My utilization of this storage for the past several months has been smooth, easy, and amazing. Had a great deal from the start and the customer service was superb!When I first moved in, I mistakenly dropped my keys in the elevator shaft on a late Friday afternoon. The staff went above and beyond to get a mechanic out here to open the elevator and grab my keys. From that point on, I was sold! This place genuinely values customer service.Specially the staff member Dee was amazing! Always a smiling face whenever I pulled up and needed to borrow a cart and extremely helpful when I needed guidance on closing my account due to my move to Chicago.Thanks so much Dee and team! Definitely sharing this location with friends!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about the location on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta! Even better I’ve had an even equal great experience at the location on Monroe Drive! This is my first time getting a storage unit end it has been the easiest process! To top that great experience that I had at the beginning, in came Danessica, at Howell Mill Road, and her over and beyond customer service! My roommate had moved my stuff out of our house to do some renovations while I was hospitalized. What was supposed to be just a few days turned into a little over a month where I was stuck in the four walls of a hospital room. I was worrying the entire time that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my stuff once I out and boy, I was wrong! A month and a half after he moved my stuff in the unit I called the store and they still have my key! I just got all my stuff today including some very special items that belonged to my late great grandparents that could’ve been long gone if someone just didn’t care. But this team did! Will recommend to anyone asking about units in the future whether in Atlanta or the entire Southeast! That’s how good they are!

I just changed to my 3rd unit here over the past several years (different needs over time) and this was my best experience yet. Danessica made the whole process so easy and was so friendly. I live on the other side of town now but this facility is so well maintained it’s worth the extra drive.

The customer service at this location has been incredible! From the manager calling and introducing herself to Troy. Also, the lovely lady who helped me out on my first day, 2/20/21! Im sorry I dont remember your name, but I appreciate all of you and all that you do. Thank you kindly.

🗣SABRINA -- the property manager -- was nothing short of AMAZING today (03-25-20)! My move in experience was world-class as she was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. As well, she gave me a storage unit conveniently located on the 1st floor to make unloading a breeze! The storage unit and the facility were very tidy and it is in a nice area! I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to any and all who are looking for a clean and safe place to store their personal belongings. Id give 10 stars if possible! 🙌🏽

Today I went to the public storage on Howell Mill Road and had, for the first time ever at a public storage, an amazing customer service help. Jennifer B, the property manager knew her facts. She wasnt rude, she was very charming and kind. She was also very funny and made sure my storage unit was all set up. She also made everything clear in a way I could understand it. I will definitely be coming back to this particular public storage in the future.

Im not quite sure who designed this place but they are certainly a sadist. The elevator closes one and a 1/2 seconds after it opens and will literally press you up against the frame until your ribs crack. Also if you are on your way down and someone on a higher floor pushes the button it will stop midway and go backup. The doors do not have stoppers on them so they grind up against everything that you are trying to pull through them. Im pretty confident that jigsaw designed this place

I just moved out of my storage unit today and the whole process was easy and smooth. The property manager, Jenny, was very helpful throughout the whole process. She made me want to stay in my unit. If anybody is looking for a good storage with a charismatic manager, this Public Storage is for you.

For 7 years now, Public Storage has been my go to when needing additional storage space. Ive used them in multiple states, with no issue ever until NOW. The issue was minute, yet cost me a additional $99 where if customer service was priority this couldve been avoided. Im writing a letter to corporate due to not being able to get anyone on the phone. The lack of care and communication with the staff has shown me my money is not needed or valued. I doubt Ill get a response so Ive made arrangements to take my things,money, and time elsewhere. I will never support this company again, I will encourage my following to avoid it as well. Customer Service is most important and vital for a business to strive. The CUSTOMERS provides everyone affiliated Public Storage a CHECK. Great Customer Service should be priority! In my case, at THIS LOCATION it absolutely was not.

I had absolutely no issues when I first reserved my storage unit. Jameelah was incredibly helpful and super resourceful - she was very professional throughout the whole check-in process. She gave me recommendations on storing my items and was very informative. I would definitely use this location again and recommend this location to anyone in the West Midtown Atlanta area!

She took the time to understand my needs and recommended a larger storage unit that was on special and would save me money in the long run especially since I have more to store in the next month. I have operated a business out of Public Storage for years and she has always been extremely helpful, organized and clean. It is always a pleasure to see Jackie on site Tuesday-Saturday and it is not the same when she is not here! She takes care of her customers and is a pleasure to talk even on a personal level.

Jennifer and Shalanda were very friendly and they did a great job making the rental experience easy and quick.

Not impressed with the services operated at this facility. While my unit did not have any food in it, when I returned to my unit 5 months after putting my things in it, there were dead ants everywhere on top of my things that had been looking for food. There was a solid trail of ants coming into and out of my unit and theyd explored my items looking for food but had found none. In addition, when I was picking up my items, there was about 30 other units that had flooded due to a frozen pipe.

Candice helped me and made the whole process very easy. She had an answer for all of my questions and made effortless conversation while I got all my paperwork done. If I ever need to rent again I will definitely come back here and I hope Candice is the one on the office!

Today I made a trip to the property on Northside drive were my unit was originally reserved for the young man at the desk was very understanding of my needs that he directed me to this property and Im happy he did it was exactly what I was looking for very clean and nice. Mrs. Taylor took me through the process step by step. Walked me to my unit helped me secure my unit and was VERY pleasant/polite. Great facility I would recommend this property to a friend.

Cherrell made our rental experience easy and was forthcoming and honest during your he process. Great value and great location. UPDATE: In the time since we began using this storage location, the service and value has vanished due to poor employee attitudes and substantial, unjustified rate increases. Stay away from Public Storage if you can - there are many other storage options.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM.I repeat this I have never experienced anything like This PATRICE BROWERS is the disgraceful Manager for the biggest Storage SCAM in Atlanta.. I’m shaking typing this. I can believe these Frauds are allowed to shake people out of there hard earned money using “legal Fine Print document to do so.. this corporation must be stopped. And I will make sure spread the word on all media platforms and the justice system.They hire young clueless innocent girls to work the front desk so they bully people over the phone with no physical interaction. This will not be the last time these thieves hear from me🏁

Was visiting my family for Thanksgiving and my niece was moving and needed to use this temporarily until her new place was ready. It is great to have a place to store your things, however I did not like the location of this place. It did not look safe and was not set up like the other Public Storage locations. My nieces unit was down on level 1 which you have to stack all items on an elevator then go down and remove your items to your storage unit hers being way down the hall. So if possible try to get an outside unit.

Be sure to ask for Jacqueline. Incredible level of service. This is not what I had expected from a storage facility. She will truly go above and beyond to help you out. And the prices were a lot better than the nearby competition.

She even gave me some cold water the day I moved in. ( it was very hot !) I would highly recommend using this facility.

I had a great experience at public storage today. Although Melissa was by herself, her work was very quick and efficient. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and she got things done.

I give it 5 stars when Candice* is working and 2 stars when the other lady (whom we lovingly call the lot wench) is working. Convenient location. Units are in good condition. Prices are very competitive. Service is great (when anyone other than the lot wench is working).

Me and my husband rented a unit recently and had experienced financial hardships. Nothing to be happy about but not ashamed to Share my experience. Melissa is exceptionally conscientious in her work! Awful customer service and security. Ive had two units at this location for approximately 10 years. Over the last two years, Ive had quite a few problems. Someone attempted to break in to one of my units. The desk manager and general manager were incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic. Another unit had the contents damaged from a water leak. After having been a good customer for all of these years, I would have expected better treatment and help.This is an unsafe storage location and certainly not worth the high rent.

The worst. If you already have renters insurance DO NOT buy theirs no matter how much they pressure you. Also if you book online your rate is only good for 7 days which they also dont tell you in terms in conditions or on the phones. Literal scammers oh and dont let them try to convince you to upgrade your space glad I didnt.

When I moved in, Melissa was very friendly, professional and helpful. She took time to give me a full tour to help me familiarize myself with the facility. She was thorough in explaining all details of the contract and insurance requirements and made sure she had answered all my questions.That was good, but what just happened recently makes me wish I could give Melissa a six star review. A few days ago Melissa called me to inform me my unit was not properly locked. This was a real problem, as I had just moved out of state! I asked her to confirm and without hesitation or complaint she hung up, went to double check the unit and called me back to confirm it was my unit.Since I was out of state, Melissa and I worked out a plan where I would overnight her my key, she would properly lock it and then she would mail the key back to me. Melissa even took the time to take pictures of the inside of my unit and texted them to me from her personal phone so I could virtually see inside my unit to make sure nothing had been disturbed. She also sent me a picture of the return envelope to ensure she had all my information written out correctly.A few things became apparent during this process. First, it seems like property managers like Melissa lack vital resources from corporate. Melissa had no access to outgoing email, which is why she sent me the pictures via her personal phone. She also has no postage allowance--Melissa paid for the postage out of her own pocket! Imagine, Public Storage HQ, what a go-getter like Melissa would do for her customers if she had more resources! Please give her what she needs to run her business like she would like. And while youre at it, how about a bonus? She deserves it!

Thank god for Jameelah at the Howell mill location I didn’t have absolutely NO hassle.
