Can’t say enough great things about Mint Life Limo. I booked a limo for my daughter’s senior prom and was amazed at the things they had in place to ensure the kids’ safety. They went above and beyond to decorate the limo with the school colors which was a nice surprise for my daughter, without us having to ask. The chauffeur was fun and permitted the kids to live it up on prom night.  They actually mentioned a few times how the chauffeur was funny and did not feel like a chaperone even though he was monitoring everything they were doing in the vehicle.

Mostly I email them but when they saw I was booking transportation almost every day, they walked me through the online booking process and I have booked online ever since. When I found that they could book transportation anywhere in the world, it made my job so much easier I use them for travel in Atlanta and several other cities nationwide and they are always excellent. Exceptional service! Hired them somewhat last minute to transport my husband and I from ATL airport to our cabin in Blue Ridge during the Christmas holiday season. The driver arrived to greet us at the airport with a personalized sign and directed us to the pristine SUV that was stocked with water bottles. In addition, we felt safe from COVID with the plexiglass dividers separating us from the driver. He drove us all the way to Blue Ridge in the darkness of evening and up the winding and icy mountains to our cabin. All for a very reasonable price. So grateful that we went with Mint Life instead of Uber. Will be happy to book with them again whenever we return to the area.

Due to COVID we havent traveled as much this year but every time we do we always use mint and they always take really good care of us. Booked the Rolls royce for our wedding. It shows up an hour late after all the guests are gone with no explanation to why. No send off, no pictures as the photographer was gone. On top of it called to ask what they could do about it and the refund 20 percent. In other words they dodnt care our entire wedding send off was ruined. Wont do business with them again period
