My car was involved in an accident where my fender, headlight, driver and passengers front door needed repairs. Corzavs repaired my car days before expected and it was immaculate inside and out. I havent had any problems after repairs. The staff was very pleasant. My walk through before and after repairs was very detailed but understandable. I was very pleased. Thank you Corzav!

I couldnt be more pleased and frankly, surprised by how great the service I received from Corzavs is. It starts off with their great office manager (and I hate that I cant remember her name 🤦🏼‍♂️). She was excellent! Kind, smart, informed, fast, perfect. And then Deon reached out to me before I reached out to him regarding the status of my repair. Step by step hed keep me up to date until completion, really impressive young man.

My experience with this body shop was extremely pleasant. My car is like new again. And it only took them a couple of days to do the work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality work at a fair price.

I recently got my car back from Corzavs on 06/09/21 due to it being in an accident. They did excellent work fixing the body damage & replacing airbag/seatbelt tensors. But there were some issues. First they claimed the car would be ready by 05/13/21 which didnt happen. There was no communication because they changed the pick up date 3 additional times before I was able to pick it up. There would be radio silence for days before I got updates. Also, when I picked up my car & drove it, the engine light & a message showing reduced engine power popped up. ow I Nhave to pay out of pocket to fox my engine. It would have been nice if I someone at corzavs told me about the engine when I picked it up. I know they test drive cars to make sure theyre safe & saw that the engine light was on. Someone could have informed me because driving with reduced engine power is dangerous.

Seem like nice people, but they charge an estimate fee for some unknown reason. Competitors offer free estimates. I had two cars I wanted repaired out of pocket - for a lot of money. Oh well!

Ms. Tanesha S. At the front desk will be the reason I bring any of my cars here for work. The mechanics (?) do great work also, but her professionalism, customer service, and friendly attitude is probably the bread and butter of this place. Shes your 1st point of contact and the impression made then is lasting. Shes extremely knowledgeable and you will want for nothing.

Had my car looking like nothing ever happened; after someone backed into my driver door while my car was parked. Very Professional also.

Do NOT go here after a collision! They only repair the external damage and you will leave thinking your car is fine. And when you bring it back they will try to make it seem like the damage came from somewhere else. Luckily the day after I picked my car up I took it into my dealership for an inspection and was informed that there was excessive damage to my car in the EXACT area of the accident. I called the shop back and they gave me the run around for weeks, the manager Brandon apparently is on break for his entire shift. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend unless you only care about how your car looks and not how it runs.

It was a great experience from the time I called to advise I was on the way. I received a welcoming experience from front desk receptionist and during the check-in process to examine my vehicle.I received daily E-mails on the update of my vehicle and repairs were completed one day ahead of schedule. Great experience and very professional.

This review is for the location on 1450 Hills. I had significant damage to the front right side. When inspected upon pickup, it looks like nothing ever happened. My estimator was Charm who was very professional and pleasant throughout the whole process.

One of their office members, Laura, is VERY rude. They give you the run around and can’t get a straight answer. This is the Chattahoochee Street location. I called to inquire about my sons car and Laura left me on hold when I asked to speak to Gabby. When I called back, no one answered. I wish I could give them zero stars! Wouldn’t be surprised Laura is a part of on insurance scan ring!!!!?

I am very pleased with this business...had a fender bender & came in through other party’s insurance. Other issues surfaced and were brought to my attention. Straightforward, informative and excellent service from rep to the mechanics in the shop. I recommend them highly.

I had some molding pop off around my wheel after a run in with a fire hydrant. The manager had his worker come out and pop it back on free of charge. I can say Ill definitely be back if I need it replaced.

Horrible experience. Estimated time of repair was 2 months over time given; they gave me assurances that they would cover my rental car only to tell Enterprise that they are not. They couldnt even repair my car and had to send it to BMW to fix. Attempting to reach the owner and he is refusing to return my call.

Customer service was excellent. From the receptionist Laura, to the estimator Tony Smith, and the associate(sorry I do not have their name) that fixed the bumper on my car. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was kept up to date on the progress of the work. Thanks for a flawless job. Definitely recommend if body work is needed on your vehicle.

The owner along with other staff was very friendly and made sure that not only was I satisfied with the quality of work that was provided but they made sure that I received remarkable customer service for the time they had possession of my vehicle. My first thought after my car accident was, great, now I have to deal with insurance and a body shop, this will be a nightmare. I could not have been more wrong. I was referred to this shop by a trusted friend and I am sure glad I was! From the start Tony handled EVERYTHING! I literally made one call to my insurance company to report the claim and Tony handled everything else. I could not be more pleased with the communication, the professionalism and the finished product. I will never take my car any place other than Corzavs!

This shop was one of several that my insurance company suggested. They had good reviews on Google and Yelp, and now that Ive used them, I understand. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They use an app to send you text updates regularly. They do a great job! I highly recommend.

The people was so nice to me

My truck went here because both windows were broken in a robbery attempt. The vehicle was returned to me in like new condition. The shop was excellent at providing updates on the status of the repairs throughout the process. Overall, I was extremely happy with the quality of the work.

Ok so it started off rocky due to lack of communication and not getting updates about my car but the end result was way better. I understand life happens, I just wanted to get an update on when to expect my car but after I explained that to them they were on top of things. Gabby really turned this situation around and made it pleasurable. She over extended herself to give me updates often and even left voicemails when I was unavailable. I picked my car up today and it looks like a BRAND NEW CAR!!!! They also washed the car and detailed the inside. I was pleasantly surprised and overall satisfied with this location and the service provided. I would recommend them and would return to them if ever needed in the future (hopefully not needed though).

I was rear ended in a car accident and I took my Camaro here to get my rear bumper repaired. Sara was very friendly, professional, had great customer service and kept me updated each step of the way. She made sure that my car was in good hands. When it was time to pick up my car, everything was great. I would without a doubt recommend this body shop to anyone and use it myself. I had an insurance repair done at Corsav’s . They were quick, communicated well, and the work quality was excellent. I will absolutely go back if I need a body shop again.

I would not recommend this place. The dent is still in my car and VSC track light was on after repairs. When I asked to speak with the owner Scott the manager said thats not gonna happen. I was told unless I can prove VSC/Track light had something to do with repairs (which I cant, Im not a mechanic and wouldnt know how to). He did scan it and we found nothing wrong with the scanning results and from there it was my responsibility and that I needed to take it up with the insurance company. He also let me know that the scan was chalked up to customer courtesy, and on top of all this the dent is still in my car. Do not go to this place. Take your business elsewhere.

Courteous staff, mostly followed through on what they said, seems like good work done.

I took my Nissan to Corvaz’s not from a reference but because it was the closest body shop by where I live. It took a while because of parts and everything but they communicated everything very well. Every week Greg communicated what was going on and updated me on the timeline of when my car would be ready. When I picked up my car it was some things that still needed to be done however I realized everyone makes a mistake. Corvaz got 5 stars not only because of the work but because of the customer service they offered. They were very apologetic for the things that was not ready, not only did they put me in a rental at their expensive, but they also made sure I was satisfied. Their customer service is 2nd to none and I’m so lucky to have stumbled upon this shop. The owner was very hands on. I would without a doubt use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their services. If you are looking for a body shop, look no further.
