Absolutely terrible experience. I am the only employee at a sole LLC. I had NOT received my refund from the IRS even though I booked early this past year to get it done and submitted early. Today I receive mail from the IRS stating they werent filed correctly AND they need a form that I SENT TO THE ACCOUNTANT WHO FILED FOR ME. Along with the fact that the refund I am waiting for was the exact amount for state taxes that now are hounding me for their money, needless to say dont go through this.

Karl is our favorite tax preparer, our family and friends encourage us to file for free online every single year. My response to that is... would you perform your own colonoscopy if it were free? I would much rather have a skilled professional file my taxes. I’m not scared of an audit because I know my taxes are prepared truthfully, correctly a who knows... maybe your loosing money on your return deciding to file for “free”.

H&R provides a valuable service for tax payers. I have been utilizing H&R for my tax returns (when not in college) since 1969.

The tax advisor was very caring and efficient.

Have used Block Advisors for years and we are very satisfied.

My experience with them was the worst experience I have had in my 79 years. I paid them a lot of money to get nothing in return. When try to call to speak to a certain person they were never their and never return my calls. This will be your WORST experience if you deal with them. I would give the a -5 star but they do not have one. And they make you give them at least 1 star to post your comment.
