The travel accommodations for my son’s 18th bday outing to Top Golf was a success! The MB Sprinter was top notch, the driver arrived on time, and most importantly the kids all return happy & safely. We book Elite Charter Party Bus Rental Service for aWedding and our bachelorette party. The groomsmen used Elite Charter Mercedes-Benz sprinter rental service , and our family and guest used Elite Charter Atlanta Airport service there was no issues , communication was perfect , drivers were courteous, we definitely will use service again

Definitely impressed with service we used Mercedes-Benz sprinter hourly service . We did so for 6 hours , we went on a wine tour at wolf gang winery , then ended the night downtown Atlanta for sightseeing tour. Driver was very knowledgeable of the area . It was a great experience.

I had a great experience with Elite Charter! I rented a 20 passenger party bus to take us to and from a local wine festival. Damion, the owner, was very accessible and responsive in all of our dealings leading up to the event. David, our driver, was wonderful as well!

Original review on Sept 25:Limo did not show up to pick me (the bride!) and my bridesmaids up on my wedding day. I had to ask a literal stranger to take us to my venue.Their car broke down on the way- but was already 1.5 hours delayed before breaking down. I was 2 hours late by the time the stranger dropped everyone off and was told by my planner and groom that the driver didnt even know he had to come get me after the 1st drop off.Things happen, I get it- but after the incident, no one called or contacted me in any way me to apologize or to try to get me to my actual wedding! I had to email them next day to ask for a refund and the owner did not even know that the incident even happened. To add even more insult, the owner argued with me about what actually happened and is flat out refusing to give any refund- even though my contract states I am entitled. Offered me a pathetic ride credit totaling a fraction of what I paid them.The owner said hed call me back on Sunday after speaking to the driver again, but it is now Tuesday and I have received no such contact- Wish I could say i was surprised.Keep your monopoly money- I wouldnt use this company again for anything. This is currently with the Better Business Bureau for resolution and I will take it further if necessary.Terrible company, No integrity or basic human decency to try to make things right. No care about our well being, I am so disgusted.Reply to owners comments on Oct 22:I suggest you review the definition of the term slander before using it publicly. I made no such comments but did impart my opinion of your company and service. All my comments and account were true. I also suggest you read your own contract and encourage readers of this review to go on the BBB website to see the parts in which the contract supports my claim to a refund (Also to see the comments from the owner in response). All commentary will be made public once an agreement is reached on BBB. Id like to note to this point, I have not heard back from BBB stating the owner has replied to my complaint update, yet seems to have time to add snarky comments to Google reviews.
