It has always been a pleasure to do business with this company. Very personable and they always have an answer to my questions. You cannot go wrong placing your insurance needs in the hands of this company.

This is worst Allstate agency I’ve ever dealt with. I received a bill for a policy that never got finalized because Naya was not competent enough to get the insured property address corrected even after we spelled it out for her. I doubt anyone would want to insure their new home with the wrong address. I also contacted Paul Rue and received no response from him. I guess at this agency we’re not in good in hands.

I have a basement and sump pump. This agent sold me the insurance policy which does not cover damage caused by sump pump failure! There is no professionalism here, stay away!

I have been using the Paul Rue agency for a few years. Each year I do research for better rates and keep going back to them since theirs is always competitive. The staff is always pleasant and responsive. My agent Naya is wonderful to work with.

Paul Rue...how are you going to increase my premium and when I ask why, you as the owner cannot give me direct answer? You don’t call me back for 2 weeks, just so my policy can expire. Wow! Very poor service in that regard. Everyone else especially Naya are amazing. I’m very disappointed in Paul Rue. Very!!!!

For those who may not read the entire review; after horrible experience at Allstate, Discovered that Farmers is offering great rates.With that being said, Elaine has been professional ever since I have transitioned to Allstate. However, I have had limited interaction with Paul, wish we kept it that way. After couple of conversation with Paul made me never want to use Allstate again. Most importantly after qualifying for safe driver discount our premium instead of going down went from $1331 to $1900, after asking him why? His response “not sure why you were quoted and previously charged $1331. 🤔 Well that doesn’t help a lot. It didn’t help he gave me the run around for 2 weeks and decide to give me this news 2 days prior to my policy expiring.UnprofessionalPoor CommunicationAlso for those looking for better premiums please Farmers and State Farm are offering great coverage for a great price.

I am really surprised at the negative reviews. Weve been using this agency for our auto and condo insurance. I love that they have an office in my neighborhood. Everyone that Ive dealt with there (Dexter, Derrick and Naidaisha) have been very nice and super professional. We are only leaving them due to a lower premium with another company.

Not a fan of the customer service. Inca, have excellent customer service skills. Naya is good too. However, Paul Rue himself and a couple others exhibit piss poor performances. Allstate had issues with receiving payments, and I was told by Allstate that all of the agencies were notified. Conversely, they were acting as if it were my fault instead of finding out what was going on exactly. I dont want to leave Allstate because they are the lowest rate for my area. But customer service is top priority for me anywhere I go. ESPECIALLY when there is an issue with THEIR system. I am shopping around for a different agency. Seems as though there are many other Allstate agencies that have stellar customer service. I think I will try one of them.

Do NOT purchase Allstate insurance. Even if you do not want to do business with a perticular agency (like The Paul Rue agency) Allstate will FORCE you to deal with an agency/agent based on your address. If you call the Allstate 800 number your call will be automatically routed to that agency (no matter what you do to try to get corporate customer service) and if it’s routed to Paul Rue you are in for an unsatisfactory customer service experience.I called the Paul Rue agency and a lady answered the phone like she was answering her personal phone (she doesn’t even take the time to say the name of the company! I have rarely encountered that when calling a business). She has an unpleasant attitude and everyone at the agency (including Paul Rue) does not have customer service in mind.The days of sticking with the same company and limited quality insurance options are OVER. But I am thankful for their poor service skills because after an unpleasant encounter with them I decided to shop around and ended up saving ***$480 on a 6 month policy by switching my auto insurance*** that’s almost HALF what I paid with Allstate! And this is AFTER asking Allstate to review my rates and being told “that’s just the price in this area and there’s nothing we can do about it”.I remember signing up for my first 3 insurance policies with Allstate in 1999. Things have gone down hill with them over the years and there are MUCH BETTER SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANIES with BETTER RATES on the market now. Find another place to spend your hard earned money.

SHISTERS...!..I will never ever again get a policy from Allstate.I cancelled a renters policy in 2019,one month payment not taken from account and then the following month,double.payment taken from my account.I did not suspend or place policy on hold! I cancelled !! and.then Paul Rue...the office I was with,he has a few people in his office that were absent for customer service lol A...when its out faultTo add insult to injury its more.than 72 hours later,refund of double.payments...still not in my account!!! Im honestly a little surprised to see any low reviews at all. Paul and Naya are fantastic people and extremely competent. The office is friendly every time I go in and they speak very honestly about their product. Everything I would want in an agent.

I have called multiple times to update our policy, adding a new vehicle to the policy etc. They were quick to rattle off a cost, which I accepted, but I never received the paper so I could get my car registered over two days ago. A few years back we had the same problem with our Business insurance. Our customers would require proof of insurance for our trucks, but it took days weeks to get the information. I dropped them off the business policy and it looks like are home owners and vehicles are going to be dropped as well. Just terrible service!

So this is an agent I was transferred to, and when I needed a policy update and quote for a new policy I emailed him twice and never heard back. Even better instead of getting back to me they added me to their marketing emails.

I have been an Allstate customer for years and you would have to understand or allow the agent in this office to explain how insurance works. I am very satisfied with the service and receive from this Agency and Allsate as a whole. I would like to say Thank you Paul and your staff for being so courteous and making my experience eazy. Kudos to you!

I always experience prompt and friendly service especially from Tiara. EVEN when I was not longer a client! as I had moved to Germany. They helped me with my insurance history in order to get insurance in Germany.

Terrible agency, stay away if you can. They do not respond to emails and every time I call the office they just say the agent will call you back but they never do. I have been wanting to cancel a policy for about a month and cant get them to respond to me.

I will be moving my Allstate account ASAP. to another much higher rated agency. I must have been SOLD to this agency, WITHOUT my knowledge, from my o]previous agent. I have tried twice to contact Paul Rue over the past TWO weeks to NO avail to ask a question. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
