I would recommend this place 100%!! I will say that the lady at the front desk should check with patients insurance before sending them back. I was hit with an unexpected fee and I was not happy about that! However, my hygienist, David made it worth it! He was so thorough and took his time during my cleaning :) Definitely request him when you come! The dentist himself was also very kind and informative.

Great experience from beginning to end! They were the only dentist able to see me the same week as a new patient. (The next day!) the on boarding paperwork process was smooth and I appreciate that they really made sure my insurance would cover my visit.Keisha, her assistant, and the doctor were so patient, personable, and knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable and were able to educate in a completely non judgmental manner.

Still here writing this review. I havent been to the dentist in 3 years due to a terrible experience but this office is definitely going to have me coming for routine cleanings. They explain everything as they go so I know exactly whats happening and understand why its being done. The staff is incredibly friendly I can tell they all love what theyre doing. I ended up choosing Pure Dental Hearth because I broke a tooth and just needed some quick work. Little did I know this would be the best decision I couldve made. Everyone on their staff from the front desk to the assistants are super friendly and helpful.Ulysses was called in to help finish my procedure and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work being done.If youre looking for a quality dental team I would definitely recommend Pure!

Angela my Orthodonist is amazing!! She’s very professional and always makes sure I leave satisfied with my dental results! Scott is also amazing as well! He removed all four of my wisdom teeth and was very polite and professional! This is the best dentist I’ve been to this far and I would recommend to everyone including friends and family! Best. Dental. Practice. Ever. I had an extraction 7 days ago, and I have had the best recovery! I don’t remember a single moment of the procedure (sedation), but the recovery has been the best! I’ve had extractions before that were horrible, no follow up, infections, no instructions given, etc. from other practices. That was NOT the case here. They are thorough, helpful, and available for any and all questions or concerns.

Keisha is truly one of a kind!! My daughter has always had anxiety getting her teeth cleaned and Keisha was patient and amazing! She talked to my daughter throughout the process and was calming and patient. If I could give her a higher rating I would. Great to run into someone that actually enjoys their job!!

I dont normally go out of my way to leave a review. But after being in Atlanta for few months I found myself needing a filling replaced. I can thoroughly say everyone in this office (Buckhead location) is awesome. They treat you more like a well valued customer/friend rather than another patient. Affordable pricing with no insurance, and great first time patient deals really made the trip worth it. Everyone cared about me during my visit and made sure I was comfortable as well. Definitely would go here for the rest of time if I lived in Atlanta permanently!!

I’ve been coming to Pure Dental Health for about a year now. The staff and doctors are amazing. I just got my braces on. Angela made the experience quick and easy, calming my anxiety. If you’re looking for a dentist or are interested in braces, Dr. Scott and Angela Pressler, orthodontic specialist, at Pure Dental Health should be your first and only call.

Business is business in the end no matter the service. Their prices are on the high end of most dental care. The staff was polite and with that I have no complaint. Service was an issue though. Went in for a tooth that had a huge filling fall out of and ended up needed 2 crowns and maybe a root- canal. 2nd visit I went in to have my Temp. crowns placed which went smoothly but a week and a half later my molar temp crown fell off, took them just over a month to finally place my permanent crowns and it was this appointment that gave me the worse dental experience of my life. I give them credit that they did their best to numb me but I sat in the chair for over 20-30 mins in throbbing pain that had me in tears waiting to get more numbed up. It took forever to place the crowns and because I had had my temp out for so long that when they finally placed permanent crown for that tooth it was painful and sensitive beyond belief. I could still need a root canal due to all this.. It has been several weeks and still can not fully handle that one tooth. I unfortunately wouldnt return nor recommend. My dental care wasnt worth the price of $1600 per crown and if I had had the root canal it have been almost $2000 just for that alone. Im a single mother of four and only get care when absolutely necessary, I chose this dental office out of convenience and fast care. I unfortunately made a mistake and will choose to not return nor recommend. Again the staff themselves are great but the service of care and price are not to par.

As a new patient my experience at Pure Dental was an enjoyable one. My hygienist Keisha did a great job explaining the current health status of my teeth & gums and the aftercare needed after my appointment. She was very knowledgeable & thoughtful. Will definitely be returning.

I had a root canal performed here 18 months ago. The dentist refused to finish on my 2nd appointment and referred me to an outside provider due to infection he claimed he just wanted his opinion and would network with him to discuss my case and costs. Referral dentist was an additional 3k. After that day it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a return call regarding my concerns or even schedule a follow up for a simple extraction. I was very disappointed as my initial interaction was phenomenal and he had a gentle hand that put me at ease while explaining everything in detail. I did feel they upsell however it was also the only provider at that time to divide my costs into 3 payments.Ive since relocated to another state and have just extracted the tooth they performed half a job on. Im accountable for my own slow follow up during covid but I feel had the staff and dentist actually followed through with return calls this issue couldve been resolved and saved. Atleast Im reading similar reviews and see a trend....Adding to my review. A representative called me today and was very accusatory implying I was neglectful and caused my own issues. The fact that my visits were in 2018/2019 and its now 2021 and youre just now contacting me reflect truth in my review on poor communication. I didnt appreciate your tone and felt attacked. Thats why you were hung up on.

I love it here! I found them because I was searching online and need a chip teeth in the back full. They found other things that was wrong and getting me set up for my appointments and strips I gotta take. So happy I found them. I have a lol journey to go, today was deep cleaning…….I feel better already lol.

Establishment and staff very nice but their special for exam and cleaning for $99 is very misleading. I kept asking will I get my teeth cleaned they all said yes after I paid they gave me an exam and later said that they wasnt gonna clean my teeth cause its extra. Was very disappointed that they were not upfront and honest basically they will say anything to get your money.

Ive been coming to Pure Dental Health ever since I needed a root canal 5 years ago. Every dentist and hygenist Ive had has been very thorough and thoughtful. Ive yet to have a bad expirience and go out of the way to come here even though its a half hour away.

Pure Dental has been my dentist for nearly eight years, since shortly after I moved to Atlanta. Overall Ive been very pleased with the care theyve given me. The office is clean, sleek, and modern, even if the building its in is a bit shabby looking (the lobby entrance is rather grim and needs attention, and it feels like youre taking a freight elevator to your appointment). The front desk staff has always been polite, friendly, professional, and helpful. Ive never had any billing or insurance problems with them. Their electronic notification and check-in system works well. The dental hygienists are friendly and pleasantly chatty and for the most part do good work.My only mild complaints have been that the staff have a tendency to aggressively upsell cosmetic or non-essential products and services (although to be fair this has gotten better recently), and for regular check-ups youll barely see the actual dentist, aside from a quick glance into your mouth and a few quick pleasantries. I also had a couple of visits in the past couple of years at which it felt like the cleaning was rushed and not thorough and I wasnt thrilled with the results.However, my most recent visit was much better. I was running late due to being stuck at work and then in traffic but they accommodated me politely and professionally. Keisha was my hygienist and she was very friendly, engaging, and patient, and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She also did an exceptional job with the cleaning. My teeth havent looked this good in a while! Kudos to her for her excellent care! The ONLY thing that gave me pause was that a few people in the office (staff and patients in the waiting room) werent wearing masks. With the Delta variant of COVID-19 raging and the CDC still advising that everyone wear masks in medical offices, I was a bit taken aback at how lax Pure Dental seemed to be about it.So my overall rating is 4 stars -- generally very good, but there are a few minor things they could improve on. However my rating for Keisha is 5 stars +. I hope shes my hygienist at every visit going forward!

I received a deep cleaning today, MyLinh was very pleasant and accommodating. I received a brand new blanket for anxiety, and reassured that I’m in good hands. She was able to do wonders on my teeth, and really made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff members there from the moment I walked in were so efficient, informative and friendly. Andres, was very professional and was able to keep me updated and Informed about how the flow of my visit would go. That really meant a lot considering it was my first visit to a dentist office in over a decade. What a great experience!

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I have a very real fear of going to the dentist but the precious staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home! Mylinh is an excellent hygienist. I’ve had treatments from their other locations and by another hygienist but it was not as good as today. I cannot recommend Pure Dental enough. I just got my braces off today and my teeth look AMAZING! Six month smile truly transformed my smile. Angela is PHENOMENAL! Such a joy to see her every appointment, she truly knows her stuff and is always open to answering all my questions and concerns. When I first got my braces, my mother couldn’t even tell I had them on. I was hesitant to get braces for various reasons, but Angela does incredible work. She made this entire process enjoyable! I hate leaving reviews like this. The dentist and dental assistant were very empathetic and made me feel welcomed at my stay!! However, I was never able to discuss my payment plans or get a follow up appointment. I have been having wisdom teeth pain for months. I was ready to get my teeth pulled. The first dentist (at another location) that I saw, turned me around, literally leaving tears in my eyes because the pain has been so bad (but he sent me home with medicines.) Ive taken so many pain pills and two courses of antibiotics. I’ve been up in the middle of nights searching for affordable dentist and I finally got someone to not only reply but have an early availability for me. This is when I got to visit Pure Dental. I got to visit Pure dental, but found out I couldn’t get an extraction done the same day (again). I never heard back for a follow up and I’ve tried to call. I don’t know the normal procedures, so pleases excuse me if I’m being impatient. I apologize. I don’t know if my situation is rare, but I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to find an oral surgeon. I really want to give up and just go home. 💔

SCAM. $99 dollar special? Marketing Scam. A way to lore poor people in and then charge them thousands for work they didn’t intend to do. Scam & disappointing. Offered a refund and then charged the amount of the refund on top of the $99. No cleaning done just an email of some x rays and NO refund. DONT GO HERE.UPDATE: they didn’t try to contact me at all. DO NOT go to this dental office. They did no cleaning whatsoever. Actually they tried to charge me $1400 and I was never contacted afterwards. I did I mention that I was refunded and the manager charged my card again saying that the refund was a mistake. This is a SCAM service. I didn’t realize that even dental offices participated in such low behavior. Save your money. Go to a real dentist. Or get insurance and save yourself the headache.

Fast and efficient. Mylinh got me in and out in no time. I work nearby and thought I should get my cleaning done today. Had a one hour lunch break so decided to stop by to get my annual cleaning. Nice People, But Really Mismanaged nobody communicates with each other. Dentist came in for all of 2 minutes didnt even look in my mouth just went by the X-rays. I had to come to the office numerous times just to get my wisdom teeth removal scheduled. And They charged me $1500 for a SRP Cleaning That never got done because it wasnt needed! And Even after I told them I didnt want it performed they kept trying to persuade me. After I got Out of Surgery being Sedated and Unaware of my Surroundings. Terrell an Employee there Specifically said to my Fiance and Mother- In-Law that the Deep Cleaning Didnt get performed and that it needs to be removed. I come here to have my Wisdom teeth removed now I owe a financing company Denefits $22,000??? Its Crazy. I got braces from them the brackets were falling off the Next Day. I get them put back on 2 weeks later and the same thing happens again with the metal rod Poking me inside of my mouth. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

TL;DR Nice people but boy is it mismanaged.Problems from visit one with this office. during the first appointment, I had a standard overall check up that was absolutely not done at all--the techs seem surprised when after my most pressing issue was completed I mentioned that I knew I needed a lot more work done (something told to me by another dentist in my home state) and yet there was nothing in my chart...because the dentist never actually did their job and still billed me! When you come in for your next visit well do that and not bill it lol next visit? Watch out for deceptive billing!!!!!Speaking of billing, tried to get in contact with them leaving many messages, but good luck because their only person in billing is out on maternity leave--and no one likes to return voice mails. Scheduling an appointment? good luck trying to get through the call center they use. Tried to see when a crown would be completed and I kept being told for a MONTH that it was in process and theyll let me know when it was ready. 5-6 phone calls later over the period of 4-5 weeks and it turns out it was never sent off because I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT to prep for it! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT? (wow its like I was calling for that!) Then of course another month after I finally get that appointment, I finally get the crown.Never coming back to this place, just another bad dental experience. Most of the staff I interacted with were rather offputting except for Ulysses who seemed like he was the only one with sense. I wish you the best of luck if you wind up using this provider--seems like its hit or miss.

They are absolutely horrendous with appointments and have no regard for anyones time but their own. They moved my appointments twice: Well, the dentist doesnt come in until 11am, can you come in then? The dental hygienist doesnt come in until 9am, can you change from 7am to 9am? They attempted a third less than five business hours from my appointment time after I had already confirmed the day before. I had to move my schedule around to accommodate the 9am to begin with, and no one seems to care that our time is valuable as well. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Made a last minute appointment at Pure Dental Health in Buckhead and was seen the next day. The entire staff were all great, and the overall vibe of the office was very cool. Just like many of the other reviews mentioned Mylinh was PHENOMENAL. Not only did she do an amazing job of cleaning my teeth, but she was also very personable and humorous. I also enjoyed my conversation with Dr Singh (forgive me if I misspelled her name) as well. I havent been to the dentist in over 10 years and Im actually looking forward to going back and contuing my treatment with them. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience. The treatment coordinator, Ms. Rabirah, was so patient and helpful when it came to verifying my insurance. The staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was really nice, very clear directions and I was seen as soon as I stepped foot in the door. I didn’t have to wait months to set an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely keep them as my go to dental service! I only seen Dr. Scott once before the procedure started since I fell asleep but he had really high energy and didn’t make me feel nervous at all.

The phone number listed goes to a call center that can’t assist you get to the office, which is currently under construction. After finally arriving to their office, I am informed that I need to do a new patient paperwork. I submitted my information a week before my appointment online, I’m forced to write out my information again. The front desk attendants aren’t interested in trying to assess the problem one would have, so they inform the entire office that I’m having a bad day. That theme kept coming up with the multiple dental hygienists that offered shoulder rubs, with no regard to personal space. Upon being told that I’ll be needing a premium teeth cleaning, the payment was done at the dental chair, while I’m not able to respond. The only positive is the actual dentist that saw me for maybe 3 minutes. Whether he knew of my bad experience or not, I appreciated his professionalism. I was told of my next appointment in 6 months with rinse in my mouth. I’ll have to call back to reschedule because the appointment they set won’t work. I look forward to finding a different dental practice in the near future.

I was so happy with my experience at Pure Dental, primarily thanks to the staff, especially Mylinh Nguyen! I needed a deep cleaning and had anxiety about pain. Mylinh was amazing. She managed to balance doing an amazing job with managing my comfort level. She didn’t rush and was exceptionally thorough. It was the best experience I’ve ever had!

Mylinh was wonderful. My teeth were filthy and I came in for a deep cleaning and left out a whole new person. This trip to the dentist definitely helped boost my confidence and makes me smile more. I rate my vistit here a 10/10 and I will be back for more service!

Dr.Choxi did an amazing job. I came in to get two teeth extracted and did not feel ANYTHING. I would highly recommend him. I literally came here because they are a emergency office. Came in on Tuesday for exam and Wednesday he took care of my issue!! THANK YOU ❤️

Mylinh was incredible. Super friendly and wonderful customer service. Her deep cleaning allowed me to see parts of my teeth I haven’t been able to see in years! I’m beyond excited and can’t wait for my next cleaning. I highly recommend her services and Pure Dental.

Dr. Rolle and his staff at Pure Dental was awesome! They thoroughly implemented their Covid protocols to ensure patient safety, had amazing customer service and immediately helped calm my anxiety surrounding treatment!!!

Horrible experience -1) I was laying on the table for 2.5 hours for literally 10-15 mins job. No respect of time.2) This is literally an upscaling business and not a practice. I wanted simple preventive cleaning and all they do is just push for Deep cleaning or remove the wisdom teeth or this or that.3) Your nervousness amplifies here with all the add-on recommendations you are given4) When booking the appointment, I was told Mylinh would be attending me. But it was someone else who attended me.5) If you dont listen to the recommendations, you could sense the passive aggressive behavior and just get it done attitude in treatment you asked for.6) Even the basic preventive cleaning they did was so much worse than my previous cleanings. Poor efforts throughout. Disappointed.But seriously, I came in at 4pm. Almost an hour spent in paperwork. Another hour in getting prepped. All these times I heard the deep cleaning gazillion times. Frustrating.
