I have been here for a year now and we’ve got an upgrade with out new property management,Trinity Property management, for about two weeks now, and the difference has been night and day! They keep the property super clean! They respond super quick to any questions or concerns that you have. They do the work orders super quick & they call you ahead of time! Miss Rose ,the property manager, & has amazing commutation & customer service skills! Viktor, the maintenance man, is superb as well! I am so happy that they took over. I love this property so much! It’s so close to the city and the units are beautiful! I highly recommend moving here if you’re looking for a place to stay in the city. I love all of my neighbors as well. Everybody here is so nice! This place is terrible. Read all the reviews. Disgusting. It doesn’t matter if the change their name, it is still trash. Roaches, bed bugs, and other bugs. Trash in hallways. Ceiling fell in building 5 and it took them over 4 days to pick up the sheet rock. Washers and dryers don’t work. Have to call for maintenance request but they never answer. Would rather spend double the money than live here. Can’t wait to get out

DO NOT MOVE HERE!I have unfortunately lived in these apartments for over a year, and will be moving very soon now that the lease it up.I was told BEFORE move in what would be fixed, but of course there has been no assistance after living here a year. I’ve had bug issues, the hallways are trashed and always smell, the bathroom ceiling is caving in, the kitchen drawer is broke, the blinds need serious replacement, and I have NO SCREENS in any of my windows. These have been reported since move in and after complaining to management multiple times, still nothing has been done.Management doesn’t seem to understand it seems, they just continue to request rent money to force you to pay but aren’t giving the assistance promised through contract.DO NOT MOVE HEREDO NOT MOVE HERE

If you want your air filter changed go buy your own, parties everywhere out control and leaves tenants with no parking spots, even when we had a paid spot , we were paying for strangers to park in our spot, tow truck if any , takes forever to get there , not to mention no control over what strangers roam the hallways, drunks etc. security doors never work but you pay for access key. We weren’t able to use pool during summer due to block parties(or should I say City parties). The list goes on and on. ...

I was impressed with the Crest! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted with a smile. I feel like the floor plans are a great value when considering the proximity to downtown Atlanta. I got a small town hospitality vibe, which is uncommon in the city! Theres lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance too.I adore the split level style of the floor plans. The apartments are not huge, but they definitely feel large and open. My favorite floor plan is the Breckenridge because it comes with a huge walk-in closet and ample counter space in the bathroom. The layout gives you maximum space at a competitive price. The staff told me that the company has some exciting improvements underway. I look forward to seeing the finished product of the renovations once theyre all complete. Id highly recommend checking out the Crest at Northside.

THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING HERE.I have been unable to use the resident services website to make maintenance requests or pay my rent online for more than 6 months due to it having technical issues. The work that was done on my apartment took a month to complete and even after it was finished the AC unit continued to leak causing mold to be spread through my apartment. I have two children under the age of 2 and they were sick for weeks with no improvements even when they were given antibiotics. I took preventative measures to stop the spread of mold but it was coming from the area where the AC unit is. My family and I had to temporarily move out until my childrens health improved. Unfortunately while we were gone someone attempted to break into my apartment by leaving a big hole above the deadbolt lock. The back door to the apartment complex has been unlocked and open for months and anyone can walk in. The keypad doesnt work so it has been left open for the majority of my stay here. I do not feel safe in my apartment and do not plan on returning. I sent the information above to management requesting to terminate my lease early but have not heard back and its been a week. This place does not care about its residents. My apartment door has not been fixed and I have not heard back from management or maintenance. If you decide to rent here do not let them move you into building 4. It has had major building issues and anyone can just walk in. You will end up having to break your lease early due to safety and health concerns which in the long run will cost you more money. Ive lived in older apartments and have never had to deal with issues of this magnitude. Im seriously considering getting a lawyer. Make sure you keep track of all correspondences with maintenance/management and take photos of everything if you plan on living here.

I’ve been to this apartment on 3 different occasions hoping to get a quick tour of the property. Even with making appointments, there was never anything available to show me. Though I spoke to someone on the phone who gave me a specific time to stop by. Not only that, the leasing office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Poor communication before even moving in is a major red flag. Thanks for saving me the headache.

Okay Im here to write a completely UN bias review of this apartment giving you the pros and cons of living hereThe only pro is cheap rent nothing else but you get what you pay for this place is only ah good place to stay if you were just recently homeless or accustom to the projects , The leasing office is completely inadequate they dont know what there doing Im conceived there making it up as they go at your expense . This complex have key card entry doors just for them to be broken for months you pay an $5 fee every month to have the key card for it not to work , The mailboxes for the most part are very old and there easy to get broken into although I havent seen people cars get broken into I hear it happens . The lights in the complex at night hardly work so it be very dark so be careful inviting your guest cover because it be some really sketchy people outside , we use to have security but I havent seen him in months. The office will tell you these are old reviews and they have new management because thats how they got me to sign a lease but I assure you none of that matters all the problems are still the same , even your the cleanest there is many roaches and ant infestation out this world I had ants come out of my tub an toilet everything was fine at first because you also pay an $5 pest control fee per month for them to come out and fix this problem but guess what guys I havent seen that guy in 2 months either .Listen up Guys all Im saying is here STAY AT THIS COMPLEX AT YOUR OWN RISK because for an extra $200 on top of your rent you can stay in the complex across the street

This is the worst apartment complex in Atlanta. Do not move here. First they tried to put my in a unit that was infested with roaches. I ended up having to sleep on the floor of another unit until one was made available to me. They then made me pay rent for both units! Once I got into the new unit the AC stopped working every 2 weeks. I was then robbed in the middle of the day while are my doors were locked. The leasing folks could have cared less wouldnt even allow me to move into a different Unit. Oh. also the doors to each apartment building are broken, if you close them you will be stuck inside the building with no way to get out, except through your apartment window, which I had to do serval times. This place is a rat whole.Note: all the leasing people have terrible attitudes and look at you crazy when you try to report problems. Its been true hell living here.

( I was not just going off what I read) I have been here a month now and I like my newly renovated apt. I have not seen roaches anywhere. The leasing agent Nachelle and the office manager are great, understanding. If you are an understanding person who knows the good and bad of living in the city (aka noise) then youll be good. Its mixed ethically. Near literally EVERYTHING I think this 10 months will be good..... Plus there are not that many places in the city with upstairs/ downstairs 1 and 2 bedrooms way under 2000!!!! Averaging out the experience at 3 stars: 5 stars for the staff and 1-2 stars for the apartment itself.I had the pleasure of working with Candice for 98% of all of my needs in regards to this apartment. She is super empathetic, pleasant, and professional; she understood the urgency of my concerns and made sure that things were taken care of. She made the entire experience with this place manageable and I trusted her word when she said she would do something. The maintenance staff is also professional and did what they could with the issues. The apartment itself is super old and kind of falling apart. Management says they are renovating units; with renovations, the space will probably be ok. The loft was an interesting space to work with -- lots of angled walls and such. Many fixtures are unstable (such as counter tops, railings, lights, shower faucets, etc). There is also like a kingdom of stray cats in this neighborhood. If you move here, make sure to hire movers because some of these angled stairways are near impossible to move large furniture through.

If I could rate this place 0 I definitely would. I lived there from Apr 2018 to Oct 2019. Aside from the overcrowded/nonexistent parking, roaches in the units, tiny living space, and being extremely overpriced, the manager is the most incompetent and disrespectful person Ive ever dealt with. I referred a friend to live there when I first moved in back in 2018 and the referral fee was $500 off rent which took place after my referral lived in the unit for 60 days. This happened with no issues. When I referred a second friend I was informed that instead of taking $500 off the rent that a physical check would be cut instead and processed from the corporate office, again after 60 days. Not only did it take more than 5 months before I received so much as a follow up, but during that time they switched corporate offices and managers. I was then informed from Shamar, a leasing agent, that it would be dropped down to $400. Several months later and several inquires, later as I was in the process of moving out, I was informed from Anne Chester, the property manager that it would now only be $350. I turned in all my keys, the building card which was pointless to have because the building was NEVER secure, the mailbox key, and the prorated final rent on 10 Oct as well as provided a forwarding address to Miss Chester to send the referral check. I even let her keep a couch set for her goddaughter that I had planned to discard. She CONFIRMED the address as I witnessed her write it down a sticky note and attached it to the rent money order. She said once the check is cut theyll notify me. The alleged check was issued and mailed on 15 Oct, but instead of sending it to the new address that I provided, Miss Chester had it sent to the unit that I was no longer living in. Despite confirmation from the post office that my forwarding mail took effect on 10 Oct, the same day I turned in the keys and confirmed with Miss Chester, my referral check never made it to me. After weeks and weeks of NUMEROUS calls to both the corporate office and the property, I was notified on 11 November that the check was signed for and cashed. I tried to explain to Miss Chester that there was no way that I could have signed for that check because it never made it to me, but she insisted that it was me because they would need ID to cash it. I tried to explain that whoever cashed it commit fraud and that when I turned in my keys I gave the proper forwarding address and even confirmed with the post office, but could plead my case due Miss Chester being very rude, talking over me, and cutting me off. She also alluded to the fact that it was my fault for not giving the address until after the check was sent which is absolutely false. Long story short now I have to do my due diligence to track down my money and the Priderock corporate office number is miraculously disconnected. I would STRONGLY not recommend anyone else move in to these overpriced and horribly managed apartments.Edit: Thank you to Latasha for being kind enough to help me. Thats the only good thing I have to say.

I kept asking her questions like “ will it be more spacious in 2BR?” Kind of questions and she answered with same uninteresting and unwelcoming face. My kids also realized it so unwelcoming and we walked out of that property after saying thanks to her. In past 2 days I have visited 4 apartment communities and this is the worst experience we had. After the paperwork was sent to us with wrong dates/rates- I called and after about the 20th time he finally picked up and I was told the apartment we were suppose to moving into was already leased and another wouldn’t be available for months. Mind you, we paid the application fees and submitted everything very quickly after it was requested so our application was processed and our money taken for a room that was ALREADY LEASED. Shemar (assistant manager) has also refused to return my application fee when the office was completely disorganized and unprofessional throughout our entire leasing process and approved us for a unit that was not even available!I had to call numerous times to make sure everything was being processed and even then they sent me the wrong lease, then told me the unit was already taken (the next day), and refused to return my money. Do NOT deal with this unprofessional community. Not at all recommended. It takes a long time to send someone if you need any maintenance in your apartment. The place was under construction for a long time, and it was very inconvenient for the residents.Worst manager I have ever seen. I had a sixth month contact with them, and after emptying my apartment, they told me the day that I was returning my apartment, you need to pay an extra month, since you didnt tell us know sooner about this!! If I knew this sooner, I could have found someone to sublease my place and not paying almost $ 900 extra. The manager was very rude to me.

A) DISGUSTING roach infestations even if you have a well kept apartment! (which wont allow you to even cook in your kitchen! Roaches made their way into closed food in our pantry and spice cabinet!) B) Leaks in the building hallways- which can of course cause mold and more bug issues. I asked for them to fix it. Its been more than 10 days and nothing has been done. C) Big pieces of furniture and trash left in random parts of the buildings. D) Office staff gets uncomfortable when you demand for a new unit or rent deduction when there are NUMBEROUS roaches invading your apartment. You have to pay a $400 transfer fee to get another apartment.. no matter the situation, apparently. E) Office staff of course gets upset when you call corporate to ask them to help you with your issues. F) PS. The pest control you have to pay for monthly is a joke. Hasnt helped our oh so lovely roach issue.Office staff does not care about your living conditions or your health here. Do yourself a favor and pick any other place to live.

I cannot wait to move out. Every aspect of my living experience her was dreadful. The building is very old and there were claims of renovations, but every part of the apartment seems to be falling apart. Several complaints have been made to the staff with no results. I cant fathom how the management group allows the maintenance and office members to still be employed here. Luckily my lease is up in a few months.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. everything started off fine, but quickly turned to the worst. Staff in the office is highly inexperienced when it comes to managing a property. Not even a month into our new apartment, the place was infested with bugs. My roommate constantly found fleas on her (mind you we have no pets and never did) and fleas in her room. I constantly found little slugs in little places like the bathroom and my closet and one night even found a grandaddy long leg spider ON MY BED. Told the office about it and they said they would get someone to come look at it and thats exactly what they did, because they never did anything about it. After a week of asking them to do something about the problem, maintenance was there for all of 5 minutes and did nothing because they said they didnt see anything. On top of the apartment being infested with bugs and still getting charged a pest control fee, for the short 3 months I lived there, my package was stolen right out of my mailbox. I understand that the complex is not gated, however I did not expect for my whole package to get stolen out of my mailbox. Once again told the office staff, they did absolutely nothing. They informed me that the mailboxes were under reconstruction and the mail carrier was informed to bring all parcels to the office, but for some strange reason just decided to leave mine in the reconstructed mailboxes and it was stolen. But they didnt care because it had nothing to do with them. Then, the icing on the cake, the entire ceiling in my roommates bathroom caved in and left nothing but dry wall for over 3 weeks. The office staff did NOTHING until the 31st of the month, the very last day before rent was due. After all of this, they decided to let us break our lease because we were constantly dissatisfied and let down. So unless this is your VERY and I mean VERYYYYY last option, otherwise DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. FIND SOMEWHERE NICER FOR THE SAME PRICE IF NOT LESS. look at the pictures.

Edit: Upping my star review because I talked to the manager and she addressed all my concerns and explained that they were working on it and what the difficulties were in addressing it. That really makes a difference. Its a pretty poor quality place. The best thing is the location. The building is old, though they seem to be trying to improve it by cleaning the carpets and repainting the hallways, and apartments. But that doesnt quite make up for the subpar quality of the buildings, where doors wont close properly because the frames have been repainted so often, my air filter has never been replaced in almost a year, the lights continuously burn out because of bad electrical wiring, theres few ceiling lights so you have to get lamps, and theres disgusting dog feces all over the grounds which attract flies and stink during the summer. Staff is friendly, maintenance is very efficient and friendly. Theyre trying, and for the price and location its worth staying while Im in school.

I lived here for two years and It was a HORRIBLE experience. I hated coming home to such a nasty environment. STAY away from this apartment complex. I dealt with major non-stopping leaks with active growing mold and ongoing RATS in my apartment ( 9 RATS found in my apartment). Most crazy part is even after multiple complaints management, staff nor maintenance did anything about this safety/ MAJOR health issue time after time of consistently complaining. I am beyond happy I have moved from this disgusting apartment complex. If you want to live with rats and untreated mold choose Highland Ridge.

Highland Ridge Apartment Ridges management has got to get their act together. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism and flat out disrespect than I have in my life, let alone at an apartment complex. Specifically, they have one associate, Paige Washington, who is down right rude, disrespectful, vulgar, and above all UNPROFESSIONAL. Miss Washington has on numerous occasions snapped at the tenants for not turning in their rent in the morning, and has been quoted as saying, Everyone else turns their rent in in the mornings, why cant you? COMPLETELY OUT OF POCKET for management to say to their tenants. This should never be said, let alone at an apartment complex near the heart of Atlanta where almost everyone living in the complex is a business professional who works from the hours of 8-5, so turning rent in between 5-6 (when the office is still open) is the only option. Furthermore, Paige Washington purposefully withholds information from her tenants as to charge extra fees. Specifically, on one instance (a holiday), Paige Washington charged a late fee, because a tenant failed to pay on the second (the office was closed.) When coming into pay it on the third, she then snaps at a resident stating that No, this isnt the correct amount now, because now you have to pay a $250 eviction fee. I believe Paige Washington purposefully withheld this information to charge the resident more. This happened within the course of 24 hours. She should have told the tenant this the day she came into pay the rent in the first place.BH Management should not sacrifice its brand and integrity by employing this woman who is perpetually going to run their name into the ground.

I have been living here 8 months and it is roach infested. Pest control keeps coming but they are still everywhere. NOTHING is working. My water heater broke twice which left smelly carpet. Every few weeks the a.c. stops working. Trying to get someone on the phone at the leasing office...they dont pick up. The male who works at the office is rude and not helpful. They wont move me into a new apartment so I cant stay there with my newborn because there are roaches everywhere and pray and bait from pest control that is harmful to my baby.

Anyone else find it convenient that fake sounding names Johnny Jacobson and Jonathan Johns along with a dozen other posts around the same time all have the exact same paragraph format and just LOOOVVVVEEE the housing office manager Carmen? Pretty obvious that they have fake ratings planted here. The truth is that they promise you everything under the sun to get you in, and will not show you the contract to sign until 30 minutes before you are supposed to move in. Then you read it and realize that EVERYTHING is different (including your rent amount), but you have already ended your lease with your previous apartment and paid movers to move your stuff so what can you do? I wish I just walked away then. No matter how noisy your neighbors are with throwing parties every night, the housing office refuses to do anything. The walls are paper thin and the type of people that gravitate towards this apartment LOVE their power-bass sound systems. They straight up told me that every single person in the apartment complex would have to complain to get the people evicted. They have a security guard you are supposed to call when this happens, but he never answers his phone. The tall hill that the apartment is on is a death trap when it ices, but they insist that its the government job to deice it. While that may be true, they have very little consideration for the human aspect. Their whole attitude is its not my problem. Maintanence will put you on a 1-month waiting list for anything from the most basic fix to life-threatening fixes (need water to live!). The floors were still soaking wet on the day we moved in from their cleaning....yet somehow the bathroom was still filled with urine stains. You wonder how you can get a decent priced apartment right in midtown? Now you know.

We had a break in BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX THE DOOR TO OUR HALLWAY. Anybody can walk in off of the street! Did they apologize? No. Do they give one flying flip about our safety? No. What did they say? In order to get out of the lease, we needed to give them a 60 day notice. That was their way of apologizing for not doing their job.Nevermind the trash that stays outside of the door in the entryway. Forget the noisy, disrespectful neighbors. Nevermind the ant infestation and roaches that meander throughout. Be concerned for your safety. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Our next stop is the local news station.

This place is over priced and noisey as hell. The walls are thin and they wont replace anything until you move out. The roaches are real. Believe everything you hear about the roaches!!! You have been warned. Trust me they were here before I moved in. If you come at night, the cockroaches will be outside. You have to pay 35.00 additional for parking if you want to park in the reserve which is practically the top. Once youve signed the least you are stuck. Its expensive and not quality. Try to do better if you can. Hella expensive. I want to break my lease so bad but they have all these fees 2000+. I want to leave soooooo badd!! The office will not let me leave without a lot of fees. Im super unsatisfied with this living situation. I hate it. I told them about the stove they wont replace it until I am gone so they can say newly renovated apartment. Pleassssee!!

This is the worst place I have EVER lived. My fiancee and I moved in back in October of 2014 and thought it was a wonderful place for about the first two days. Then our neighbors would come home at about 3am blasting loud music, shouting, and throwing trash everywhere, the walls do nothing to cancel any sound and calling the courtesy officer is useless. On top of that the drug dealers that lived in my building loved having everyone come over at obscenely late hours as well and would often have shouting matches in the hall. During the last week we lived there we even woke up at 5am to someone on the roof going window to window trying to brake into apartments. Then we come to the NIGHTMARISH move out process, we paid every single bill and fine they threw at us to just get out of there, then when trying to move into a new place we were stopped as when contacted this place said they had no record of us ever living there, then when I sat down with the manager whos almost never in the office they simply said they wont sign anything saying we were good tenants until all the fees were paid which included a walkthrough the had to do AFTER MOVEOUT! Essentially saying that we should be homeless for about a week till they decide to charge us more. Now its been since December 2015 since we moved out, and just last week (Febuarary 2016) a collection agency called and harassed us for a 700$ fine saying we owed move out costs and late fees. WE WERE NEVER ONCE CONTACTED BY THE APARTMENTS! No letter, no phone call, no nothing. Not like they didnt have the information since it seems the collection agency had both our numbers just fine. This is the worst possible place you could ever live. For your sanity and your safety stay far away.

DO NOT EVER LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!My husband and I lived here for about 3 months and it was utter HELL.When I first moved in my move in time was 1:00 I did not get into my apartment until 3:30...I had to stand around and waste my time because they failed to inform me they were changing the carpet. They told me we had a great view and a great patio. My view is a large mound of dirt, air condition units, and trash. When we moved in there was A TON of problems with the apartment: The OVEN/STOVE did NOT work, doors were hanging off of the hinges, the BEDROOM CEILING LIGHT did NOT work, the racks in the closet were NOT attached to the walls, you can barely close the doors..you pretty much have to body slam them shut, the chain on the front door was so loose you could open it from the outside (so safe..NOT) , our toilet was stained BLACK (HOW DISGUSTING) and the list goes on.After a week of being here we found FLEAS in our apartment. WE DO NOT HAVE ANIMALS! They claimed that we brought them in from the parking lot..uh ok. It took them A WEEK to get the exterminator out to fix the problem... by then my legs were bit up so bad.It also took them about a week and a half to fix our oven/stove so we had to go an ENTIRE week without cooking!! I requested that they pay for 1/4 of our rent (seems only fair) and they STILL havent not gotten back to us even though I asked them at least once or twice a week.NOW we have not one..but TWO leaks in our ceiling and they refuse to fix it. We went to them 4 times and NOTHING has been done about it. And when we went the fourth time the german..barely speaking english....assistant manager has a MAJOR attitude about it! Im sorry that our apartment is leaking? How is that OUR fault?!This place SUCKS. NEVER EVER EVER move it!! Spend the extra money and have a nice place that doesnt have rude staff, bugs, and so many problems.

BELIEVE the reviews ppl r writing b/c it is TRUE! DO NOT LEASE HERE!ACTLY TAKE THE TIME TO READ THEIR LEASE, DO NOT GLANCE THRU IT. THEY WILL HAVE U BY THE BALLS. JUST DONT DO IT!!!I lived here for 4 yrs1) It is not worth the cheaper rent; they will recoup their costs by inflating all the fees in the world, ridiculously high water bill. Late fee is $150 (unheard of anywhere else) and then they slap on $250 legal fee in no time if its like 4 days late to start eviction. Do NOT expect to get back ur security deposit, they might even say u owe them in addition as happened to me.2) The management is very unprofessional and rude. Either they dont know what theyre doing in the first place, or one person tells you something, only to find out another person says something else, and no accountability is taken, rather you end up paying whatever fee is associated with this mistake.3) The place is dirty and they have very poor maintenance. Go see the place it spks for itself. These pics that they are showing online are OLD and non existent, not even the show apt looks like that.4) only good thing i would say is the location, is midtown, close to high way and easy access to northside dr. otherwise its jus not worth the headache.4) Simple and short, jus pay a little bit more somewhere else to stay in the midtown area or live else wehre and pay less. Its jus not worth the headache, its not obvious at first but 2 months in u will find that u made a mistake.

It took them 2 months to even do anything about it. Even then he didnt even fix it. It caught fire the next week because of the faulty repair work. Then when they went to put the new one in they flooded our closet and didnt even tell us. We found out when we got home from work and the carpet was soaked. Not to mention the roaches weve had for months. And all of the appliances are so old that they dont work. I suggest you save the time and money and look someplace else. If I could afford the $2000 to break my lease I would move immediately.
