Ashley Scholars is a safe and lovely community. The staff always does their best to meet residents needs in a timely manner. Ashanti & Armesisha always ensures that the community is properly cared for with work orders , or any issues. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be in a prime location for a great price .

Ive been here every since they started letting people move in .I have been in my lovely apartment 1year and some months now.ASHANTI MITCHELL AND ARMESHIA EVANS. ARE THE MOST PLEASANT AND REPEATABLE PEOPLE THAT I have meet.If I ever have a problem or a concern all I have to do is call and ask for help... These ladies are very professional. They are the bomb.

Armeshia and Ashanti are sooo inattentive! Can someone explain to me why the only two people who work here....take lunch at the same time?? that actually makes 0 sense! Why would you both leave the desk at the same time to take an hour lunch? What kind of business is that? so unprofessional! Every time I get back from work I only have an hour time slot, before closing, to talk with someone regarding specific issues and they’re both gone. If there’s only two people at the desk it is so dumb to leave at the same time...

Im just curious Do Joe Clark work for the community?? If not why is the back gate chained up in 701 building?? Did anyone notify the Fire Marshall because Nobody notified the residents about this change.

I have a question,Is this place only for students? like student housing or can other people live here as well?

I was hesitate about coming back on this side of town but when I tell you Ashanti made me feel right at home the first day I met her she explained every details she is very outgoing then I met the rest of the team Chynna and then Armeshia they couldn’t have picked a better team I love my unit, (awesome) (my view) I love the convenience glad I was lead to come back.

This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. The application process was easy especially with the help of the staff walking through each step if needed. Even more, living here is a safe and clean environment. Anytime I need help I call the office and am immediately serviced happily by Armeshia Evans and Ashanti Mitchell. They are both so patient and helpful and really make it a pleasure living here!

Ms. Evans was the best and I love her hospitality and professionalism. She was really nice and helpful for a college student like me who is a first time apartment renter. The process of moving in was fast and she was very responsive and good for answering the questions my mom and I had. I love living here.

I love how safe and quiet this apartment complex is. The application process was very easy, with the help of Armeshia. She walked me through every single step and made sure I completely understood everything. Would most definitely recommend.

I love it here! Ashanti was great with answering all my questions. Even when I couldn’t understand she was Extremely patient with me and made sure she answered all my questions and she made me feel at home. Armeshia is great she is very to helpful. Due to COVID-19 the amenities has been closed, but they still keep everything so clean. It must be hard for them but they handle it with a smile daily. Thanks for being the sun on a rainy day.

Ms. Evans here at Ashley Scholars Landing is great, she was extremely patient and helpful with me viewing the property to getting ready to move from across the country. She has been a great help at fixing all the little things as well. Highly recommend!

Property Is going down swiftly... Staff asks for good reviews for bonuses. Once you move in your needs and priorities fall on deaf ears. Building A is already neglected. Full of kids and project voucher recipients. Place is unsafe and wide open with no security and lack of that has put a resident in unsafe situation after ignoring her requests. Its a waste of money. Drugs and loud and noisy. Handicapped tenants always have issues coming to and fro. Elevators always broken and doors proposed with rocks. Packages stolen from residents in building. Spend your money at another property its not with it. Doors blocked by entrances at night so tenants cant enter. The worst 3 months ive spent this year anywhere. Trash everywhere

I was so excited when I received a call from Trey Ruff at Ashley Scholars Landing. I put my name on the list and he informed me they just started moving people in 2 days ago. He was very informative and he told me about all of the amenities. I mean roof top skyline and wet bar in the heart of the city where else will you find that? No where honestly just no where at the cost Ashley Scholars Landing. It seems like they have top notch security too. I kept thanking him because he was kind, caring and thoughtful. Be sure to speak with them about the programs they offer. I just want Integral to know you have a shining star 🌟 on your team! Thanks Trey!

First of all the gates and elevators are always broken and when you ask the leasing office about it they state “they are waiting on parts to come in” ... what does that even mean? Shouldn’t there already be “parts” on hand or nearby Incase of emergencies? What kind of establishment has to wait on parts to come in from out of the country? So every time something breaks we have to wait months for the “parts” to ship in. Makes absolutely no sense. It is so dangerous for the gate to constantly be wide open 24/7. Something is always broken... like the call box outside of the front door that guest use to get in. It takes so long for things to get fixed. Spend your money elsewhere it is not worth $1300+ the amenities are still all closed... this is what we are paying for and this company has no type of compassion for residents that spend so much money every month on this trash place.

I would like to recommend that Ms Ashanti Mitchell and her staff get an award for the best team I have ever encountered here in Ga. They definitely go that extra mile to make potential and the residents feel at home. No matter what my concerns, they took the time to answer my questions. My son is in great hands and what a great space to live while going to college.

I applied to Ashley Scholars Landing recently. Throughout the process thus far Tiffany and certainly Armeshia have been super supportive and engaging!! Love it already!

Armeshia was great! I loved her energy and patience. This is my first apartment and I wasn’t fully knowledgeable about what all I should be looking for or what I should be asking. Armeshia addressed every concern I had and even answered questions I didn’t know I needed answered. My roommate and I were stuck between Ashley Scholars and another apartment. Armeshia was a big reason behind us choosing Ashley Scholars. Everyday I come home the stronger I feel we made the right decision!

This has been my first experience finding an apartment. I had many questions that seemed to come off as annoying to other places I was looking at during my apartment hunt. However, Armeshia Evans was very patient. She answered all of my questions concerning the application process and helped me with getting my first apartment on my own. This next stage of adulthood could not have been any easier, due to the committed nature of Armeshia. Moving in was simple and I felt confident, with her help, the entire time.

Armeshia is awesome. She answered all my emails and returned all my calls. My son is a Clark Atlanta University student and was adamant about moving back to Atlanta despite virtual learning. I am one of those Mommas that worries constantly about him being safe and comfortable in his space. Armeshia answered all the weird questions that I had and made me more comfortable than I thought I would be. I didnt cry when I drove off and left him. Hes continued to speak on how accommodating she is even a week later. The ground is beautiful, well kept, and secure. Thank you Armeshia!

The workers were so nice and knew so mich i formation about the apartments. I loved The models and the spacing in the apartments! Along with all of the upgrades and they’re not even finish yet!

When I first began searching to move I knew that I wanted to choose the perfect location. After countless searches on google, , ect. I stumbled on Ashley Scholars Landing. Chynna was the absolute best so funny and AMAZING customer service , I did a tour of the property and also they kept me updated with everything and were very detailed , I will definitely recommend this apartment complex even tho I didn’t pick to live there but this place will definitely be top in list , if I move from my place
