I have a 2011 328i and I can say that if you LOVE your BMW this is the place you want your at for repairs. He take the time to explain what is going on with your BMW. Whats needed to correct the problems with your BMW. The prices you cant beat for how he takes care of your car. My experience with BIMMER BOYS was outstanding, on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I give Bimmer Boys a 12 for OUTSTANDING WORK. Thanks, as long as I drive a BMW, I know where to take it when it needs repairs.

Took my 2015 328XI here and had a very pleasant experience since day one. My car had a couple issues but after coming here it runs like brand new. After a year of not having my 07 335i running due to my transmission going out, and one failed attempt at another mechanic, I decided to take it upto Bimmer Boyz. After about a week of work, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work and timeframe that it took to replace my transmission. He also replaced my valve cover gasket and cleaned the engine bay. Will most definitely be using them for future service and I highly recommend anyone with a bimmer to use their services. A.B.

I have just returned from taking a car here for an oil change. I have never experienced service in quite the way they offer it. As someone with an existent, but rather basic knowledge of the ins and outs of cars, I found the service provided by these people to be a complete breath of fresh air. Open, honest, talkative and very interactive - they are happy for you to sit in the workshop and watch them as they work on your car. 5 stars. Will be back soon to have some more work done.

My car’s exhaust was making a horrible noise. I no longer have a warranty and Bimmer Boyz is 1 mile from my house. It ended being my exhaust flap. Lance kept it 100 with me and offered amazing options for my repair. He fixed the car well below what I would have paid at the dealership, in 3 hours, and his customer service was amazing! He and his receptionist were honest, knowledgeable, personable, and had great energy. He’s my go to now for my BMW. Awesome place to get your new/classic BMW fix.. Lance is a knowledgeable mechanic Ive been going to him ever since I bought my BMW his prices are reasonable nothing compared to dealerships prices much better than a dealerships. His work is very professional. He wants all his customers his clients to be satisfied and to be honest with you I personally am satisfied with the work he has done on my 530i.

They are probably one of the best bmw shops around Atlanta. His prices are definitely good and his customer service is great. Lance is the owner and he is strictly about buisness.

I really appreciate Lance and David (and they did not ask me to write this review). There are other great BMW shops in Atlanta, for sure, but the way Lance and David are transparent and great at communication is what really makes a difference. They took pictures of the new parts they put in my car and texted them to me. When I went to pick up my car, they showed me all the old parts and what was wrong going wrong with them.

I am a Chinese lady who speaks very little English but thanks to Sean he was able to understand me and help me with my problem. I highly recommend these people. He spoke cantonese and mandarin which was very helpful. Thank you

One of the best auto repair experiences Ive had. I wasnt looking forward to taking my bimmer in for repair but I had to get my brakes fixed. I, of course, didnt want to spend the money, but I believe I got a fair price and the work was completed on time. The Bimmer Boyz are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Sadly, Im mechanically ignorant. Fortunately, the work was explained in a way that even I understood what to expect. The whole shop has a positive and professional vibe. I was embarrassed by how dirty my car was. They told me not to worry because after they finished I wouldnt recognize it. When I returned for my car it was, in fact, showroom ready! Speaking of which, their shop looks like a showroom. There are restaurant kitchens that arent as clean the Bimmer Boyz shop :) Seriously!These guys went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Lance gave me thorough information without the high pressure sales tactics of a dealership service department. I felt good about spending my money here and will return.

Good Day All-While Ive never done business with this company, I felt compelled to write a review. I called them @ 4:56PM, mind you they close @ 5:00PM, Lance answered the phone and asked if he could call me back as he was assisting another customer... Of course I was NOT expecting a return call the back as the business closes in 4 minutes. Well, to my surprise @ 5:25PM, Lance returned my call and apologized for it taking him so long to get back in touch with me. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE... I explained my issue (NEEDED A KEY MADE FOR MY BMW) and while he was not able to assist as they do not offer that service, he provided me with MUCH KNOWLEDGE that saved me about $200-300... THANK YOU, LANCE!!!**UPDATE**OK- SO I AM BACK...Where do I start...? Let me start by saying Im now in CHS... The transmission went out in my 2015 528i... TOWED it to ATL for another mechanic to repair... (FYI, PLEASE NEVER USE QUINCY MARSHALL // MAGNIFICENT IMPORT AUTO SERVICES). My car was delivered to QUINCY MARSHALL a WEEK BEFORE THANKSGIVING 2020... IT IS NOW JANUARY 2021...? Moving Forward, he did NOT repair my vehicle. I called BIMMER BOYZ, spoke with Lance on THURSDAY, 14 JAN, explained the situation. He advised the cost and that the job would be completed in 1 DAY. My vehicle was delivered to BIMMER BOYZ on FRIDAY, 15 JAN.MONDAY, 18 JAN @ 2:30PM, Lance calls and advises my car was READY...?! Lance and the guys are NOT BIMMER boyz... THEY ARE BIMMER BEAST!!!! AGAIN, THANK YOU LANCE AND CREW @ BIMMER BEAST... THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY IVE ENCOUNTERED WHEN DEALING WITH A REPAIR SHOP!!!! So I was looking for an indie shop as my car is now out of warranty. I called to see if I could get in for an oil change. Whomever I spoke with arrogantly answered , “an oil change today? You need to check our website, we do not do same day oil changes” Well sir, your minimalistic website simply states prices for oil changes. Furthermore, the basic website does not allow you to schedule any appointments. Personally I want to thank you for your tone and attitude today. It was an oil change and you pretentiously acted as if you had a patented, one of a kind approach to oil changes lol. You helped me find a shop. Shout out Eurofed!!

I highly highly recommend these guys. After being told by a BMW dealership that the repairs would cost me $6700 because they had to fix more than what needed to be fix....the replacement of 2 bad solenoids, I found these guys. Lance knew exactly what was wrong & was very helpful in explaining & making me understand what needed to be done (video was included). I thank them so much for not trying to take advantage of me like some others tried to do.

I purchased a 1998 BMW 528i from Lance. The agreement of this sale was that I would take the car and he would fix all the things that were wrong with the car at Bimmer Boyz of Atlanta however long it took because he had used it as a parts car, and prior to that he would allow random customers to drive it sometimes when they were getting something fixed. The car had been sitting for a while. Lance at the the time being the only mechanic at Bimmer Boyz of Atlanta did not have the car ready for the initial pick up which was to include a new oil pan. I was patient because of the history, He put a used bent oil pan on the car and never sealed it properly. As time past I continued to pay him, early out of the type of business I like to do, and out of thoughtfulness of his financial, and family circumstances, holidays, I thought hey his family and him may appreciate plenty of food and presents through the holidays. I continued to contact him, as did his long time friend who he called family about the different issues with the car. The car had an interlock device on it. He just kept saying cool just bring it whenever and leave the car here and I will get it all fixed. He even promised new cup holders to get the keys and windows to work properly and respect the interlock device, correct the oil pan issue. The back windows did not work, The majority of the features did not work on the car there were service engine lights, and other lights on in the dash and he said it was probably just defaulted sensors that needed to be replaced. As me and his aka Cousin continued to contact him about the issues he started getting shorter tempered, as if we did not agree that we would be driving and making a list as the experiences show up. I had completed paying him, even the car had been taken to him because he was gonna take time to work on the oil pan. He still never put a good oil pan or properly sealed it. He told me he put new lights in and they were out in two weeks. And there was no evidence of change. His aka Cuz and I dropped the car off at Bimmer Boyz of Atlanta his shop and he rushed us off, he agreed to the terms of the interlock device. The car sat there for a couple of months, he contacted us and his only words were that he topped off the fluids, which I might add leak everywhere. He refused to honor his agreement, he offered to take the car back though repeatedly. We reiterated the deal and he said he was turning the car on and leaving it in the road, with an interlock device. After having it serviced at his shop Bimmer Boyz of Atlanta and having to have it jumped off there after the first month and the road incident and having it serviced straight from his shop turns out Alcohol was breathed in my interlock while in his care 3 times, the car was more damaged, could not pass emissions which Bimmer Boyz had done, After two different shops have looked at the car and the damages found, I feel like after the Interlock servicing fees, your inadequate professionalism and your repeated requests for the car, that I will extend this MORE then generous offer to you after mindful and documented consideration of the damages found. I offer you the car back as is which is the condition you left it on the road in, except now the emissions is good thanks to me. For 3,000 . Also I notice someone has been deleting complaints from your sight. Let me know. You know how to reach me.

I was initially grateful that I found a shop open on a Saturday, when I started having engine problems on a friday afternoon. What I got after that was unexpected! My diagnostic report was fully explained and was given an honest response of what was needed to return my car to a drivable condition, what each items function was in the vehicle, and prioritized the remaining items to be done. I was shown an engine in the shop, and was able to visually see what/where the issue was occuring in my car. I was made to feel comfortable with the work being done, and felt like I was a part of the process. I recieved photos, and updates as parts were delivered. When I picked up my car it drove better than before! If you are in need of a service to your BMW, do not take it anywhere else! I wish I had found this shop sooner, before overpaying for work at a dealership.

Found Bimmers Boyz of Atlanta through Google on a whim, and it was one of the best things that has ever happened for my BMW 650i. Lance was so very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone, that I immediately drove over! He went above and beyond any mechanic Ive ever had in Atlanta, drove all the way to Newnan in one of the worst rain storms ever to get me a new head light assembly, and installed it that day! The absolute worst place ever! The owner is very rude & has poor customer service. They trick you into paying a diagnostic fee just to tell you general maintenance. Went to get a light bulb fix and left with a signal lighg malfunction. Called to inform the owner, he said o workday have to drop the car off for a diagnostic which would take up to 2 days. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!!

I had a complete receal n vac from these guys with a few extra things thrown in. They went above and beyond to say the least and even gave a few bonus add ons. Lance and team are very knowledgeable about these bimmerz and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who sides with quality over quantity. My car has been running like a champ ever since she been out and its all thanks to these guys. Much respect.

My Experience With the Bimmer Boyz was Great being a single parent and trying to maintain my BMW without being lied to or ripoff . From the first time l came to him he was straight forward about what my car needed to be fix but what made me choose to let the Bimmer Boyz fix my BMW he took the time out to Educate me on my car which was Nice so l decided to let the Bimmer Boyz put my starter in my car which l was please. But after about 2 week l did run into a problem and l call him on my way to work and at that time l was on night shift and what got me he Answer my phone call after Business hours and whatever questions I had about my car he answer them and he told me to bring my car back in to let him check it out. Which l did the problem l had was minor so he took care of it and fix it!!!!!!! But what impress me he decided to wash my car when he finish in tell me he was sorry for the mistake and let me know when I need my next oil change he would take care of me in which he did with no problem he is a man of his word. So I advise anyone who need to get they BMW Fix to go and check out the Bimmer Boyz because he Love what he do and knows what he is doing and you will save money by going there because if l would have taken my car to the BMW shop it would have costed so much more to get my car fix!!!!!!!!! Had my 06 530i e60 with 127K miles transmission serviced by Lance, needed new solenoid kit. Car runs awesome now. Transmission shifts smoothly now (especially in manual sports mode) Also had rear diff serviced. Would I recommend going to Lance for your BMW repairs, ABSOLUTELY, hands down!! What I like is he only works on BMWs, knows the ins and outs of all of them. Uses only recommended fluids and parts for BMWs (no short cuts). You might find another BMW mechanic cheaper but you get what you pay for. No, Im not getting paid to write this review, I saw other people’s google reviews and saw his youtube channel and thats how I made my decision to use Lance to repair my ride. So, if you have a BMW that is needing work, I highly recommend at least stopping by to get a diagnostic done...Jimmy

I was recommended to the Bimmer Boyz Atlanta through my Brother. I was a little nerves about taking my car to them due to pass bad experiences else where but it was an emergency. Once I called Lance pick up the phone right away and knew my name from speaking with my brother. I was shocked. He explained the full process of his operation to me and that was a plus for me because I did not want any surprise later. Once my car was dropped off Lance took me step by step through what needed to be done 1st , cost , and what will need to be done in future . He also printed everything out that we talked about for my records to take home for future referrance . He really did a good job in helping me understand everything that was going on with my car.
