Recently I needed to switch my State Farm agent (the previous agent left). I selected Kaitlin Ponce based on customers reviews for agents within a reasonable distance from where I live. It proves to be a good choice based on my experience so far. They are very responsive to my phone and email inquiries, very courteous and, perhaps most importantly, knowledgeable and competent in answering my questions and making recommendations based on my individual circumstances. They made recommendations but at the same time respected my preferences, not being pushy at all. I reached out to this office when we decided to shop for new insurance as we are looking for alternatives to our current carrier. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to pricing; (out of her control) we will more than likely choose another option, but she was great! Pretty good insurance company. Rates are high -- I believe unnecessarily so -- but customer service is good and services are worthwhile. This particular office isnt great about answering emails (in my experience) but they do always answer the phone and are helpful to walk you through things when you call them. Each time I have called I have been impressed with how quickly they take care of things. If you have extra money to spend, theyre not a bad option. I couldnt continue footing the bill, so I am no longer a policy holder -- but they are a good office and a good company overall, so I would recommend them.
