It’s suppose to be “instant” or at least quick. Takes way too long! And I’m not talking about a long line of cars. People just standing around doing nothing, laughing and cutting up. It doesn’t take 25 minutes to drain the oil and change the filter.

Got an oil change, replaced serpentine belt, flushed transmission fluid, and replaced fog lights. In addition, they topped off my fluids and my tires. I have to say, Im pleased with their work. What wouldve taken me the most if an afternoon they had done in 30 minutes. Service was a little pricey, but I feel it was worth it. Will definitely go here again.

Took about an hour from time I got in line to get oil change and my tires rotated. Tech greeted me within 2 minutes of getting in line. Always a great experience and priced fairly. Highly recommend.

The gentleman was really yelling loud, and fast, my husband couldnt understand him. My husband is hard of hearing, and he even said he was loud. But other than that he was helpful, and polite.

It was my first time getting my new trucks oil change it was also the first time I’ve ever gotten it changed with my two girls who are under 3 by myself and my oldest had to have her window down because she is a talker. The staff interacted with her, without being annoyed and were very helpful when I didn’t know where certain things were they needed. They were so sweet to my daughter and it made her day which made me not stress out for having to wait my turn because she was having a blast. I’m pleased they didn’t just run through the motions and took the time out of their busy day to let my little girl know they were listening to her. So thank you!!

Went at a busy time of day but staff was nice and service was excellent. First time getting oil change in this vehicle and they were familiar with how to reset the maintenance light. Its the small things that they do that add up to the convinience of not dealing with taking a skid plate off and having no lift. Chad was especially helpful with the service of my vehicle. I recommend going earlier in the day as this place does get busy.

I’ve been coming here for years and every time has been a good experience. Even one time late at night my car was bleeding out oil. They took me in and checked it out, luckily it was a simple oil filter scratched and dented from a item I hit on the road. They fixed me up and sent me out! Another time An old heat shield underneath started to fall off and they off trimmed it and secured it for me! Great people! ❤️ A blessing to the community!

Natalie who works here is truly awesome! Shes always super friendly and does a great efficient job. She was able to change out my headlight in record time.

They lied and said they would do the when i called them and after i got there they told me they coulndnt do it. They told me to take it to another Valvoline thats about 45 minutes away.

Super nice and very helpful. We have a hybrid so you have to hold both pedals down at once. My foot was broke so I could not do this. They reached in and held the other pedal for me.

Overpriced services, high pressure extra sales on everything, not able to reset a service engine light after an oil change on a new model renegade vehicle ( two times). By the way, I believe this crew may even do things intending to cause you to have buy more of them products. They must make extra money for forcing you to pay for a service not truly needed. Its my opinion, that it is far better to never use this location or any Valvoline service location ever again. Don’t go here if you have a German vehicle. They charged me $140 for a oil change. And bmw only cost $95. Plus they didn’t know the location of the battery, they had to ask me. They also didn’t know how to check my air filter. My dad goes here and they do good with his Honda. But don’t bring luxury brands here.

Very professional offering recommendations but not pushy. They actually close at 6pm but the website says 6:30pm. We pulles up at 5:58pm and they still serviced our car.

I went there for oil change on my pickup waited 20 minutes outside when inside they started service the person at my window showed me the screen my bill was $76.00 just for a oil change I talked to the manager I asked him are you joking $76.00 he said it was for convenience I told him I get it done for $48.00 at dealership and wait maybe 45 minutes. I wont be back that is crazy.

Since this location was lube dudes back in what 1999 or before Ive went here to get a oil change. Except for the years I moved to Texas. So when this place opened naturally I went there and thats why they bought this building. For years I take 2 cars in there monthly to get serviced. Lately at least every other trip I get moved to another lane and watch as someone gets moved in front of me. This has occurred three straight trips now and once I was moved for someone to go ahead then MOVED AGAIN FOR SOMEONE TO GO AHEAD. Today I was moved so the assistant manager who arrived 15 minutes after me could get his jeep serviced first. Now what business genius would hire a assistant manager with top flight customer service knowledge to think its ok he the KING to go before the customer. Being irritated that this has become a every trip event I asked the gentleman who is that someones cousin, brother, the governor? I did this to test the response. Some short overweight fella with yellow sleeves responded DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ASSISTANT MANAGER? Nope! Put my car in reverse and will never visit this location nor will anyone I know. What this overweight fella didnt understand is if it was a customer or even someone cousin brother I could see that but a assistant manager. NO EXCUSE FOR ANY EMPLOYEE TO EVER GO BEFORE A CUSTOMER PERIOD!!! Seems to me the business genius that hired such a top flight assistant manager with top notch customer service know how should re-evaluate this gentlemans abilities to have such a powerful position to put himself before the customer or that guys manager should re-evaluate his abilities. If they offered free oil for a year I would wipe you know what with the coupon. Any company atmosphere where even the bathroom attendant would think thats ok is no place I will do business. Never again
