentist occupied her old space. For convenience I switched to the new dentist but really missed Dr. Zs professionalism, her attentiveness and sensitivity. Recently, while working remotely out of the country I noticed that my dental bridge which was placed 6 years ago was becoming loose. Needless to say I was very nervous that it would fall off. I booked a flight back to the States and scheduled an appointment immediately to see my dentist to repair the damaged bridge, but also to get an understanding as to why the bridge failed after only 6 years. My dentist re-cemented the bridge in place but warned me that I may have to replace it and that he is not sure how long the re-cementing would last. I decided to visit Dr Zeineddin for a consultation. Everyone was so welcoming and courteous. The office is immaculate, very modern with state-of-the -art equipment. I was very impressed. DR. Z provided multiple options in order to correct the problem and we decided that dental implants were the best course of action. I was very nervous and had lots of questions but Dr Z. calmed my fears and was very patient in explaining the process. The entire procedure took about 7 hours (with breaks in between) but I experienced very little discomfort. My implants are healing very nicely, Im in no pain, the temporary teeth are very comfortable. I am a happy customer. I would highly recommend 19th Street Dental. Thank you Dr. Zeineddin.

I have a great fear of going to the dentist based on past experiences with other dentists, but starting with my first visit and through a second visit requiring a two- hour procedure, I left feeling Yes! my daughter referred me to a keeper! Dr. Patel and the staff made me feel at ease and were sensitive and responsive to my fears and needs. Dr. Patel also did a great job showing and explaining the state of my teeth in a very conversational and understandable way. Just a great experience and outcome- the quality of the work was on point! The office is also well located at Atlantic Station, just in case you want to enjoy those amenities before or after your visit!

This was my first visit to 19th Street Dental. First impressions are always pretty important to me as is for most people. With that said my first impression is that the staff and Dr Patel are very personable, professional, and very informative. Dr Patel took the time to not just show me x-rays and pictures and then send me on my way but to really give me an education and explain exactly my next best course of action. Everyone I was in contact with made this first visit a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Patel and his staff are top notch!!I’ve been a loyal client of 19th Street Dental for quite a few years, since I came in with a botched implant from another dentist. He fixed the horrible implant and has provided excellent emergency and regular care since then. Today I had a cleaning with Kendra which went great. I’ve recommended numerous friends to 19th over the years and they are also impressed. Todd at the front desk is amazing at getting me in for appts around my crazy work schedule. I wish I could name everyone, they are all so fantastic. Best dentist I’ve ever had.

Excellent service! I called on Labor day with emergency. Dr Patel responded immediately (on Labor Day Holiday!) and squeezed me in next morning to treat my root canal (Root Canal, 2 Crowns and additional filing in one session).

This was the BEST dental experience I have EVER had! The office is extremely clean!! Everyone had incredible customer service. Dr. Patel was very detailed and thorough. They entire office was connected and they have mastered the client process. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another insurance claim. I can not say enough good things about this practice. State of the art equipment and procedures. My girlfriend recommended Dr. Patel, because I was explaining to her I was experience extreme anxiety surrounding the dentist, having had 2 root canals in 2 years, with a previous provider. I was having tooth pain and avoiding all dentists, until it got bad. Dr. Patel fixed my tooth that day and made the crown in office.. thankfully no root canal. He also got to the root of my problem (pun intended). I was grinding my teeth and cracking them. Now I have a sleep guard, hopefully no more root canals. I trust him and his staff to keep my teeth healthy and me informed on how we can do this together!

Who enjoys going to the dentist? I do... now! Dr. Patel is warm and welcoming, along with the rest of the staff. He makes sure you are completely comfortable and takes a genuine interest in your well-being. If I ever move, I will drive all the way back to 19th Street for my dental needs.

I was recommended to Dr. Patel by one of my girlfriends. For years, I’ve listened to her go on and on about how amazing he and his staff are. She has boasted on how he is always on the cutting edge of dentistry, how innovative he is, blah....blah.....blah.....or so I thought. I have now been a patient of Dr. Patel’s for about three years, and I know first hand that he is all that she proclaimed him to be and more. He respects his patients’ time by scheduling appointments accordingly. He is extremely professional and personable; when consulting with you about work that needs to be done, he makes you feel like you’re talking with a friend who happens to have a wealth of dentistry knowledge. He’s patient and candid when answering questions about dental work needed, your options and the roll your insurance plays with payment. I have NEVER been disappointed with him nor his staff. I love Dr. Patel and the whole practice. Its easy to schedule an appointment and they let you pick who you would like for your cleanings (I usually have Jill, who is great). The office is very comfortable and they make your experience relaxing. Dr. Patel is great and very professional. The office staff is wonderful too- they always run my insurance while Im in my cleaning so when Im done, I am ready to walk straight out the door. Love them! Glad I have such a great dentist.

I walked in without an appointment yesterday. The gentleman behind the desk oddly qualified me, due to his ill conceived mental description of who I was, while making no genuine effort to find availability. Not going to go into detail. There was a young lady beside him who was able to get me in that next afternoon due to a cancellation. However, when I arrived on the next day, the service, overall, was good and in the end everything was fine. Customer Service can use a little boost in the non bias area.

Dr. Z, Dr. Patel, and the entire 19th St Dental staff are simply amazing! I am under the care of Dr. Z for Invisalign treatment. She explained everything clearly and was super flexible and helpful given COVID-19 disruptions. I’m wrapping up my treatment now and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Z and the office staff have made helpful accommodations, from scheduling last minute appointments to allowing me to use the consult room to take a work call prior to my appointment. Also, I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 min to be seen! Definitely recommend for a solid dentist in the Atlanta area!

Dr. Patel is highly knowledgeable and honest. I went in for a third opinion for some mild tooth pain I have been having (one dentist told me nothing was wrong, the second opinion told me I immediately needed 2 crowns). Dr Patel took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays with me and gave me a plan that made the most sense and was much more conservative than jumping to get 2 crowns. He treated me like a family member and I felt as though he had my best interest at heart. The office staff is wonderful too.

I was referred to Dr. Patel by my Orthodontist when my life-long dentist retired + I moved about 40 miles from home. I am so glad I found Dr. Patel. I first saw him after I began my Invisalign treatment (elsewhere) and have had 2 cleanings since. Kendra cleans my teeth and does an outstanding job, I leave squeaky clean and having learned something new about dental hygiene tips and tricks! Dr. Patel is thorough and kind and cares about more than just healthy teeth but also thinks of ways to improve your overall look. I can’t recommend this practice enough! Also, parking in the deck is free for 2 hours (found this out after parking in the paid Park Mobile spots 2 previous times)!

5 easy stars!!!!! From verbally booking my first appointment, checking in with the front office staff (both were professional, personal and patient even when I was visibility annoyed due to the pain of just having 2 teeth removed and a filling, the woman who handles the finances in the front was extremely kind, gracious and so nice, the clean, spacious, organized, quiet, beautiful office, the knowledge, humor and comforting dental team (Debra & Tammy), that never made me feel as if I was taking up their time or rushed. They discussed all options with me and took their time. Tammy has a calming touch and proactively explained next steps with me while she worked. Debra (Brenda) is really perfectly suited in her role and has a wonderful sense of humor, was extremely knowledgeable about the dental journey I was there to begin and kept her dental mask on the entire time (and I was there from 11:15 AM - 2:45 PM) which I thought was hilarious.If I could give 10 additional stars to 19th Street Dental I would.Excellence.

I have been a client of 19th Street Dental for more than three years now. I love going here because not only is the establishment clean and the employees super friendly, but the office is up-to-date on technology and so much more. Today when I walked in, Dr. Patel said, Hi, Laura as I walked by and that made me feel special. And when I met with Jill for my cleaning, I asked her what flavor polish she was going to use and she quickly remembered that I prefer mint to orange. Its those special touches that make me feel appreciated. Plus, Dennis and Stephanie at the front desk are always helpful and make me feel super comfortable whenever I ask questions or express financial concerns. This place is the best.

I am full of anxiety visting the dentist. The receptionist was very nice, the assistant was calming and kind, and Dr. Patels personality and professionalism all allowed me to have a pleasant experience. It was great to receive care and not feel judged. Straight forward pricing, no hidden fees, and patient centered care. I highly recommend for a regular care dentist and for tooth emergencies.

Switched to Dr. Patel and the 19th Street Dental team last year and wish I would’ve done so sooner. Service is outstanding and the staff is friendly and accommodating.As an example, I was recovering from Bronchitis during a recent visit and I was concerned about coughing when reclined. Dr. Patel located a diffuser and essential oils so that I’d be as comfortable as possible during my appointment.It’s also a plus that i can walk to the office since I live in the area!

First let me start with the good. The office is nice, clean, and easy to find. I quite liked the dentist and his staff. I found them professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. HOWEVER, the way they conduct payments is archaic, inconvenient, and has costed me a world of trouble. When you owe a balance to 19th Street Dental, they do not email or call you - they only send letters. So, here I am two years later after moving away for two years JUST now finding out that I owed them $150 which has since been sent to collections and now has both doubled in price and been sent to equifax. Should I have forwarded my mail? Definitely... but COME ON - its nearly 2020 and were still sending bills in the mail? They sent a total of 4 letters and when I did not respond they did not attempt to contact me in any other way and just went ahead and sent it to collections. Cool. Im sad that I found a dentist in Atlanta that I really liked and not wont be returning because of this.

I went for a cleaning appointment. Service was fine but when I checked out I was charged $22 extra for “extensive” cleaning, and only because I said that last time I had my teeth cleaned was almost 1 year ago (in fact the hygienist didn’t mention any tough / extensive cleaning needed). Had I said my last cleaning was 6 months ago I would not have paid that extra fee.... that is not acceptable.
