Early, active communication precluded any confusion; Kendall was on time, waiting for us right where he said he would be, dressed, professional, polite and friendly. He waited patiently with us for our bags, and had us home in good time. The vehicle was clean, and spacious enough (we had 3 adults with 6 large bags and several smaller ones too). From the start, Limo Atlanta was very easy to work with. We wanted luxury transportation in Atlanta for a birthday event to transport our party between the host hotel, restaurant, and several bars that were on the agenda for the evening. I think its important to let others know when a company does a great job.What keeps me coming back to the company is a few things. First, the customer service is stupendous and wholesome. What I mean is that the chauffeurs and even the office staff (via e-mail and text) use professional, customer-centric language. When riding with the chauffeurs, if you want conversation, theyll happily offer. (One of them actually helped me solve a serious business problem I was having at work.) If you want to be left alone to focus on your own affairs, theyll leave you alone. I got the sense that it was all about what I, as the customer, wanted.This is also a technology-focused company. They make heavy use of e-mail and text messaging to ensure that their cars are on time and that customers have up-to-date information on anything thats going on with their booking. When I arrived at the airport, I sent a quick text message to have my chauffeur meet up with me. A minute later, he was there. I work in a technology job, so you can imagine how much I appreciated this.Last, their costs are reasonable. We all know that theyre not the only business in the game, and they may not be the lowest cost. (I have not checked.) But even if they charged premium rates, youll get premium services, anyway. You get what you pay for.Im in and out of Atlanta at least four times a year. The next time I am out there, Ill use Limo Atlanta. Definite recommend.

I needed to get my 18 year old daughter from the airport to a location two hours away. I was very nervous about her being alone with the driver, and about the reliability of the transport. LACC selected Brittany as the driver, to give me comfort with a woman (which it did), and she was AWESOME! She was on time, texted both me and my daughter every step of the way, and delivered my daughter safely door to door. I would use LAAC in a HEARTBEAT again (and would request Brittany). It cost more than I was hoping, but the peace of mind was WELL worth it!

Ive been using this companys limousine service from the Atlanta Airport for about 3 years now, and have never been disappointed. I was impressed with their reliability from the start, since the first time I used them I actually had to book at the last minute, and yet these guys were still able to be there on time ready to go. The actual reservation experience is streamlined as well; you can reserve online in a quick minute on their intuitive website. What else do I love about them? Their cars have WI-FI! I must admit theyve spoiled me with that feature, especially when I fly in with my electronics-absorbed kids. The drivers Ive gotten have always been courteous and safety-conscious, delivering a smooth ride every time.All things considered, I have yet to have a bad experience with this company. Id recommend them for not just business, but as a nice luxury for any relative you may have flying in from out of state. After dealing with the chaos of the airport, its an instant and calm escape. If youre going to be traveling more than a mile or two, I suggest you pick them over a taxi cab EVERY time! I found this company through a search and wasnt sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the service. On my way out, the driver (Kim) texted me to let me know she was on the way and then texted when she arrived. The car (Suburban) was new and clean. It was a luxury car and felt fresh. The ride was smooth. I usually dont care to talk much, but Kim was very kind and friendly. Not overly talkative, but we did strike up a nice conversation and I enjoyed talking the whole way to the airport.On my return, I sent my flight info. My flight was delayed a bit and when I landed and turned my phone on, I received a text from the driver (Mike) letting me know he was there and asked to text when I got to baggage claim. I wasnt rushed and stopped to grab a sandwich on my way to baggage claim. Once there, I called Mike and he told me where to meet. He was very professional and the vehicle was top notch. There was lots of traffic as it was rush hour, but the ride was smooth and relaxing and Mike was a great driver. He talked a little, but let me relax and breath.Im very pleased with the service of this company and would definitely use them again. BTW, I made all my reservations online and never spoke to anyone on the phone until I called Mike to let him know I was at baggage claim. All of my correspondence was via email. I suppose you could call if you prefer, but I prefer making reservations online. Its quick and easy.

Kendell is a clean cute well spoken, immmaculate in apearance young man. He renewed my faith in the young people of today. I asked to sit up front with him and this surprised him. We talked about many subjects and his intelligence was undeniable. I was sorry we reached my destionation so soon. You are very fortunate to have such a person in your company. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I am extremely appalled at the horrendous service from this company and will never be requesting them again. They didnt show up to pick me up and I had to make emergency back-up plans. I almost missed my flight because of this company. I couldnt get a hold of any representatives when my ride didnt show up. NOTE: This is my first impression - I might update this / leave another review depending on how things go.IDK whats going on with their website... they offer a wide selection of vehicles, but when looking at rates, only two cars are shown and not the one Im looking for, even though I put in way less than the max. number of passengers the vehicle would fit.Next to that, it says on the website theres online chat... yet where? How? Theres no link to that, no info box to enter text, nothing.Last but not least, their accounts page... I just created an account, hoping that would allow me to use their online chat system - but nothing there, not even a contact us page, no email address, no phone number (the phone number is listed on the home and fleet pages). Only on the home page you can select Leave a message and its a pop-out, which is ok, but its not the promised online chat.Then the disclaimer - its only at the home page at the very bottom and in such tiny font (I have the page at 150% zoom and it is still barely legible), that it seems like theyre trying to hide things from their (potential) customers.All in all, the website is too busy overall, does not have things working as stated (online chat) and the individual sections (esp. customer portal / after login) do not have a consistent look, creating a disconnect to the CI of the whole online presence of the business. The website seems to been put together with a number of different products and as such not creating a cohesive experience.It seems to me that either they have too much business and because of that dont have the need to go after every person who goes to their website (such as via online chat that should pop up immediately, as done by other businesses!) or they just dont have the people to do that. Either way, it seemed to me that my business was not really wanted / appreciated.

I was looking for a car service to pick up my 83 year old mother from her home in Cumming, GA (some 30 miles from the airport) with travel to the Atlanta Airport and return service upon her arrival back to Atlanta. The LAAC team was incredible, picking her up at her door, assisting with baggage and making sure she was taken care of every step of the way.I want to especially thank my mother’s driver on the return trip to Cumming today, February 8th. Sierra contacted me more than an hour prior to scheduled departure to let me know she would be taking care of my mom, when she would be arriving at the Atlanta Airport, where she would be located and that she would be waiting, with a sign, as I had requested. She then texted me a few minutes prior to my mother’s plane landing to let me know she was at the top of the stairs in the baggage claim area. When the plane landed, Sierra texted me again to let me know. Once my she had my mother, she again texted to let me know she was with her and was heading to baggage claim. Once the bags were retrieved, and they were in the car, Sierra again texted to let me know they were leaving, on their way to my mother’s home. Once the drop off once complete, Sierra texted to let me know my mother was safe and sound, at home. This was done before my mother had the opportunity to call me herself to make me aware.I travel a lot for both business and personal reasons and I can say without hesitation I will use your service in the future. Further, I plan to make others aware within my organization, which depends on travel to conduct business, to utilize your service, over others, when possible.Thanks again to the LAAC team for such a wonderful experience!
