Wouldn’t even come out to talk through custom work. Wanted literally everything to be emailed spec wise before they’d even talk, pretty lame and unprofessional considering I wanted some assistance with planning how to spend up to 20k upgrading my truck

Brian, Jennifer and Emmeline and their team at ACC Garage are excellent. They took great care of my Lexus LX470 and me. They always offer the highest level of services in a professional manner and with their expertise in Toyota and Lexus trucks they can repair, customize or optimize virtually anything. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, if you have a Lexus or Toyota truck—just call or email ahead and take your truck to ACC Garage.

Awesome shop and even better people! I had what I thought was a heater core issue with my LX450 and heard a lot of great things about the folks at ACC Garage. I brought her by for an evaluation first to make sure this was in fact the issue. This was my first visit to ACC and got to see some of the cool projects they have going on in the shop while there. The staff looked her over and put together and estimate for the heater core replacement (major project) plus and a few other minor repairs that were discovered. I scheduled an appointment to have the heater core replaced and brought her into the shop. ACC Garage did an amazing job on our baby. They took care of the heater core issue plus replaced some dash lights and fixed our trip odometer while they had her apart. Our budget didnt allow for us to do the other minor repairs but there was no pressure from the staff to do more than what we asked/needed. The owners and staff truly know their business and even better they love Cruisers! We plan to bring her back in early 2019 to get the other minor items taken care of too. I would recommend ACC Garage to anyone needing repairs on their Land Cruiser or Toyota truck. These folks are top notch!

ACC garage did a mechanical assessment on my sons FJ cruiser and I was very pleased with the professional way they went about it and the report and they did what they promised to do when they promised to do it. To me thats the sign of a five-star outfit.

Took my LC in with a carburetor issue, great people here, who do great work at a fair price. I will definitely be using them to help me with other things on my LC in the future. Very honest and just a pleasure to do business with at ACC Garage. They were able to repair my LCs issue while i waited, provided me a nice place to work while i was there waiting as well. First class, knowledgeable, team here that i am very happy i found and have as a resource and will highly recommend to anyone.

I was in over the holidays for a basic maintenance item. The guys are all knowledgeable and friendly. My Land Cruiser will be back for anything else that might pop up as well as major services. Update - Ive been back a few times, and service is top notch. Price may be a little higher on some items, but when you calculate that the dealer tends to do more work than necessary, and how much these guys care about their work - its really the smart decision.

I cant say enough how awesome this group of guys are!!! They absolutely know their stuff. For the most part I try to do most of the work on my rig myself but when I get stumped, I go there. They have the problem diagnosed in minutes. For those of you that complain about their response time, yeah, they are a very busy shop. And you know why they are the busiest Land Cruiser shop? Because they are the best!! I for one absolutely recommend them!!

Purchased a used LX470 in Alabama and had some issues while bringing it back to Maine. Routed back through Atlanta on an experts recommendation that I drive directly to ACC. Jen and Dugan got me right in for a look-see, and delivered unbelievable peace of mind (plus a few tips for a newbie about what to watch for in the future). Also got to review the Cruisers in various states of rehab/repair. This is THE place for Cruisers. Wish I lived nearby.

I have a 1996 LC and live 6 hours from this shop. Sent them an email and they replied immediately. Had dialogue about my issues via email and then they had one of their mechanics call me. He provided me a variety of solutions to my issues and then gave me a referral to a local mechanic in my area they know. Highly recommend!

These guys (and girls) know Toyotas! Ive been an ACC Garage customer for 5+ years and continue to be impressed by their work and their customer service. Given the reputation the shop has nationally within the Toyota Land Cruiser and Truck world, I feel very fortunate that theyre right down the road.

Best Toyota Land Cruiser shop in the South East US bar none. Excellent work, great prices and knowledgeable employees. You feel like a part of the family when you bring your Land Cruiser to ACC.

Never go to a generalist when you can go to specialist. Because of ACCs extreme familiarity with Cruisers, the time to trouble shoot and repair can be substantially less. I know they have saved me money. If its a small repair they can sometimes do it while you wait. Good luck getting that done with another repair facility!

I took my 80-series in after she blew a head gasket at 200k and 20years. Since she was going to be in the shop for several weeks I asked Dugan and his team to give an assessment of the truck on what needed to be done and optional items I wanted done while they were in there. What I got was a very detailed estimate that I the owner was allowed to choose. Not once was I pressured to do more than my budget allowed. They fixed everything to spec and my land cruiser runs like she should. Knowing I have a transmission issue I will need to address, ACC will be garage that does that work.Communication is best through email, and they were always quick to respond. Thanks Jennifer and Dugan for taking care of my wifes 80-series

I was really excited to use this place for a lift / tires on my 100 series. Everyone in the land cruiser community in ATL talks them up, and it took me six months to find my 100, so I wanted it done right. When I first called to get an estimate, i was told it would be a few days just to get the estimate. Alright... thought that was odd as it was just tires and a lift installation, but okay. Had to follow up a few times to get the estimate, that took a few more days. Finally get the estimate, and the tires are totally different from the brand we discussed. Took a few days to get that right. Had asked that they compare lift vs. just torsion leveling cost, that wasnt in the quote. Took a few days to get that right too. Multiple follow ups on my end. Finally, after two weeks, I have the correct quote. This is in early December. Aaaaaand, they tell me the earliest they can do my car is... February 13th. My front tires are balding so I tell them well can I just drop it off and you can slot it in between appointments? I have another car, you can keep it a week if you need to. Nope. Found a good local tire shop who did it all same day for $600 less. Ended up meeting two other guys with cruisers with similar experiences - had to follow up multiple times with Jennifer/Emmeline - general feeling that they are way too busy for your business. Sounds like this place has gotten way too big for their capacity and no one is really handling new business. Too bad - I was fine paying a bit more / waiting a bit for Land Cruiser specialists... but not two months and $600 more.

2 calls, multiple emails zero response from anyone. Finally got someone to respond on the 22nd to a quote request and was told, Itll be mid next week before I can let you know. Week later, still no response.Apparently too busy to bother with new clients so I guess Ill take the business elsewhere.

These guys know Toyota trucks and work on everything from classics to the wildest off-road rigs. They excel at tracking down pesky maintenance issues that dealership techs just dont know. And Ive seen some pretty wild steel fabrication going onto off-road Land Cruisers.

Brakes, rotors, oil and filter - another great experience at ACC Garage! The shop (and the people) rock. I usually wait - instead of dropping the truck off. And each time, I have a quite conference room to work in - with wifi. Not the TV room - thats another quiet room to wait in. Short of having a bartender, I dont how they could make getting a car worked on more enjoyable... hmmm... a bar...
