Rates are ridiculous and the Driver was hitting on me like umm excuse me sir I am a lady👌

Yeah they were timely BUT I paid $20 for a 6 minute drive....

Excellent Service, great open line of communication. Door to Door service. I utilize their taxi service to transport my daughter to and from College/Airport. The owner answered all of my questions and they were able to provide me with a billing invoice via email since I am out of state. Although they accept credit card payments and cash. My daughter had experience a issue with her credit card using it out of state. They were very patient and understanding! I highly recommend them.

Called Atlanta VIP service a couple of days before my trip for a package for the weekend. Not only were they able to accommodate me, the service was exceptional. I would recommend Adam and Alex to anyone traveling the Atlanta area. They are the best!!!!!!

It was my first night in the city and I had a bad experience along with feeling lost. The gentleman was incredibly polite, treated me with care and compassion while getting me back to where I was staying. Ill always be grateful for his genuine kindness.

Awesome service!!!! The driver was on-time picking me up, he drove me from Gwinnett to the Airport allowing me time to check-in on-time. The ride was smooth and the gentleman provided me with VIP service, he greeted me and held the door as entered and exited he taxi. Thanks for the safe trip!

I asked about rates pertaining to the distance from my destination and I was asked what my budget was and they agreed to pick me up for the price I stated and then I asked if they accepted card and they didn’t reply back nor come to my location for 20minutes.I eventually told them they didn’t have to worry about picking me up and that I found another means of transportation elsewhere. And they replied back with no apology.

Ordered a taxi and literally less than 10 minutes later he was outside. Prices are good, very professional, stylish way to ride and the time he arrived was great. Will use again
