This property is absolutely AMAZING!! There are so many amenities. I fell in love with the sky lounge at the top, the view is breath taking ! I also love the coffee den and bark park! Reviews matter and so Im writing one about the Huntley. I had to make a last minute change to my choice of living situation in Atlanta. I was really concerned with service, quality, amenities, and safety. All in all, over a period of 4 days, I called and spoke with 3 staff - Autumn, Clinton, and Fallon. Each was helpful, friendly, kind, had answers to all of my questions, a sense of urgency, and made good on every return communication commitment that they made to me. The urgency and communication were especially important since I had a hard move date and needed to make the change quickly. Ive been here 2 weeks now, and the caliber of service has not changed. All staff have been wonderful; my apartment is condo-like quality; its quiet on my floor; and - best of all - my pug, Stella, is happy. Highly recommend The Huntley.

Exploring my options as I am still fairly new to the Atlanta area. I walked in and was greeted by a rep, his name was Clinton. He was very welcoming and made sure that he answered all my questions. The property is amazing and I can’t wait to see what happens next. My spouse and I have a decision to make but thanks to Clinton and his great customer service, I believe we may have a winner.

Having being in the Multifamily Apartment Industry, I frequently visit other communities just to see what they have to offer but more importantly the customer service which is the most important aspect of this industry is the reason as to someone leasing or not leasing an apartment. Although I didnt leave any information during my visit I was very impressed with Clinton was, very professional very well dressed.Even though I didnt want to leave my information. My experience at the Huntley as been nothing short of amazing. Clinton in particular did an amazing job showing my boyfriend and I around. He really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He also got our room cleaned and ready for us a day early. The Huntley is a great community with amazing staff!

Words can’t explain how great this Apartment high rise living has been here at the Huntley. I moved here from Florida and baby let me tell you they didn’t disappoint !!! from my move in which Dorna was great and to Christy the (Property Director the one time I had a small issue) and the concierge staff all of them is great really great but the maintenance supervisor Leslie was like no other him and his crew was on top of everything. I move around a lot for work and when I say I hated when I the time came for me to leave again for work I tired everything possible to stay located in Atlanta because of the property at the Huntley they worked with me with the back and forth with my lease am I going or am I staying situation lol but who ever is reading this please understand the staff is top notch and they really truly care …. Not to mention the apartments Is A plus one of the best I’ve lived in he’ll probably is the best !!!!! My husband and I recently toured the Huntley and were impressed with everything we saw. As we explained to Julie, we are recently retired and are planning on selling our house in the suburbs and moving in closer to city of Atlanta. The Huntley has many attractive amenities; we both love the townhome feel, and I especially like the kitchen layout - gas stove is a big + for me! We have quite a few more properties to check out (this will be our last move so we want to be sure we’ve seen what is out there in the marketplace. But you can be assured the Huntley is currently at the top of our list!

This apartment complex is AMAZING! Fabiane was wonderful both times I interacted with her ( phone and in person). She answered all of my question and made me excited about the possibility of moving in. It is definitely on the top of my list.

The staff here at the Huntley are the best that Ive ever encountered! I just moved in 3 weeks ago and the hospitality and help that I received ever since the move-in process was just tremendous. **Fabiane deserves a raise***I visited The Huntley this past week and was impressed by their customer service. This building is aesthetically looking. If you like the city hustle and bustle lifestyle but also some quiet time at home, this place might be good for you. Concierge had good customer service. Loved the amenities, especially the yoga room. I really like how most of their 1bd floor plans have lots of space.Now let me tell you about my amazing leasing specialist, Fabiane. Never have I ever met someone so professional, so attentive listener, and well rounded at their job as Fabiane is. She didnt rush me through the tour and she answered all of my questions with honesty. If anything, Id be leasing here because of her customer service. Still looking at other places at the moment but this place has really caught my eyes.

I’ve lived in big cities for years. NY and LA. I just recently moved to Atlanta and I’ve been living at The Huntley for 2 months now. I absolutely love living here. Everything about The Huntley is top notch! Feels more like a condo than an apartment. Beautiful spaces and amenities!!! The building is quiet and peaceful. I feel safe here. The property is well kept and smells good ALL THE TIME! The staff is lovely! Autumn was my agent. Great attitude! Kind and professional! Falen is at the front desk concierge.. she’s ALWAYS on top of things and has a great attitude to match! Concierge is 24 hours. LOVE THAT! The bathrooms are gorgeous and the kitchen appliances, countertops & pantries are QUALITY! Love my private balcony and my view!! The skyline on the top floor is EVERYTHING!! Great great view.. very comfortable and sexy! I’m more than happy with my decision! Bravo!

After one year living at The Huntley, I can say this is one of the best building complex I have lived on. For the following reasons:1. Clean, Clean, Clean. They maintain the building very clean. Every morning they clean the hallways, elevators, gym, and common areas.2. Staff. The staff is very helpful; both the concierge and the maintenance crew. Whenever you put a work-order, they take care of it very fast3. The building. The building in general- the location, the design, and the quality material/appliances they used across the building.All of the above makes you feel you are living on a nice hotel.

What an astounding property! First and foremost, the service I received was top tier!!! I recently came to locator event for Realtors and not only did the staff service us with amazing food and drinks, they are were also so knowledgeable about every question we had that way we could provide that same information to our clients. Great building, great amenities, great apartments .... and everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. I sold my house and had been looking to rent in nice, luxury apartment in a good location. And there were no apartment buildings like that .... I was getting disappointed .... until I found the Huntley. It had everything and more that I was looking for.

This building is beautiful! You can feel the luxury just driving into the roundabout at the entry, like you’re headed into a high priced hotel. The staff is wonderful, from the concierge to Julie the Manager. The customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend!!

They have office spaces available for residents so its perfect for professionals. I could live in the gym alone! I cant stress how amazing Davani was to me and my plus one, such a sweet spirit. Make sure you ask for her when you tour! You wont be disappointed.

Oh my goodness, The Huntley! My husband and I were just recently approved for residence and we are more than excited to make it our new home. The residences are gorgeous, better than any other apartment homes I have ever stayed in. Not to mention the service we received from Autumn was excellent! She was so nice, welcoming, and professional. She called us back when we had questions, and was very open and honest about the application process. The pictures on the website does not compare to not only how incredible the place is, but how the staff treat you with so much kindness and warmth. Fantastic complex. Im moving out after 1yr but only because Im taking a job in a new city otherwise I would absolutely renew. They did a really good job over the last year under very difficult circumstances with Covid and keeping the community safe.The facilities are great, the amenities are useful and perfectly maintained & the apartments & furnishings are great quality (surprised how quiet they are!). Thank you especially to Dorna, shes absolutely incredible and helped from the moment I signed my lease until the day gave notice. She went out of her way and above and beyond to help me with two unique & difficult situations. Does not feel like a corporate building. Steven and everyone at Concierge are amazing and so is the maintenance team with Leslie and Jerry. Very impressed and happy with my time here.

I’ve just recently moved into my new apartment unit here at The Huntley. My experience throughout the process from beginning to end has been extremely smooth and easy. Dorna, followed every precaution as it relates to COVID 19, ensured the instructions for paperwork and needed documents were easy to understand, as well as being quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole building is beautiful and luxurious. To top it off on move in day I was gifted a welcome bag that came with a lot of goodies really making me feel at home!

The Huntley on Park Avenue is one of the most beautiful buildings in Buckhead. They have maintained and managed the building wonderfully. The amenities are well kept and aesthetically pleasing. The homes are spacious and many offer the powder room feature (my personal favorite). The maintenance and management team are well spoken and polite. I lived at The Huntley for 2 years ,everybody was great I love Kourtney and I never met the other manager Christy , but 2 days before Thanksgiving we were robbed at gun point coming from breakfast getting on the elevator in the parking garage and I feel so violated now that we were robbed at our own place of residence. I proceed to go to the leasing office to let them know about the incident and no actions were taking out the leasing manager didn’t even come out the office i proceeded to call the police , first of all there’s no locks on the outside doors to get on the elevators , no cameras in the parking deck , there’s no security on the at all . Once the leasing manger found out what happened the went along to force us to vacate the property as if I was a risk for getting rob I never seen the robber a day in my life so then she proceeded to make me move from the property and still pay to break my lease I could not get out of my lease do to the fact that I feel unsafe to live on the property the person that robbed us came back 2 weeks ago and had broken into someone else car Christy called my phone and was basically forcing me to move out of my unit and to break my lease and then charged me to move out of my lease no one ever apologized for the incident never did anything to make us feel comfortable , I feel like we were discriminated and I feel it was very unfair that her and her manager Mark had no remorse what so ever ! Now I owe them $6900 for being forced to move .
