I love this Jackson Hewitt!!! I have been coming to this particular tax office for about 5 or 6 years now and wouldnt trade them for nothing. George is amazing very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner.

So far, so good. I anxiously await my refund being deposited into my checking account.

We were quoted inaccurately for my taxes to be done, paid HUNDREDS more even with a $100 discount the lady located and applied. I had to file that day so had no other Choice than to pay their huge fees for tax prep. Then she has issues where she can not direct deposit my refund or give me a prepaid card so they mail a check. That check arrives and now the bank must hold it 9 more days! Because it’s not drawn on a local bank. How is this MY FAULT? I paid hundreds to get my refund and not even how I wanted it back. Now I have to wait 9 days. All my utilities are scheduled for disconnect in a few days and have NO extensions. I AM IN TEARS AND SO STRESSED. I am extremely upset and do not recommend this tax service to ANYONE unless you want to overpay and wait many weeks just to wait two more. I could have gone back to HR BLOCK and been okay but took a leap of faith on a new service. Never ever again! I intend to file a BBB complaint and at least request my fees back The lady said she could not give me direct deposit lied. All this affects my electric, water rent and all. You don’t care. Also my infected tooth to be removed. Can’t get it done for two weeks now. Do not use this service. I will not remove this comment or amend it unless there is a mutual agreement or BBB makes me remove it. Kim Wegener

We havent been to jackson hewitt in years. I always filed my own taxes but this year we needed to try for the early refund advance. George did our early refund, he is friendly and very knowledgeable. Really made us feel welcome.Came back with our w2s and saw Joy. She is amazing at taxes, she really knows her stuff. We talked like we knew each other for years. She definitely made us feel welcome and part of the JH family. We will definitely go back. She explained every detail to everything. Spending as much time with every customer as needed. And explaining things to us in our language! Highly recommend A+++++ for customer service.The waiting part for about 3 hours was worth it. We couldnt be happier!Thanks Joy for making our year better!

They are rude even with you having an appointment they make you leave saying they cant do your appointment due to walk inside... Never will use them..
