Do not use this mechanic!!! We brought our car in and asked for a price estimate multiple times before they ordered a part and worked on it and were told they had no clue. The day after dropping it off, we got a call saying the car was fixed and the total to be paid. When we asked for the price breakdown, the owner became irritated and listed off the items. When we said we could not pay it and that the repair needed to be undone, he angrily hung up, only to call back a few minutes later to scream at my husband telling him to pick up the car and never come to his business again. As my husband tried to calmly explain that we were never given an estimate so we didnt know the repair was going to be too expensive, the owner hung up on him and would not answer our calls. So, we went to pick up the car like we were told, but upon arriving they said they werent working on it yet and to come back later. About an hour later, the business called and told us the car was ready. They had taken off the new part and put the old one back on in under an hour and were originally trying to charge us for 3 hours of labor! I highly discourage you from visiting this business. Not only this, but when we took it to another mechanic, he told us that the men at Stephen Packs Automotive had taken off the new part so quickly that they spilled Freeon all over under the hood of the car. (This was obviously done purposely and resulted in another repair.) This business was VERY unprofessional and just downright mean to us when we were simply trying to be good consumers. We ended up taking our car to a mechanic just down the road and paying MUCH less. STEER CLEAR!!!

Wish I could give negative stars.He is a thief and will take your good parts you bring to him and replace them with junk he has. He took a good 04 transmission I took to him and put a 01 transmission in and told me transmission was bad. I have pic to prove so be warned about this POS!

We needed major repairs done in the middle of a road trip, and he fit us in first thing in the morning, found the part we needed, did the work while we played with his puppy, and got us back on the road in an hour and a half. Very nice, great price, fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Stephen Pack Found A Problem With Our Honda Civic A Cracked Motor Block Which Two Other Mechanics In The Area Missed And Stephen Advised Us Of A Recall On This Problem By Honda. We Have Spent Over 3,000 Dollars And 3 Years Of Adding Antifreeze Every Time We Drove The Honda Money Spent Without A Thing To Show For It. New Head Gaskets Where Put On At The Other Two Places On A Motor With A Cracked Block. Stephen Found The Cracked Motor Block In Minutes. He Also Researched And Found The Recall Made By Honda And Only Charged 30 Dollars. If You Are Looking For An Honest And Professional Auto Mechanic I Believe You Have Found One With Stephen Packs Automotive.

I do not recommend thiis place at all, Stephen will try and over charge you and try to get you to buy something that doesnt need to be done, learned the hard way, so take my word for it. I recommend Greenes Automotive in Ardmore close to Mildred, he is honest and a great mechanic.
