Really great service for less money than a lot of the big HVAC chains. Milton is a great communicator and is responsive to questions. He was also willing to work with my warranty company, and got the work done a day earlier than anticipated. Highly recommended!

Milton did a great job helping us when our furnace blower motor died and the AC wouldnt work in the middle of summer! He tracked down a replacement and hooked it up in no time! Nice and friendly!

As a first time home owner, I was hesitant to make my first big purchase but after reading all the positive reviews on Google, I decided to go with Royalty Heating and Air. Ill called them late Wednesday afternoon and they were at my house first thing Thursday morning! He explained everything to me and was patient with my questions. This was by far the best value I found on a new HVAC system and it was super fast and properly. It also came with a free 10 year warranty. Definitely recommend!!

They came out to look at my ac within an hour of my call. The tech had it up and running again in about 30-45 minutes and was friendly and helpful. Fair price as well.

THIS COMPANY HAS A “F” rating with the BBB and a 1.0 on Yelp. I wish I had done my homework instead of going off of a referral. Listen I advice you NOT to use this company. I purchased a unit from them in 2015. I messaged and called multiple times when the unit wouldn’t cool the following summer (he gave me a 10 year warranty but what good is it if you don’t honor it). Initially he took my calls and said he would come out as quickly as he could. Needless to say he never came. Actually starting avoiding my calls. I’m positive he did this because when I called him from another number, he answered. After simply patch fixing the unit each year to get by, i finally just spent the money for a new unit. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!’

Ive called multiple different Hvac Services got in contact with Royalty. After setting an appointment for 9:00am and being present on the property waiting since 8:30. I have yet to receive a call back, answer to my multiple tries getting in contact, just a courtesy notification of potentially being late. It is now 1:10pm and I have yet to hear from Royalty heating and air.

I called and within one hour they arrived. Awesome service ! Will use again.

Please do your research before hiring this company. Make sure they are license and professionally trained. The owner Milton install the wrong size unit in my home so my home will not heat or cool properly. Instead of being a honest businessman and correct the mistake he made he rather run off. Do your research please to save yourself the headache.

Warning: Dont use this company. Its a nightmare! I bought an air conditioning system, which they installed. It has not cooled properly since they installened it - and thats been more than a month ago! They still have not even put forth a good faith effort to resolve the issue. Im going to have to take them to court to get justice. Dont take my word alone. They have had many other customer complaints, as well as a poor rating from the Better Business Bureau.
